I went in for a trim after 6 months of not having one . I rarely trim my hair so it can grow out long . I'm so hurt and disappointed at what happened . I ended up with what I feel looks like a mullet . I'm so angry at this haircut . I can't even look at it in the mirror . It's so blunt and choppy . I just asked for a trim at the length and face framing which I didn't really have before . HUGE mistake ! The face framing ruins my whole cut . The first layer makes me look like I have bangs or a mullet . The rest of them do not blend in at all and end short so it just looks like a weird stair effect . I'm posting this to warn others against coming to this franchise shop. Go to the independent stylist and spend your $40 at a salon. You get what you pay for here ! This is what I get for being cheap . They charged me $30 I might as well have paid more at a real salon. Lesson learned ! read more

My wife when yesterday at this place to put and fix the color on her hair and the Stylist that work with her was ANGEL. He do a bad job, but he was nice and told my wife to don't worry about it. That he can fix it next day. So she call today this morning to see if he was there already, but some else pick up the phone and give the message to him. She arrive and he was waiting for her already. He was a little upset and told my wife OK" sit down on the chair to try to fix it and my wife just ask again if he can fix also the bottom part that it doesn't come up good. And he just explode and start telling my wife yelling to her, LOOK I'M DOING TO YOU A FAVOR " ALL THIS IS YOUR FAULT " DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M TELLING YOU " ANSWER ME " in front of all the workers and people there and my wife just froze for his attitude and the verbally abuse. So she left with saying nothing, because she felt all humiliated and drove home crying. So the soonest she get home and I saw her like that, I ask her and she told me what happened. I when there no look for trouble, just to don't let him to get away for what he did. I arrive and I ask him that I need to talk about the way he treat my wife and he right away start talking and raising his voice and left. But the manager (Kristen) noticed the situation, talk to me to find out what happened, because she wasn't there at that time. Very nice and understanding person. I told her that I just want the refund and an apologize from him to my wife. (which would have been the correct thing to do) She give me back the refund and as I thought ( he never apologize, he just left ). This person name ANGEL, he doesn't deserve work on this job and dealing with people that just want to revive a good job performance from people that they said, they are professionals and are certified. He doesn't deserve to deal with people period. Hopefully he get to the point to realize that he need to be more kind, polite and more important humble to know that it's nothing wrong to accept when he is wrong or when he do something that it's his fault and not blame the customers or someone else. Every body we do mistakes and mistakes or errors are to make us better not worse. God blessed this person and I really mean it. read more

I'm never one to post a negative review for places but in this case, it's warranted. I came in on Sunday as a walk in to get a TRIM, maybe a half inch cut off at the most. I had never been to Supercuts before and I will definitely not be returning. My hair was about shoulder length and I just wanted the split ends cut off and my stylist said cutting off how much I had asked for would be no problem. My first red flag should have been that my hair stylist said that he did not know how to cut my bangs but I still trusted his skills to let him finish cutting my hair. It also took him over an hour to blow dry my hair which usually takes 20 minutes at the most to completely wet straight out of the shower. At the end of my hair cut he admitted to cutting off over an inch when I had asked for so much less than that to be cut. When I got home and adjusted my hair a little bit, I realized how incredibly uneven it really was. The sides did not remotely match and one side was even worse than the other. It literally looked like I took a chainsaw to my hair. One nice thing I will say is that they attempted to fix it and they did not charge me which is nice however, the girl who fixed it was not nice. She was incredibly rude and tried to convince me that it wasn't that bad. I wondered if we were even looking at the same head of hair. She was very rude and rough and did not seem to be happy to have to be fixing my messed up hair. I hate to be that person to leave a raging review but I cannot express how unhappy I am with my hair. I loved how my hair looked before coming in and now I am left with a choppy and still a bit uneven mess. read more

