Tapping her foot when she wasn't happy and cutting us off to convert our words into something we didn't say. Even Sean franks was there to tell her that she was wrong. Annoying employees, sitting in wheelchairs that are randomly in the lobby. These two guys wearing the gayest ostrich boots was super obnoxious and loud, was talking over us and couldn't have an inside voice to save his life. On September 6, 2022, I was looking at a vehicle on the showroom floor and many people walked by me six or seven times and nobody said anything to me. The stereotype was so bad. Everyone that was there who was Caucasian was getting serviced by people. I could not get any service by nobody. Many people walked by me as I look at the vehicle 7 times. No response. So far so good. Employees are easy to spot when trying to find where to park when dropping car off for body work. One star taken away only due to no free rental car service provided on sight; however, the receptionist said they work with a rental car company but she was unable to give specifics on whether or not it's free or discounted and if so what's the daily discounted rate. This is only important if your car insurance company and plan doesn't cover cost of rental car service when you're involved in an accident claim and damage to vehicle is suspected to take up to 4-6 days. read more

Absolutely disgraceful service. Went in for 12000 mile service which consists of an oil change and rotating and balancing tires. My tires were not touched. I know because I marked them prior to the service. I paid 160 dollars for an oil change and filter that l may or may not have gotten. I trusted these people l even brought my daughter here for a car and now I regret that decision. I will definitely not be buying or servicing a vehicle there again. My family and I have been a longtime Greenwood customer and have purchased multiple vehicles from this location. Spending not only money but a lot of time here as well. My check engine light came on the other day and when I called to schedule an appointment I was told that there was going to be a diagnostic cost of $160 (I did explain exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and the code that shows for the problem) they still told me it had to be done and charged and would be applied to the overall service cost. Which at that point was fine. When I dropped my vehicle off and confirmed what was wrong with my vehicle, I also explained that the line for my windshield wiper was broken and the fluid was not coming out as it should. After leaving my vehicle I received a call about 20 minutes later, explaining not only would I pay the $160 for the initial diagnostic but an additional $160 for them to tell me what was wrong with the wiper line for which I told them what was wrong. Cindy was the service advisor I spoke with and not only was she incredibly condescending and spoke to me like I was not well informed about vehicle repairs. Trying to explain that the diagnostics are computer based and a broken windshield wiper line would not show as a code when connected for diagnostic information, was a waste. Then explaining that trying to have me pay an additional $160 for someone to look at my line and say "yes that's a broken" line" is absurd. *Once a vehicle is connected and in for diagnostic review and service there should be a standard fee that encompasses it in its entirety. This fee should not be charged per issue that the vehicle has. read more

Bought a 2022 Chevrolet Bolt from here and let me tell you my nightmare of a story. It all begins with a salesman named Dan Naples. Keep that name in the front of your mind because he is the worst human being I have ever met in my entire life. After purchasing the car I awaited getting the title in the mail so I could go to the BMV to transfer the plates to the new car. Well, I never got it. I went to see Dan Naples and he said I would have to go downtown to the title department and BUY a duplicate title. So, reluctantly I did that. Afterwards I went to the BMV and got the plates transferred. Upon getting home I looked over the registration and I noticed that they misspelled my street name and got my zip code WAY wrong. So I thought that the BMV screwed up but then when I checked the title it was the SAME on the title. So it was Greenwood Chevrolet who screwed up. I then proceeded to call up my salesman, Dan Naples, and explained to him that they were the ones that screwed up and asked them what they were going to do about it. He said to me that there was NOTHING that they could do. So I then proceeded to ask to speak to his supervisor and he HUNG UP on me! I am in complete and utter shock at this time obviously. So today I took a drive there and he claims the STATE made the mistake. This guy supposedly has been in the car sales business for quite some time and he's trying to lie to me about something even I know. The STATE gets the information of the customer from THE DEALERSHIP!!! They won't even own up to their mistake even though their motto is (They go the extra mile) and they still continue to not want to help make this right. read more

I was losing air from my tire about 6:30 on Monday evening. I went to Greenwood Chevy for air in my tire. I was told I had a hole in my new tires by Shawn and his side kick. I would not make it home. I just bought those tires about 6 months ago I asked for a warranty he lied and said the company would not give me a deal. He was a slimy dirty crook. Stay away !!!! I went back in and spoke to the service manager Richard he did give me a road warranty which I paid for. Shawn was helpful. I was wrong the service team really stepped up to the plate to please me. Buyer beware if you decide to take your car to the body shop. They'll damage your vehicle and then tell you you did it before you brought your car in. Body manager will demean, berate and just be plain nasty. Greenwood apparently doesn't know what his other managers are doing. If I could give a zero for customer service and reliability, I would. I honestly think body shop doesn't know what it's doing. But go ahead, take your car there and find out for yourself. read more

