I really dont understand all the bad reviews. Actually am shocked to see the bad reviews. Ive been coming here for maybe 8 years or so? I mightve had a bad experience (cut wasnt to my liking) maybe once in that whole time? But my "bad" experience wasn't anything to really gripe or complain about. for i know that was a one off time, where the cut didnt meet my expectations. And I wonder if maybe that time... I didnt explain the cut properly? Everytime I come in here I feel like family. Everyone is super welcoming and always give helpful recommendations. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The online system is nice. although I wish you could book further out into the week. But outside of that zero complaints from me! Love this location and staff! Supercuts is modern, convenient, fast, and reasonably-priced. I go in for a haircut about once a month. I am a guy with simple short hair so it involves nothing complicated. They keep a record of how I want my haircut so when I go in I just give them my name and say "same as always" and they do it all with the electric trimmer, and I am typically out the door in 10 minutes or less unless I have to wait to get into the chair, which is rare. Great haircut, inexpensive, no hassles. And it is right next to the Port Of Subs which I often go to for lunch, so that is convenient. read more

Drove 30 minutes to Reedley this morning. Went into this Super cuts and there was no other clients in there. Waited for a few minutes until a young man came out from the back. Told me I would have to wait 30 minutes for a haircut. I asked why and he said he was busy in the back. Perhaps I am old school, but I would think a customer coming in the salon would be #1 priority. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, we will continue to go to this Supercuts. They are in a great location and are conveniently open on Sundays (when most other independent salons are not) To all those complaining about wait times: if your not there early then you'll get service in the order that you arrived. We've been to this location multiple times and have never had an issue with the wait time. (we work 7 days a week and have very little 'free time') read more

I waited two days before school to procrastinate and get my kids hair cut. My fault, I know. but Supercuts was they only place that had openings available and it was super easy to schedule online which I loved! I read the previous reviews which had me a little scared to take my boys, but I'm glad I did. We had a great experience! They was a short 10-15 min wait, the store was super clean, & The girls that cut my two boys hair were super friendly. My boys loved their cut! Don't even bother with this place not even sure why the doors are open. No online appointment system ( this is is the year 2022?). You have to stand out front like the DMV for first come first serve. And even when you get in you have to wait 10-20 mins for them to answer all incoming calls and book over the phone appointments, completely disregarding the customers who actually made an effort to be there. Everyone wants one guy, Matt, to cut their hair. Probably because it's a revolving door for everyone else they can't keep anyone on staff ever. Just a horrible setup and system. read more

Took my son in because he REFUSED to get his haircut at a place we went to in Visalia. Everyone here was so nice to us. We chose to wait for Matt to give my son his haircut. The wait time was not bad at all. And Matt himself was amazing. He gave my son the exact haircut I was hoping for. We have been to so many barbers (including ones specifically for children) and this has been one of my favorite haircuts we have gotten. AND it took him half the time it usually takes other barbers. Don't know why there are so many negative reviews of this place, but I was nothing but impressed. Not only was the cut great, but Matt and the other hair stylists all engaged in conversation with us and actually interacted my kids which made the experience all that more pleasant. Matt is the best! Super friendly, all around cool guy. I was skeptical going to supercuts for a haircut for the job interview I had the next day. I had never been here before so who could I trust with my hair? As I was waiting I saw Matt cutting an older guys hair, I thought, "no way that guy is going to look good when he's done." Boy was I wrong. The man looked pristine when Matt was through. I ended up waiting for Matt specifically and I could not be happier. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen, he is magic. I got the job and have now had it for over a year and a half. I can't help but feel the confidence of having that great cut is what helped me get this job. I agree with most others, as I would also give zero stars, if possible. Checked in online for an appointment 20 minutes out. When I arrived (more than 5 minutes early, no less), there was one person working and three people waiting. Despite my appointment, and online check-in, I was told it would be 45 mins, at least - because the "walk-in's". Why even make appointments and allow online check-in if you don't accommodate the customers who use it?? That's just awful customer service. read more