I'm very picky with who I let cut my hair and Angel delivered exactly what I wanted :) it feels so healthy now and he also explained every process and suggested layers, which I ended up loving! Five stars all the way. I've had nearly all the girls cut my hair and never had 1 complaint. Very nice staff. On top of that guess what. ***sad story*** I was looking for my stamp card on the way to Supercuts and was very excited cause my next one was free!.. but I couldn't find it.. I was very sad mad and had to collect myself before entering the Supercuts. I got seated in 7 min :) I was telling my stylist my sad story about my lost stamp card. And she said "wait.. you lost your card?" I said "yes with tears in my eyes" she quickly moved into action and ran to the back. I wondered what she was doing. She came back with something in her hand and with a big smile. She said "here you go they last girl kept your card" at that moment I knew these girls here at Supercuts were genuinely great people. I went to get my hair cut today, and cried hysterically the whole way home. I get there and was helped by Cara. I told her I wanted two inches cut off of my hair, which was about to my belly button. I told her that I just wanted to make it less dead as well as add layers. She was just generally asking about my hair, and I told her that my hair lost about half its thickness when I was around 20. I am in the chair and she recommended that I cut three inches. I agreed to it and she began. She tells me to look down so she can cut the back of my hair, and all the usual. I look back up and she flips my hair in front of my shoulders. I say, "why does it look so short" and she responds that the black apron is just hiding where my shoulders is. She takes off the black robe, and my hair is about two inches past my shoulders. I put my hands to my mouth and said "oh my god." She tells me "I know you were talking about thickness, and normally I woudn't take off length, but I really felt this would look best." Trying my best not to cry, I just got my eyebrows done quickly and left. I cry hysterically the whole way home. My husband gets home and says, "oh my god what did they do to your hair?!?!!?" He calls the manager who does not offer any rectification. I was facetiming with my sister, and showing her the messed up hair, and one side is significantly shorter than the other, even when put in a ponytail. In short: got about triple the amount chopped off that I asked, uneven hair, and didn't even do layers. I have an appointment to fix it on Friday NOT at Supercuts. read more

I rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to say something about the terrible service we received at Supercuts today. My daughter has spent the last 6 months growing her hair out from a pixie cut. She wanted to keep the top long and cut short the hair underneath short. I brought in a picture which the girl spent about half a second looking at before tapering the back of her hair into what she had prior to growing her hair out. When I pointed it out she did apologize and say that she didn't realize it was longer on top. I expressed my unhappiness and told her that we brought in a picture for that very reason. I then asked her if there was anything we could do. She went to get her manager, Della Arias, who came over and told me that it was cut correctly but that it wasn't as long due to her cowlick. Apparently the cowlick shortened her hair by 2 inches. She then told me that there was nothing that could be done. She DID offer to give me the cut for free, which I declined stating that I wasn't looking for a free haircut. I then told her that I hoped she would talk to her team about looking at photos when they are provided because the cut my daughter received was clearly very different from the one in the picture and I again pointed out the differences. At that point she told me, "Look, I offered you a free haircut and tried to take care of it but you're still making comments that everyone can hear and you're hurting the stylists feelings. What do you want me to do?" Wow! Great service recovery Della! What about my 12 year old's feelings? When I left I was more upset with management than the stylist. Perhaps someone else should handle customer complaints because Della is in way over her head. Instead of diffusing the situation, she escalated it. I will not be returning and if you're considering coming here, I would think again...at least until they get new management. Needless to say, I ended up finding LICE in her hair about a week after....I know it was from here because she does not share brushes or combs with anyone else. Great Hair Stylists at an affordable price. I've been coming to this salon for the last 4 years. It's great to get to know the stylists and see some of my old classmates here. I really appreciate that they really ask me what I want and will double check before they make any cuts to my hair. They never dry cut which I like because I almost always wash my hair before I come in to get my hair cut. I've been taking my husband and kids here since last year. All were fine experiences, they were all very sweet to my kids. Unfortunately, I finally decided to go in and get a trim myself. I guess the order of walk ins were no longer respected because they called two people ahead of me. These people did not have an appointment because I overheard everything when they came in minutes after me. My husband and I were the first two people in line. He went before me but when it was my turn Kirsten and another guy called the other two people that came in after me. I didn't say anything then because I didn't want to come off as rude and dramatic. I ended up leaving as soon as my husband was done because I felt very disrespected. I have very long hair so maybe they thought I was going in for a time consuming job and wanted to take care of others first. This is just an idea that I've thought about to make up for their behavior. Anyway, all I wanted was a trim and I think a little more communication would've been greatly appreciated. read more

I took my son here yesterday they got him in right away but the lady completely rushed thru his 5 minute $21 hair cut! I had to walk him back in to cut long hairs the girl leat around his face, he had a ton of hair left all over him (like come on wipe or blow dry it off!) And now this morning I'm looking at it washed and dried and geeze!!!! Completely uneven everything! Even the damn sideburns are lopsided and off! Kids are people too! They want to look their best and deserve a nice clean cut they can be proud of! Especially when the parents pay 25 dollars for a damn haircut! We will never come back here. read more

You have a certain expectation coming into a Supercuts in a grocery store parking lot. Our experience here far exceeded my expectations. I brought my 11 year old son for a haircut and he was immediately provided a chair. Our stylist Alex was kind and patient with my sons groaning/not keeping his head straight etc. Alex showed great attention to detail and didn't bore us with unnecessary small talk.