My brothers' Cadillac needed a new key fob. He was recovering in a nursing home so the process was left up to me. I went in to the parts department to order and pay for the fob. Two days later I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for the for the fob to be programmed and in the end the fob they ordered was faulty. They ordered a new one and the next day I waited an hour and forty five minutes only to be told that the problem was with the car. They wanted to do further diagnostics on the car. I said no and that I wanted the money back for the fob. They said no. They finally agreed to give me back the money for the fob but I had to wait another hour for the car to be brought out. When it came time for me to get my money back for the fob, they told me that I never paid for a fob. After some back and forth they realized that I had purchased the fob. Total wait time-5 hours 45 minutes. I went to Spitzer Chevrolet 2 days later and within 1 hour I had a programmed remote that worked! read more

I got my car repaired here after an accident. Customer service was awful and repair work was mediocre at best. Service manager works as an agent to the insurance company rather than for the consumer or the shop. Took my car to another shop to repair the damage done by Greenwood. Don't ever buy a used car from these folks or new for that matter...they don't back up what they sell....ripped me off, car needed trans work that was done....i get back after 4 trips back and forth....now i have leaks in the steering rack and trans lines... and tuff shit to me! The worst dealership. Rude service professionals, once the smarmy salesmen actually get you to buy the car they don't need to talk to you like a person anymore I guess. They say they need a mechanic to get rid of my check engine light...? Really? Because if I stopped by Advanced Auto Parts I'm pretty sure one of their counter people is equipped enough to plug in a machine to my car and hit the "erase check engine light" button but whatever. After I bought my car they said they didn't have a spare key for me but I would have one in a month. It's been 3 years and guess what. I still don't have a spare key despite me bringing it up at every appointment. The person who sold me my vehicle has also added me to her Sassy Girl Media MLM e-mail chain, where I get updates about her private business a couple times a week. Seems weird and unethical that my email should be allowed to be used this way. My remote start stops working at least once a year and this year they decided that they need to charge me $90 before they can even look at it- but not on the weekend, because their mechanic doesn't work weekends. It's so nice paying $100 for something that has never ever consistently worked on your car, especially when it's a reoccurring problem they should have written down in my file and figured out a solution to long ago. Please go somewhere else, I cannot emphasize how much I hate having to see these people every time I get an oil change (and it's not just because they take over 3 hours even when you're the first appointment of the day). They're always looking to upsell me on things I didn't ask for and ignoring me about things I want them to check out for me. Don't end up like me, praying a semi runs a red light and totals this car so I don't have to keep driving this vehicle that they sold me with constant problems that they refuse to address. read more

The service was done right but I was not pleased with the time it took for my oil pan leak to be fixed; which I was told it was a 13 hour job. I made an appointment for service the week before bringing the car in and it was there for a week before it was done. I did get a courtesy car to drive at no charge and this work was covered under warranty so that was the only good that came from it. read more

$690 + dollars for 100,000 mile maintenance. One spark plug wire was cracked and they had to replace all and the fuel was lean so they had to clean the gum out. I only had 80,000, plus a $73.00 charge for whatever ( I really don't know). I am definitely unhappy with the final cost!!!!! I have a GM warranty, but it don't cover maintenance. read more

Online sales people are nothing short of con artist. Offered 44k on a car listed for 45999. We went back and forth over taxes and title and they sent me an email indicating that if I paid taxes and title we would have a deal @ $44k. The next morning the advertised price went to $47999 and I got a call from a not so pleasant salesperson that told me "46k is the bottom dollar". ($1 over the original post). Save your time and headache and take your $ elsewhere. If there is an advertised price, that means nothing. If they tell you a price, that means nothing. Dishonest shady people. Know what your doing if you do business with these people bc it seems they take everyone for idiots. When I mentioned my frustration, the salesperson said "your mad bc I won't sell you a car for what you wanted to pay" and negated the fact I have emails indicating I could have the car at 44k if I paid taxes and title. They milk you for whatever they can. Skip the dance with bad hustlers and buy your car someplace with values.