Don't know why I come back here. "45 minutes to an hour wait" is really 2 hours every time. Take no appointments except for the app thing and even then it don't mean squat, still wait forever. Matt's wonderful but needs to have himself and his employees stop blowing hot air up our backends about wait times. Glad to see them doing good amount of business but start taking REAL appointments if you have such heavy business. Happier customers and less crappy reviews will be left that way read more

03*10*18 My aunt and I called ahead of time for her hair appointment. They said it would be a 35 minute wait. That was perfectly fine, and we went a little early, just in case they were ahead of schedule. There were two people working when we got there, but only one was cutting hair. The waiting area was full. That was okay, we sat and waited. One more lady comes in, holding a bag of food, and all of the employees disappear, leaving the waiting area full, nobody at the counter, AND someone sitting in the chair in the middle of a haircut. An hour later, 30 minutes past when my aunt SHOULD have been called, and everyone has been seen, including walk-ins, except my aunt. We continued to wait, because we understand that things happen sometimes. Finally, all that is left is my aunt and another gentleman. The employees had all stopped working for one reason or another, they had even left the shop repeatedly. Another lady had come in, done one single hair cut, and had just vanished. After over an hour of waiting, the gentleman that came in an hour after us was also called before my aunt. Needless to say, we left. They were incredibly slow at the jobs that they were doing, and it was overall incredibly poor service. read more

I don't have one complaint about this place. I signed in online and Aurora was ready for me at the appointed time. Matt, who cuts my husband and sons' hair, was nice as always and greeted me by my first name. Aurora was very nice and listened to everything I wanted. She did a fantastic job coloring and cutting my hair. I noticed some bad reviews saying the place was busy, short staffed, took too long, and staff was not kind. My suggestion to you is not to wait for the busiest day of the week. Also keep the first day of school and holidays in mind. I came in on a Saturday and it wasn't busy at all. The hair dressers here really do take their time with their clients. Cut them some slack on the time as well. If you read closely the online check in does say it may take longer so come expecting to wait a little longer. I love my hair color and cut. Thank you Aurora! read more

I got my haircut yesterday by eryn and I told her how to do it and she took charge and did things that I did not ask for with out my permission. She would tell me about them after she cut my hair. I went in for a trim and I walked out with a full on hair cut. I asked for a little bit off the top and she took of a whole inch. I payed almost $20 for a haircut it seems like I got no say in. I have been going to the Supercuts in Reedley before they moved to their new location on Manning avenue. I have always had a great haircut there over the years and they have taken the time to ask me how I want my hair cut, to make sure that I was satisfied at all times. I have even been helped when I was in a bad mood and left feeling better. The staff and management has been professional and kind at all times. I have felt welcomed and so did my spouse when he received a haircut there from Matt. They are a great bunch that give first class haircuts and I see many return customers when I go back monthly. Everyone there has a customer first attitude, and I have never been asked for a tip nor has any product purchase has been forced on me or my spouse. I have never heard any banter about customers on any of my visits there monthly for the last few years, nor have I witnessed any kind of disrespect for customers on any occasion. This location is great and you can be safe getting a haircut from any staff member because I have in the past. read more

Went here today for a simple haircut but apparently I was ruining these snobs day. First of all one customer was there and she left shortly after I came. After the customer left I heard through one stylist telling the other that she wanted he hair thined and it was already thin... apparently that was funny to the stylists. Idk why. But with my hair cut the girl started fine but refused to listen to me about how I wanted my bangs. I asked her to fix it three times and everytime she just made it worse. So me not being a super picky person decided I'd leave my bangs that way even though it is not what I wanted and I explained to her how I wanted them and everything multiple times but she was in another world. After I paid and tiped her two dollars for a fifteen dollar haircut that was screwed up I left. My brother was also getting a haircut and he said to leave and he'd meet us in a minute. Anyway after I left he said that my stylist was complaining that I tipped her too little! Seriously! ? On a hair cut that she screwed up!? I will NEVER go there again.
