I had a very good experience at caliber collision working with Service advisor Joshua Huerta who called to keep me updated on the Repair to my Chevy HHR on what needed to be replaced and when they would have the parts to Repair My & when I could expect my Car to be repaired completely was Monday 8/4/20 and it was ready to be picked up on 7/30/20 at 4:30 pm I am so far Very Pleased with the Repair Done by Caliber collision here in Pueblo Colorado 2002 Alma Ave. the girl at the front desk was very professional and courteous also wearing her mask as Joshua was wearing his mask when I dropped off & picked up my car overall I give caliber collision at "10" on their performance of there employees thank you David Helmbrecht read more

The repairs they do are great, and the people are nice. However the follow through is awful. Since the repairs took longer than 30 days they were suppose to pay for my car rental with Enterprise. After several attemmps to get them to pay for and them saying it was taken care of.....it has never been resolved. I will pay for the bill of course but will never go back. I also asked for them to order a part, they forgot and when I called to remind them.....I never heard from them again. read more

Brian Fuller and jesse Pena lied and misrepresented facts to our insurer, resulting in a denial of our repair claim. I am a 77 year old woman, who was promised repairs that never happened. now i am forced to pay out of pocket. I was treated very condescendingly by the people at this business. we picked up the vehicle at about 40 minutes before closing which we called in the morning and let them know we would be there by the end of the day. Since they were going to do the work on that vehicle was a total loss we were just picking it up. They said they were putting the bumper back on. When we picked it up, they handed us, the light which wasn't broken when we brought it in and my daughter was driving the car the highway the bumper fell off the highway . My daughter when she tried to drag it from the middle of the highway and put it in her car could have caused a major accident put lives in danger. When I called to complain the manager, Renee said the insurance doesn't pay for putting the vehicle back together and that it was a common courtesy to put the bumper back on. I told her if that's common courtesy and you're not gonna do it correctly. You should've just put it in the car if you weren't going to put it on securely, which is not how we brought it in she never apologized. She just made excuses. instead of the words, I'm sorry coming out of her mouth in the first few minutes of the call made excuses for her and her Employee Steven. read more

Small traffic accident and my insurance lead me to Caliber for repair. Terrible customer service. And when my car was ready for pick up they required additional money for work they had not done! What a scam. (Previous work in my same claim was done by a mechanic). Yet, when I explained this to them saying they were asking for payment on work they didn't do they said, "that is irrelevant." My experience at Caliber Collision was great! Tina handled my estimate and communicated with me through the entire process of having my car repaired. She was professional, thorough, pleasant to work with and she even called to let me know when my car was going in to be painted so I would know it would soon be finished. Her office assistant was very helpful and friendly also. She even called the car rental company to arrange my being picked up to take me to get my rental car. They made it all so easy. A deer took out the front end of our car while on vacation. Our insurance company had the vehicle towed to Caliber Collision on Alma Street in Pueblo. It was unsettling to work with a company with which we were not at all familiar. We live in a different state. However, we could not be more satisfied with the work and the customer care provided by Caliber Collision. They communicated with us regularly. In addition, they went above and beyond when it was time for us to pick up our car, which was after hours since we came from out of state. Also, the car looks great! Poor communication and severe lack of customer service skills. I was told 3 days for a repair and it ended up being 10 days and likely only because I repeatedly called to bother them and ask for the status. Kept making excuses as to why it was taking longer. I do not feel that I should have had to call them-they should have updated me on the status of the repair. Being told 3 days and having to wait 10 days should result in communication initiated from the business. Also, when finally picked up my vehicle, and told it was sanitized yet found trash inside ( that isn't sanitized to me). Overall, a huge disappointment and I will not recommend this shop to anyone. read more
