I told myself I wasn't going to post this because I'm trying to not cause anymore drama with this situation. But after this haircut, I went back the next day to see if I can get it fixed. The manager was understanding when I showed her my son's forehead. The lady who cut the hair, however, started making excuses that "he wanted hair-gel and when you style it, it needs to be that way". I friendly asked her if she wants to escalate this conversation because I came in peace and just wanted to fix the error. The manager understood this and intervened before the conversation got worse. Beware of this location. Nikki gave me the worst cut. She was condescending, made faces at both me and my roommate while we got our cuts, ignored what I wanted, and left a choppy and uneven shave. Guess I need to go somewhere else tomorrow to get it fixed up. What a waste of $19. read more

At first I was nervous about checking out a new place to get my hair cut but I needed something closer to where I live. Most of them know what they're doing, very helpful and are easy to talk to. There was only one time when I was disappointed in the haircut and the service and my haircut. But normally, my hair look fabulous after they work with it. Have come here a couple of times and the service has always been quick and friendly. I usually stay away from chain haircut places but decided to give this Supercuts a chance. Horrible place. I asked for a wash and cut. The lady didn't even touch the back of my head. I Showed her a photo of what I wanted which was basically a trim (my hair was way pass my bra strap) but she just hacked away and here I am with my hair above the collar bone. How does that happen? Highly suggest that you stay away from this salon. I had a negative experience with color that was put on my hair. I went in to see the manager and she offered me nothing as a solution for the problem. Carrie Hardyman does not think that customer satisfaction matters. In addition to the negative experience this location charges more for the same service that I could get at the Supercuts in Lake Mary or for that matter in a different state. read more
