I was given the choice of three estimates which were way out of my price range and told the guy would need to call somebody else to get another estimate. The estimates were anywhere from the cheapest of $1500. Approx to over $3000. I was totally shocked as my unit is not that old and was told that the motherboard was not sending signals to the compressor to turn on and if they replace the motherboard, it still may not send the signal and then I would have to replace my compressor also. I called another company that was also recommended to me and a technician within 10 minutes found the problem to be a $240 capacitor, which was changed in less than a half an hour and I had air again!! I can't imagine a company trying to rip off somebody buy so much money and completely miss diagnosing, a simple problem and trying and turning it into a huge disaster! I would never recommend this company. They are completely dishonest or maybe it was just the person they sent here.

The woman said that she would check and see if a maintenance guy was in the area and call me right back. She never called back. I called again and got a different person who told me that someone could show up and take a look at it some time later that day. Someone did show up and told me that the air conditioner could not be fixed and that I needed to buy a new one. I said, fine, they gave me a quote and said someone will be out the following day between 1 and 4 to install it. They never showed up between 1 and 4 so I called them. The woman that answered said she would check on it and call me right back. She never called me back. So, I called again, I spoke to someone else who told me that they would be at my place in about an hour. They never showed up, they never called to let me know they were not coming either. I called the main office again, nobody picked up so I left a message. Nobody called me back. So, the next day I called again. The woman said she could not get a hold of the maintenance guy and transferred me over to him. He never answered so my message went to his voicemail. He never called me back. I called the main office again, nobody answered so I left a message. They never called me back so I called again. The guy said he would check on it. He apologized that it had taken so long and that nobody had gotten back to me. He said that they could reschedule it for the following day from 11-1. They did not show up between 11-1 so I once again called them. They said they would check on it. She got back to me and said that they would be there within the hour. They didn't arrive for two more hours. They eventually did replace the air conditioner and sent me a bill. I sent this review to them through their website contact page before posting it hoping that they might say, oh we're sorry about all this etc., but of course, nobody ever replied to me. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Vlad from Fuse Services came to the rescue and saved me about $600. His thoroughness, honesty, and…read morededication deserve recognition. Bosch initially sent Appliance Service Group, Inc., which took a week to come out and suggested the problem was a fuse without removing the oven to investigate further. Vlad came the same day I contacted him, removed the unit, and identified the actual issue: the motherboard. He offered a solution that saved me approximately $600. After an electrician completed the necessary work, Vlad returned to reinstall the oven and got everything working. What impressed me even more was his follow-through. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the microwave, so Vlad returned a third time and took it apart to check for a dead animal, burned wiring, or another possible source. He found no evidence of those issues and carefully reassembled everything. He took my concerns seriously and put in the work to investigate. By comparison, Appliance Service Group wanted $169 for the initial diagnostic visit and another $100 to return, despite giving me a diagnosis because of a gut feeling. Based on my experience, the difference in service was substantial. I highly recommend Fuse Services and Vlad. He showed up, investigated thoroughly, helped me save money, and followed through. This is what an honest, hardworking service looks like.
