I made an appointment on Thursday morning for this morning (Saturday March 22) at 9:30. We got there and checked in waited a few short minutes and Dijah was my sons stylist. Dijah was great!! She asked my son how he wanted his hair cut and she did exactly what he had told her and it looked great! Dijah even did a scalp scrub treatment for my son and he LOVED it!!! Today May 7th 2025 I got my Hair cut by a lady named Marsha. She was very Professional and personable. I have natural curly hair that I don't style. She asked me how I would like it cut. She cut it exactly how I wanted it. My hair was a little wet when I left. When my hair dried it looked pretty. It has a stylish look and the curls looked nice and not frizzy. My hair can be quite challenging. You never know what it is going to do. I'm very happy with how my hair looks. I just can wash it and go without styling it. I will be back. I called ahead and was told about a half hour wait. when I arrived the two hairdresser were mid cut on the last two customers. it took about another 45 mins after I arrived. the who hair dressers were more focused on talking about there personal life's with their consumers than doing their jobs. I was also asked if I can wait for the other hair dresser due to an individual that arrived after me requested the finally one. long story short I will no longer be coming back and will be looking for a new place to go. by far the worst experience in the 8 years I have been coming here. read more

This is an average of my last 2 visits. One a strong 4 and the other more recent visit was a 2. Why? First visit I was in the chair a good 20 minutes. The second time? Literally less than 10 minutes start to finish. And there was no one waiting at the time. Surprise surprise, the 2nd cut was not nearly as good. Different stylists so the lesson learned is to request a particular stylist. I will try again but no stylist should perform a scissor cut on a man in under 10 minutes. Period. read more

I checked in on the app for the 326 Upland Square, Pottstown Pa location this past Sunday. The time was for 10:45am. I know that it is not an appointment and I will probably still have to wait 5 - 10 minutes after I get there. I arrive at about 10:40am and am greeted with we are cash only right now and there are at least 4 people a head of me. I told them fine and then sat down. There were only two to three employees in the place, which for a Sunday morning seemed extremely light. The next customer comes in and they are told cash only too. But then the same person who greeted me says we can pay for the service with credit cards but have to tip with cash because there is no money in the cash register. First, there is the assumption that there would be a tip. Second, how is poor management and planning by not having cash in the register the customer's fault? The last straw was after I was about 25 minutes past my check in time of 10:45 am I am finally called to come back and get my hair cut. I am then sent back to the waiting area because the person called me in error. The whole point to checking in is to minimize the wait time. This is when I just walked out. This place was under staffed, no leadership and basically, telling customers we had to tip. Extremely unprofessional on all sides. I have been going to this location for several years. The service and wait times have been problematic in the past but I have never been treated like this. I sincerely doubt I will be returning to this or any of their stores. read more

Mindy had me seated as soon as I walked in. She gave me the most beautiful wispy bangs and a healthy trim within minutes. Very easy to talk to and very knowlegable of hair and products. I was on my way to the gym and she put my hair up into an incredible four sided fish tail before I left. Can't wait to come back! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Sarah (Sara?) at this salon. Sarah greeted me promptly when I arrived around 10:45am on a Sunday. She had a warm demeanor and was incredibly polite. She sat me down in her salon chair and asked me what I desired. I needed a haircut and a partial foil for my long hair. Sarah foiled my hair with precision and got all the way to the roots. After she finished foiling my hair in a timely manner. Sarah had the color sit for about 30 minutes. She offered me magazines and checked in on me. Afterwards, she shampooed and conditioned my hair and did a wonderful job giving me a scalp massage in the process. Sarah then styled my hair with layers and pieces that framed my face. This was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who comes into this salon, especially women seeking a color treatment. I look forward to coming back and receiving another treatment from her. read more

I have always left this place a very satisfied customer. I always go to this Supercuts specifically because I have always had great hair cuts and consistent from all the staff. But if you want the best cut go to Ashley!! She has always done an outstanding job and she really puts time and pays good attention to every detail when cutting hair. Absolutely wonderful! Staff was awesome. I was greeted immediately coming in the door. Bobby was my stylist today and and he did a wonderful job! He made me feel completely comfortable and was so helpful when I was indecisive on how I wanted my cut. I had a previous pretty bad cut and bobby fixed it up for me and styled it and we had a great conversation too! Love it, I'll go back every time if he is there. read more

Bad Service! On a recent visit to this location for a haircut I put my name in and was told I was next and would be just a few minutes while the area was cleaned up from last customer. While waiting for this another customer showed up who said she called ahead and was taken ahead of me. I never heard of call ahead service at any hair salon. An appointment for a specific time is one thing but to allow a person to show up when they want and cut to the head of the line is ridiculous. I guess their saying that no appointment is necessary isn't really accurate. I will never patronize another Supercuts store again. read more
