I moved to WA in 2022 and after being here a few months I knew I needed to find someone to cut my hair because I was looking like a shaggy dog. I don't trust many people to touch my hair but I needed someone. I was in Poulsbo and saw Supercuts and thought I'd give it a try. It was a Monday, lucky for me because the person who cut my hair only works Sunday and Monday. I was soooooo happy with the end result of what she, Dolores, did that I won't let anyone else cut my hair, so please don't retire Dolores because if you do my hair will grow to my ankles. Dolores has been cutting my hair for several years. She has seen me thru the chemo blues and got me fixed up again after my hair came back. I always feel happy when I leave because I have had a pleasant visit with her and look so much better than when I came in. I booked an appointment same day online. Pleasantly surprised they were open on a Sunday. My hair was a bit of a mess and overgrown as I was past due for a cut. Supposed to open at 10. Says they're open, sign on door says they're supposed to be open and they aren't. The team here decides when they want to open and close. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to the customers. read more

I've had pretty good luck with this outfit in the past, but I was in for my first cut since the whole Covid thing. I asked the stylist to cut off three inches, but she did quite a bit less than that. She offered to cut more off when she finished, but frankly I don't have time to waste when she didn't do what I asked in the first place. Cutting three inches off is not too complicated to understand I will probably get another haircut somewhere this week but not there. read more

I'm giving 1 star for location but as far as the service goes well there was none. My husband went in for a cut all chipper and with an hour to spare before closing, the lady working there just stared at him as She proceeded to count her till, he inquired if she was still open to which she curtly said yes and then went on counting. If I could give more stars I would. I took my right year old to supercuts to fix a hair cut from Walmart that was uneven and looked horrible. What was supposed to be a simple gentleman's hair cut turned into a nightmare. I went across the street to supercuts to ask for some help. Right away Delores who everyone calls mom, helped us right away. You could tell she genuinely wanted to fix the situation that another place caused. We didn't even wait a minute before she was preparing a chair for my son and asking me what happened. She was the sweetest person and most caring about the situation. She looked at his hair and right away knew how to make it better. She not only made it look amazing, but she didn't even want to charge us and did it out of the kindness of her heart. My son and I thanked her so much and walked out the door. I was so happy and grateful to see my son happy with his hair after what we had gone through. When we got into the truck, he looked at me and told me "I want her to do my hair from now on' no one else mom. I liked her alot he stated. I was very happy with my experience there. The cuts are good and reasonably priced. The stylists are professional and personable. Took a star off for the app, which says wait time of 30 minutes, but when you "check-in" you get an appointment for 3 hours from then. Either check me in or give me an appointment, but the app accomplishes neither. read more

Went on a Sunday. Checked in 30 minutes before my 11:30a appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes. Never greeted or seated but some guy, "Steve," walks in and is seated immediately. The place was understaffed and overbooking thanks to check in app miscommunication with staffing schedule. They also permitted "Steve" to speak rudely and insultingly on their behalf to customers. I have been going to SC for years and this location multiple times in last year. Won't be back to this location, EVER. read more

I went in for a simple cut. I just wanted a few inches off the length, no layers, just cut to my chin. I came out with it cut up to my ears and layers. The layers are completely uneven. I'm not really sure if I wasn't clear enough or if the person just wasn't listening to me, or if they just don't know how to cut hair. It is too short to get fixed at this point, so I have a month of a terrible haircut to look forward to. I will never be going back to this location. I usually don't have a problem with getting simple haircuts at Supercuts, but this particular location has been especially bad. read more

My husband went in for a simple fade and a slight cut and it took 40 plus minutes. I stayed in the car and when I saw my husband coming back to the car I was in shock. The lady didn't even make the line straight for the fade that she never finished. We were very upset and it felt like a waste of money and time. Would not go back. read more

Very high staff turnover rate; no stylists stay there more than about a year. So there's that. They suggest making reservation/appointments, but if somebody walks in a few minutes before your time then that guy will get the chair and you'll have to wait...way past "your" appointment time. read more

I am on my way to this location now. Always happy enough with my hair cuts. I have a gotten my hair cut there for years. I have never made a reservation and never had to wait very long. went here twice to get a short military hair cut both times the people were friendly but... i have never seen people cut hair worse or slower took a good 30 -40 minutes for a super basic short men's haircut. i was freaking out in my chair lol. the sides were choppy and noticeably uneven. i wouldn't go back. read more

If I could give -10 stars to this place, I would. They are chronically understaffed. Even if you make a "reservation" (apparently different than an appointment as stated to me by a member of the staff) you are going to wait forever. Not the "Your name is on the list. There may be a short wait when you arrive. " as stated on the "reservation, not appointment" site. Don't bother making a "reservation". Stand in your bathroom and while looking in the mirror, cut your hair. Less time and 90% of the time a better cut. read more

Great team! Greet and help you as soon as you walk in the door. Minimal wait time for service. Staff is well skilled, courteous, friendly and very professional. They make sure you get what you want, even if you're not entirely sure what it is. Love this staff! read more
