He was also fun to talk with, and had nothing but encouraging words for my teenager about various subjects. My teenager dislikes having to make conversation with stylists but they enjoyed Viktor's conversation and said they would want to book Viktor again for the next hair cut. My husband and two boys got a haircut here two weeks ago. My oldest son hair came out so so. My husband's look good but my youngest was a disaster. It looks like they started somewhat of a comb over but didn't finish. The picture was nothing like what he wanted. At the end he ended up looking like he had bangs. Before I went and got my hair cut I asked if they knew how to cut curly and they said yes. First thing about curly hair is you don't cut it wet because each curl shrinks differently. The lady that cut my hair and soaked it and when I asked if she could cut it dry she said she has to cut it wet because it's curly. My hair came out uneven, many parts of my hair were shorter then the rest. If you have curly, I advise you to go somewhere else and get your hair cut. read more

Giving this place 2 stars is just me being nice. I have NO IDEA why I let these people cut my hair. I had long healthy hair but I decided to cut it. Why I thought giving super cuts a chance was a great idea idk. I told the lady what I wanted and even showed her to give her an idea. 1. She lefts patches on my head 2. She cut too high. I said a low fade. 3. While she was trying to adjust my head her clippers knicked my ear. She has her clippers on this whole time. Thank god she didn't break skin. As you can see my ear is red. And my ears are never red. Keep in mind I am one of your easiest canvases you'll ever cut. Move my head any way and it'll stay like that until you move it. This cut was not their price. Been here a few times and the cuts are ok. It's the customer service that I enjoy the most. I recently had a bad case of sticker shock when I got a hair cut and a beard trim. I paid almost $50. Now I know first hand Supercuts is no gentleman's barber. But for the price of a gentleman's barber shop I was expecting something a little better. Trims should not cost $15. I love this Supercuts! Carmella is my stylist and does an awesome cut every time. The "sweeper girl" is so awesome and friendly, and I never have to worry about stepping on hair because she is always on point with keeping the floor clean. Management must have it easy having such awesome staff! Anyone that complains about the little things must not appreciate the good little things in life and are probably miserable and have nothing better to do (cough pia)! And about the mask thing, the employees and stylist are just following the policy of the Supercuts company, so it's not fair to the employees and stylist that you're leaving a bad review, which can cause them to lose business. I'm not really one to complain but I came to Supercuts and asked for a faux hawk and came out with this... the girl who cut my hair even told me "there's your faux hawk" as she handed me the mirror to show me the back... You can Google a picture of a Faux hawk and see it's not even close to this... I was very annoyed and I still am but nothing good comes out of being angry and also it's not like I can ask her to regrow my hair to start over... So I still paid and tipped her for her time because I'm not a jerk (although a refund would be appreciated...) Our visit was our first time to this Supercuts. My daughter needed a haircut and we needed to arrive after school. Based on reviews, I need a virtual check in, just in case the salon was busy. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our slated time. A stylist, unfortunately I did not get her name, finalized our check in and directed us to take a seat. Within a few minutes, the stylist called my daughter and after a quick discussion about the style my daughter wanted, she went to work. She cut my daughter's beautifully and even directed us to the product she used to achieve the final look. The stylist also instructed myself and my daughter how the product is to be used. So I left and decided to come back Monday with an appointment after work. When I tried to make an appointment it didn't work. They told me it was because it was after 6:00 (however I tried at 5:30). First time here! :) Upon arriving It was a bit busy but I had made an appointment prior, on that same day. So the wait was very minimal! I had super long hair (past my hips) and I had an idea of how I wanted my hair cut (shoulder length) but didn't know how to explain it. I made an appointment today, and the lady who was a walk in was taken before me even though my cut was a quick 10 min job. I had to wait for 10 minutes while the Mexican lady completely dissed me. Rosa did a great job on my haircut and I believe this is one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten in my life! She even showed me how to style it to the side (that way I have a side bang) or parted in the middle in which I look great either way with the layers I got. Made a phone call at 11 for a 2 pm appointment. arrived 5 minutes prior to 2 pm, waited for thirty minutes after & saw 4 other people be escorted and serviced. i had a reservation but they went off the order of the sign in sheet which I wasn't directed to sign since I had a reservation. most pressing issue is the worker Maria. I asked for a 6 clipper haircut leaving me some hair To style & play with but she cut all my hair off to 1/4 of an inch. very bad service and possibly very bad customer service as well. read more

This location is great, the new (to this store) manager Bea was the manager of the Fontana location I used to frequent. She and some of the staff from Fontana have moved to this location and I've began to come here when that location closed because I always enjoyed the service. The team is great and work well to make your experience a great one, so it's worth the drive for me. After reading some negative reviews I can understand why you would maybe think twice before coming in, but in all honesty you cannot blame the staff for being busy after a two+ month long quarantine. I was there on the first weekend they re-opened, and they were all doing the best that they can, just as every other business is having to navigate the new normal. I wish people would be more understanding of the fact that they were so busy, it's very unreasonable to think that there would not be a long wait considering the fact that everyone needs a haircut at this time due to closures related to covid. Patience and understanding should be a new normal during this difficult period of adjusting for all services that were closed. Overall a great location, friendly atmosphere, and a great experience. Update: I received a reply on my review from the manager asking me to go back to get my haircut fixed and a few minutes after I received a call from patty (the sup) from that same day when I got my haircut, (I was impressed on how fast they contacted me btw!)They asked me to go back to get it fixed. I gave them another chance and thankfully patty was able to fix my hair and style it how I really want it!! She even show me how to style it as well! Thank you ladies for your best customer service! I would recommend calling in to make a reservation, otherwise you might have to wait because they seemed busy due to previous covid 19 closures and also to follow the social distancing guidelines.
