I love the big window in the front, letting in tons of light on all of their plants around the waiting area. The chairs are comfy, and there's a great selection of products to choose from. I love the hair washing chairs as well. They're so much more comfortable on my neck than the ones I've sat in in the past. Jeannie has always done an absolutely amazing job with my hair since I was a kid and continues to do so. She has been cutting my husband's hair for several years now too and he's always happy with how great of a job she does. I absolutely recommend this spot!

I happened to be driving down the street and I saw a sign at the driveway entrance thanking Stanwood for voting for them as best salon and I immediately turned in to find out about it, and I'm so glad I did. The receptionist (I apologize, I forgot her name!) was very helpful and friendly and suggested Leslie and mentioned she'd had a cancellation for this afternoon and I booked it. I was very impressed! Leslie asked all the right questions, looked over the disaster that my hair was, gave me suggestions of what we could do to make it look it's best while it grew out, all the things I wanted and needed a stylist to do. I knew before she ever got finished that I'd finally found who I was looking for! She did an amazing job on my badly chopped hair and I was elated when she finished because it looked great.
