I was at Superior Fry Road Car Wash & Lube this morning. While my car was being wiped down, a car with two men, maybe 20s, drove up and got out to walk over to my car and started talking to the lady working on my tires. I didn't think much of it until the manager walked over to talk with them and the one man knelt down and touched my tire on the side I can't see. Then they walked to their car and drove off. Of course I'm unsettled, I spoke to the manager about this. He said they were selling food and didn't touch my car. I said yes, one of them did and explained what I saw. He told me no, I was wrong and it didn't happen. I asked him "how are you going to tell me what I saw ?" Then asked me twice "so, what if he did touch your car?". I was not happy and told him it's MY car and they don't work here, no food in hand or anything". He begins to tell me he helps them from the church. I told him that's not my point. Going here since before the current owners, progressively worse the past year, today after vacuum my light bar was on. Switch for this is hidden in a cubby hole, closed up in the console. Only way to it is open the console, reach into the cubby. Someone reached in and inadvertently turned the light bar on. To their credit nothing was missing but there really wasn't anything to steal. Check out staff is very nice however car was scratched up, interior was half a** cleaned and they somehow stained my seat when even the manager said they don't touch the seats and i paid $30 for superior car wash and complained about the doors not being wiped and manager told me that isn't included when the sign clearly states otherwise. I've been going to another one up north, they appear to be cheaper but it's really not because they don't shampoo the car seats thoroughly when you pay for the service. I was out running errands anyways, why not try this place out - their staff aren't bunch of high school kids either. When I went to pick up my car about an hour later, my car was so clean. It is my third time I go, I have done 3 different types of cleaning to my car and they are all of poor quality, the vacuum cleaners are bad or the employees, the detail for the washing and drying is very poorly finished, the administration should have a person checking that all the cars come out in optimal conditions, even if it is a minimum vacuuming, it is possible for us that the people who do the final work will answer you that one should make the service more expensive because there if they leave it cleaner, do not destroy your source of work guys love for your work. After reading some negative reviews, I was hesitant to service my car at this shop but still did due to their convenient location. On my first visit, they took more than an hour between the oil change and the complimentary car wash. Mechanic was courteous and professional though I got the usual upsell recommendations (dirty filters, flushes etc.) as all these places usually do. Complimentary wash was not bad at all. There were some dirty spots here and there but it was FREE so I won't complain. On my second visit everything went smoothly and I was out of there in about 30min. I did pass on the free wash to speed things up and took a raincheck instead. I think I would not pay for any of the Super-Duper-Ultra expensive wash packages as I would probably be displeased with the results based on all the negative online reviews. Waited a little over 30 minutes and when I came to check my car the inside was still dirty!! Same trash I left inside for them to take out, small noticeable spill stains, crumbs still between seats and in cup holders. Seems like all they did was vacuum the floor on the inside. When I alerted the manager the hispanic lady who was supposed to "clean" my car had an attitude and started throwing things in my car around (my car keys and the trash she left in the cup holder). This should've been my first lawsuit in America as one the worker threatened to whoop my ass loudly. First of, I felt treated with disrespect. Maybe, because of my color and accent. After getting my car washed the non-customer oriented worker walk straight to my car held the car door and rudely asked me to go pay inside. I was busy wiping the inside of my car whiles my son was in back seat. He was hurriedly asking me out to go, and my question was; why are you rushing me??? He replied that he doesn't wants me to run away. He got me very angry at that point in time as my cash and debit card was out for him to see that I need to finish and go pay. There we got into an argument of him being very disrespectful and should have value for customers. Next word was, he will whoop my ass!!! My sister took her vehicle to the Superior Car Wash on Fry Road and whatever they sprayed the windows with on the inside caused the tint to lift. Her vehicle has a factory tint and this has never happened before. When she spoke to the manager, they were rude and told her they would not do anything about it. I've come here because it's convenient and they are incredibly honest if you leave something of value in your car. On two separate occasions they have found expensive jewelry or money that must have fallen under a seat and which I certainly did not have a clue about until I saw it in the cup holder. They could have taken either and I would have never known, and neither time did they do so. To me, that speaks volumes and is the only reason I am not giving them one star. I have not had such a great experience with them. My housemate loves them and uses them all the time, but maybe it's because he drives a two-seater, and I always have big SUVs or trucks. With my Ford F-150, I felt they never got it clean. I did pay for the top package once for full detailing and discovered I could have done it myself in less time and actually detailed it. With my newest car, my experience has been much worse, and I won't be back. I feel like this place definitely has the "not responsible for damaged items" sign posted because they will damage things in your car you didn't think was possible to damage. The first thing they damaged in my car was the side panel to control the movement of the driver's seat. They ripped it clear off the seat, and now it hangs. I opened my car door to discover it hanging, and thought at first maybe it just got detached somehow. Nope. They completely broke it off the seat, and it cannot be reattached. It works, but it's unsightly. When I tried to ask what happened (because I was pretty upset about it), the woman lied to my face and claimed "it was like that." No, it was definitely NOT like that. I didn't go back for a solid year after that incident. Because my housemate goes there all the time with no problem, I decided to go again. My first attempt they had to pull my car out of the queue because I went to pay with my debit card, and they refused to allow me to do so because I didn't have my ID on me. Regardless that I know my PIN number, their policy requires a valid ID. While this policy could be understandable for a credit card transaction, debit card agreements do not require the user to show an ID if a PIN is being used to complete the transaction. It was probably the universe's way of protecting my car from more damage, but I went home, grabbed my ID, and returned. Of course, they broke the entire wood panel off the ashtray and lighter compartment. After I left, I saw the compartment was still open from cleaning and went to close it only to realize it WAS closed, and the wooden panel was what was hanging. That was a definite WTF moment, but I had already left, and I was so angry at myself for going back against my better judgment that I didn't turn around to go back. That was at the end of 2019, and I hadn't been back since until this past week. I needed a wash and was heading out of town, so I figured there wasn't anything else they could possibly break, and maybe the wood panel *did* break on its own (at least that's what I told myself to justify my laziness of driving an additional 15 minutes to go elsewhere). They didn't break anything this time, but they also didn't clean my car very well. The outside was great, but the inside wasn't vacuumed or wiped down very well. The man did tell me for an additional $20 they would detail my car, but I figured $30 was enough to spend, and I just needed a simple cleaning, not a detailed one. My car wasn't vacuumed well, and they certainly didn't wipe down the inside. Maybe it's just me, but I won't be back. My housemate uses them all the time with no issues, and so I'd say they are great with two-seaters and not good at all for trucks and SUVs. read more

