Called for a consultation and spoke to Monica, asked about what colors l'd like done, they said they accepted walk ins and when I got there and spoke to the ladies at 1pm mind you they're open til 6pm they had said okay but you'll have to wait 40 mins and I said sure and then they all didn't want to do my coloring. So wasted 20 mins speaking and showing examples of what I wanted and agreed while knowing wouldn't get the desired look immediately I was okay with shooting in the dark and landing somewhere in the middle. But nope. They just said they didn't "want" to do it. So I smiled and said no problem. They offered to reschedule me and I simply said no thank you and left. Left a tip on the card machine for $4 but was charged $20 on my credit card. The stylist and the manager said it was impossible to refund my money. The stylist could have given me the $16 back in cash but declined to do so because she said the $20 would appear on her w2. I typed the $4 on the card machine and am absolutely sure that I didn't type $20. The stylist said the machine was sensitive. Booked online through the Supercuts app. I went in a few minutes early to walk in to a single person ahead of me. I was quoted a 15 minute wait for my "booking". A mother and son walked in while I was waiting for their "booking" which was scheduled 20 minutes after mine and was cited a 30 minute wait. When the mother called out having to wait so long for a "booking", they were given the excuse that, "These aren't appointments. They're more like online check-ins." I waited 30 minutes before leaving. After all, I didn't book any appointment. I had only "checked in online". If it wasn't a Sunday, I could have probably walked in somewhere else and gotten out at the same time if I had stayed. Not sure if management pressured stylists/the store to book more people than they can handle, but I'm not planning to go back unless I'm desperate. Having to wait 30+ minutes when you'd booked in advance to pay $25+ for an average haircut seems absurd. It's a waste of customer's time. read more

I visited your location on 2/28/21 for a haircut and highlights. The whole experience took 5+ hours and cost $204. that seems extremely expensive for super cuts but I felt bad that the stylist had to stay late to finish so I paid the full amount and left a nice tip. Once I got home and was really able to digest the finished product, I was beyond upset. The coloring isn't fully finished and needs to be fixed...and the stylist got hair dye all over my clothing, but that's not even the main issue. The basic haircut I asked for looks unfinished and sloppy. It actually looks deliberately bad. The fact that a stylist could accept $204 and send someone home this way is APPALLING and flat out wrong. I called the salon this morning, was promised a call back from the boss right away, and didn't hear back for 10 hours. When they were finally able to connect, the man called from a restricted number, gaslit her, yelled at her, and ultimately hung up on her. The phone call was so bad I have a hard time believing it was actually a manager. Yes, he offered for one of his stylists to fix it but all trust in your brand has been lost. I am asking for a refund because this whole experience has been sloppy, unprofessional, and highway robbery to be honest. I tried to be nice, but it seems as though everyone is just brushing me off because they don't want to deal with it. I am a customer who is seriously upset. All I want is a refund so I can get this fixed somewhere else and I will be out of your hair. No pun intended. read more

It's a five star place And everybody is nice and it is very clean. They take your temperature they give hot towels and they serve you snacks sometimes. The turbulence effects the haircut. But they will give you a discount card. So that they can fix it in 2 weeks time. The pilot will give you one hell of a shave. read more

