This is the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I think she is probably is a good hair stylist however, she simply didn't listen to what I was telling her when I sat down. To make this short, my hair turned out so bad the only fix was to cut it into a pixie which also was not good. I ended up going someplace else the next day but she was unable to fix it. Said to come back in about 6 weeks when it had grown out. Callie's last comment was "I know this isn't what you wanted but it doesn't look that bad".Not a good comment post haircut. I brought in a client of mine for a haircut who is a senior, anxious, and in a wheelchair. This was her first appointment with Michael and she was nervous about it. However, Michael put are at ease immediately from the moment we opened the door to the salon, with his help. She was visiting for a haircut and he accommodated her while she sat in her wheelchair. He took time to consult her and talk about what she wanted. He kept the conversation light and continued to check in with her to make sure she was comfortable. He was efficient, skilled, and my client left very happy with a beautiful haircut. Thank you Michael, she will be back!!

I called today, imagining I'd have to book weeks ahead (turns out that's usually the case), but this day Leslie happened to have a cancellation that I could make. Lucky me! Leslie did a great job on my hair, and was a wealth of information and encouragement for me as a newcomer to the area besides. I don't think I've ever had someone ask such good questions and talk me through what my options were so clearly up front. Then she was fast and sure with her scizzors and gave pointers on how to maintain (or further improve) my look. (She gives a great scalp massage besides!) I left looking great and feeling like a princess - despite the grueling few days I've had. I want to add, what I was not paying for but is worth so much to me, is how she made me feel so welcomed. Leslie is a wonderful stylist, and, a generous person besides!
