I went to Lara who did a cut and did a partial highlight on my hair. It turned out really nice. She asked me questions before hand and listened to what I wanted. I am very happy with the outcome. I would recommend Lara to my friends and family. read more

I went in yesterday to cut my hair for a special occasion on Saturday and I showed Lara a picture of what I wanted and she butchered my hair!! It is nothing like I wanted it, it's so short, I am not a person who criticizes much, but I should've said something, because after I left I couldn't stop crying. I went out today to buy a wig to try and cover up what she did. I will never go back! Updated: Sherry the owner has called and feels really bad about the cut I received and has righted the wrong with a full refund. Emergency family trip brought us down to Paso Robles for a pit stop on our was to Hesperia. I was desperate for a bang trim and ended up here on a whim while the rest of the family were grabbing snacks (road trip). I was able to walk in and get immediate service which was nice. For 5 bucks it was totally worth it. My bangs were even and i was in and out in under 10 minutes.. new record. HUGE THANK YOU!! read more

Walked in on a Saturday morning and got checked in. Was told it would be less than a half an hour wait and there was only 1 person ahead of me. About 15 minutes later, a guy walked in and was taken right back- ok, he must have been the one ahead of me. 2 minutes later another guy walked in and went straight back. Um, ok. For the next 10 minutes 4 other men walked in and were placed before me. When asked, the lady at the counter said "Well, they made reservations, but you are next". Ok, instead of telling me that there was only 1 person in front of me, tell me there are 7! After numerous other lies about wait time and how many people were in front of me, I finally got my hair cut. I was told it would be less than 30 minutes and that I was second in line, but finally got my hair cut an hour later after 9 other people. NEVER again! Going to Great Clips from now on! read more

Worst place to get a haircut, they charge a ridiculous amount $20 and can't even do a simple military haircut correctly. Only came here because of the check in however they can't even do that right and see you at that time. I accidentally put my own name down instead of my husbands by accident, I don't see what the problem with that is, it's not like I'm getting a haircut for 2 ppl. They said it wouldn't affect my time that it was ok and we would still be seen. 20 min later they take someone else that just walked in. I definitely don't mind a wait for a good haircut and will be going to Nicks barbershop where the price is the same and they do way better cuts. read more

I've been to Supercuts Paso 6-7 times now. Each time I'm greeted promptly by someone cheerful, and given a haircut by someone equally cheerful. Each time someone different cuts my hair, but they've all been great: glad to be there, friendly. When I leave, they thank me and ask that I please come back again. Some of the past places I've been (including another Supercuts down south) haven't been nearly so professional. Granted, my haircut is pretty simple--a buzz cut with #3 on the sides and #4 on top--but I actually had a couple of people do it poorly in the past. Not so at Supercuts in Paso. Go in for a simple buzz cut (literally the most simple haircut) didn't even clean up the sides left a lot of uncut hair in the front. Extremely disappointed. Will never return. read more

My sideburns were uneven & within a couple of weeks it looked sloppy. I had to wait over an hour for a specific person, but she was just OK. I won't mention her name, in case she was having a bad day. I'll look for something better. read more

Worst customer service ever. Will never come back here. Ginger, the receptionist tells you it's a 25 minute wait but she doesn't tell you that she's already checked in a bunch of other clients who aren't even there. So...45 minutes later I'm still waiting... and when I questioned their business practice, Ginger argued with me and interrupted me. The client is just always wrong here. read more

Definitely wish this rating system had a negative star review. Not only was the wait time an hour after I was told "it will be about 10 minutes ". But the customer service was disgusting there wasn't even care enough to try and see if they can keep track of the schedules they made. This is by far the worst place I have ever been I've had haircuts in war zones with more people in the room waiting that have given better service and kept the time frame decent this place once again is garbage I hope they close because they have no reason to be open if this is the poor service they provide talking rather than cutting hair then remembering oh there is a line. Last time I would ever go to a Supercuts. The mom and pop shops have better quality hands down compared to every garbage Supercuts that will overcharged for service that they shouldn't be paid for. I went in to get a shorter summer haircut that would require little use of heating tools (blow dryer and straightener). I also brought a couple of pictures of exactly what I wanted. Not only did Laura the stylist give me a botched haircut that was much shorter than what I asked for, but it looked like a men's cut. The best example I can give is that it looked like a Keith Urban style. The haircut required more daily maintenance than what I was used to and required the use of heating tools. I tried my best to let it grow out for a month, but eventually when to a more expensive salon to get a shorter cut because I wanted it to look stylish even at the sacrifice of an even shorter haircut! Overall, if you are a female, I would not trust going there; it seems as if they specialize in men's cuts. Pay a bit more at a salon that knows what they are doing!!!! read more

Supercuts in Paso Robles always provide outstanding service each time I went there. They are courteous and very professional. I have been there 10 times since moving into to the area and always ask for the same hair stylist named "Crista" She makes sure you leave the shop happy and smiling. The price is moderately expensive but well worth the money. Word of caution, all the hair stylist are women and beautiful. Don't bother to ask them out for a date, they will say no. You are not the only who has asked before. read more

I been in here a few times. I would recommend paying the extra money to get your hair washed too. Seems like it is easier for them to work with wet hair than dry. They are very friendly. Always go in just for a trim and layers. Always satisfied. Didn't give 5 stars because when they cut your hair when its dry it seems uneven. Maybe it was just the person who was cutting? read more

Perfect fade everytime!! I've been going to Bianca now for 8 years and it doesn't get any better than this! The Salon has an upbeat style including a TV with Sports and its always on. All the girls know me by name which makes me feel like a VIP! Oh and the Hot Towel....my FAVorite! read more