I just got the worst haircut of my life. The people in the store are idiots and don't listen to what I say. I was growing my hair for 6 months and I sat down told her I wanted it long and she immediately shaved my hair. She didn't listen to what I wanted AT ALL. I told her I played lacrosse and she started to give me a mullet. Just because I play lacrosse doesn't mean I want a mullet. I would've said something to her but I would've said something I should not have so I held myself back. I am outraged because after 6 months of that growing the idiots messed up my hair before school starts. I advise everyone to not go to this store and go literally anywhere else. Horrible customer service the minute I walked into the door. Waited over 5 mins before even being acknowledged. Finally Fabiola welcomes me and asked what I was looking to get done. I wanted a simple hair trim, shampoo, deep conditioner, and blowout. The place was empty and it was only her and another co-worker (Dana - an older African-American lady) working the store. Fabiola asked Dana if she wanted to style me. Dana who I hadn't even noticed sitting in her stylist chair the entire time - who could have checked me in or greeted me this entire time... She puts her phone down, looks at me up and down and flat out says "No". Fabiola and I looked at each other completely stunned. I have never seen anyone behave so rudely to a customer in my entire life. ESPECIALLY when you are being asked to do your job! I was very ready to leave, and not give this place any of my business. Fabiola quickly came and apologized and said that she would do my hair. She even took off the deep conditioning price OFF my receipt. I know, Fabiola was only trying to lighten the mood (after apologizing for her co-workers RUDE behavior), however I felt uncomfortable the entire visit here! Fabiola did a great job with my hair trim, and blow up. After reading the other reviews here and the horrible experience I had soon as I entered this place, I was afraid I was going to leave with my head looking horrible! I wish I could give more stars but that customer service really has me never wanting to come back here! Please get Dana out of there! Clearly she is in the wrong profession and has no value for any customer service! She was rude, impolite, and made me feel uncomfortable from the minute she said she wouldn't do my hair. This joint is just unbelievable. My husband and I tried to walk in around 8:20pm. The girl with purple hair said they're getting ready to close already, since they close at 9. As my husband was walking out, her associate came in and asked what happened, as if inquiring why he's leaving. Purple hair girl lazily shook her head. I've gotten my hair cut here a few times and they were fine. But unfortunately this review is for my last haircut by the older African American woman with short blond hair (didn't get her name). I've never had a worse haircut before in my life. It was totally chopped up and destroyed. I got my hair fixed elsewhere (and by that I mean buzzed because there was no saving it) and they even said they have never seen anything like it, absolutely nothing was even. Horrible customer service! The online registration is useless...they take people in the order you walk in the door and they actually do not keep track of the order. My 10 year old has not cried during a haircut in 5 years but he cried today because the woman constantly pushed his head this way and that way. This place is usually fine, they give decent haircuts for decent prices, but nothing crazy. However, today I had the WORST HAIRCUT I have ever had there. Most of the staff there give good haircuts, but today this one 50 year old African American lady gave my haircut, I had never seen her before. She completely disregarded all that I asked her to do for the haircut. I asked for a nice trim on top and a little buzz on the sides. But instead she decided to buzz my entire head completely, to the point where you see my scalp. This ruined my hair and I have to wear a hat for the next 3 weeks now. Took 2 teens for a trim. One child was done in 5 minutes and it took the other hairdresser 30 minutes for the other child. I am not joking when I say that the 30 minute trim came out like a disaster. Like other reviewers I had an initial bad experience here but figured they were just having a bad day and I should give the place another try (because of their super convenient location). Two more tries confirmed this place is utterly useless. Making an appointment online or calling ahead means nothing. When you arrive they will confirm that you have an appointment or that you called ahead, and tell you "it will be a few minutes" when they clearly know it will be over an hour. You then watch as they take customers who arrive after you in random order as everyone complains. The bar is very low for a place like Supercuts, all I expect is a cheap fast haircut and an honest estimate of the wait time so I can decide whether to stay or come back another time. read more

I had never been there for myself, had gone with other people. My Mom went last week and it was the best I have seen her hair look in a long time. Me. I got yet another bad haircut, looked like the spin mop. went late with my hair wet. I had NIKA for my stylist, she is young, she listened, took her time, didn't rush when I asked her for something specific and fixed my hair so I can actually leave the house . She is personable and I would highly recommend her. I am very particular when it comes to my hair. Do not go here if you value your hair! This place used to be really good for a quick haircut, but my experience yesterday was awful. The staff didn't acknowledge me at all when I first walked in and I just stood there staring at them and waiting for a few minutes. (I had called ahead) They weren't busy but everyone seemed tense and stressed. I get it everyone has bad days, but my last few experiences here had been lackluster so what followed shouldn't have been a surprise. Fabi cut my hair for the first time and complained about working there, her boss and co workers. She was aggressive in cutting my hair, I mean really digging into my head with the comb and trimmer and pulling my hair. I honestly thought she could've been high... she half heartedly asked what I was doing that day and then began complaining. She was VERY off. I really should have just got up and waited for Alberto (I've always had good experiences wth him) but instead I look like Buzz from Home alone. One of the worst haircuts I've ever had.