I got a oil change done a while ago. They let me know that my car required a different type of oil then I had been using. I was so glad they let me know because using the wrong oil would have caused engine damage. They did a great job and where very friendly. I highly recommend them. They did a free car wash after the oil change and did a amazing job my vehicles windows have never been more clean. I'm so happy. read more

Mngr said the express wash doesn't equal clean car and when I told him I did it myself because it only takes 30 seconds mngr. said "time is money". Well ignorance is bliss, enjoy it! I DO NOT recommend this car wash. Paid to have the interior of my vehicle cleaned. After paying they told me that they lost my car keys (I know, I should have checked my vehicle first before paying ‍). On top of that they had my car parked near fry road with the door wide open and no one watching it. Eventually, I took matters into my own hands and had searched my vehicle to find the car key in the door. The door they had wide open and someone could have stolen what I had in the vehicle or the vehicle all together with the key they had left in it. I didn't have the same types of issues many of the other reviews mentioned with damage to their vehicles. The work I received was pretty decent for the price. What I did see was customer service attitude. They have pay massage chairs in the waiting room. The place was packed and a lady with 2 kids was sitting in one of them. There were 2 more empty and available. The cashier was loud, rude, and downright obnoxious towards the customer in her approach of telling the customer she either needed to put money in the chair or get out of it. The other issue I had was the tip jar they have outside to tip the workers. There is a sign specifically requesting all customers put all tips in the jar and not tip the workers directly. Since my job was done to par, I left a tip in the jar. Well, when I went to get my car, the person who'd been working on it asked me for a tip. I told her I put the tip in the jar. She tells me that they don't get the money in the jar and she wanted a tip. I refused and got in my car and left. I have no idea if she was just trying to shake me down for more money, or if this place steals the tips their workers earn.. but I won't be back to find out.' I'd give it one star, but since the actual job that was paid for was done quite satisfactorily, that wouldn't be a fair rating. read more

While some of the employees are friendly and they could do a better job on making sure the car is cleaned before handing you the keys back. There were a few times I went that they had to re vacuum and wipe down the inside because my car was still dirty. The management at Superior Car Wash is horrible. I went in on 8/18 and as I was waiting one of the so called managers was yelling and berating one of their employees. She was using foul language, pounding her fist into her hand. I went to the front desk asking for the owners name the lady said that she could not give out anything more than his first name, Imran. I said so you're refusing to give out any contact information, she said yes. I asked for her name, Marina Aguilera and the managers name that was yelling at the employee, Alma Cuevas. Marina started to raise her voice at me when I told her that it's not only inappropriate for a manager to be yelling at an employee that it also creates a hostile work environment and no one deserves that. She said well don't you want to know why she's yelling at him, I said it doesn't matter what the reason is, a manager has no right to treat an employee like that. Whoever actually owns this location, needs to train it's managers on how to deal with employees, as well as train their employees on customer service. I stumbled on this place on accident. I'm still waiting on my vehicle but while I'm just sitting here I thought I'd write. The prices are pretty reasonable. I paid $45 for an exterior/interior detail on my Audi Q5. This was to include wiping everything down , wheels, tires , leather , wax the usual. I will say though.. you can tell this place is old. There's a gloominess to the inside that makes you feel like you're in a swamp. Green walls.. no. The paint is chipping everywhere too. I also noticed no ATM.
