I stumbled on this place on accident. I'm still waiting on my vehicle but while I'm just sitting here I thought I'd write. The prices are pretty reasonable. I paid $45 for an exterior/interior detail on my Audi Q5. This was to include wiping everything down , wheels, tires , leather , wax the usual. I will say though.. you can tell this place is old. There's a gloominess to the inside that makes you feel like you're in a swamp. Green walls.. no. The paint is chipping everywhere too. I also noticed no ATM. Every time I come here I leave with the same complaint.... My car is still dirty. Today is the last time I plan to bring any vehicle here. I walk to my car, the 2nd row is still down. I pull up the seat and the 2nd row is filthy! I asked a woman for a towel and then she sprays a little windex on my seat? Needless to say I finished cleaning my car. I'm a frequent customer here, I wash my car 3-4 times a month here. The last time I was here, I got the one the package that's 2 levels higher that the superior package. I got to pick two choices and I picked clean interior and seat shampoo. Everything was good until I got home and realized my Kindle eReader was stolen from my glove compartment. Not even worth the star. Brand new truck. Paid extra for the hand wash because I didn't want any scratches in my beauty. Who knew hand washes can scratch the door the way they did. It wasn't there before. What's worse is I could of taken a dirty wet towel and cleaned my truck better. There was no wax on wax off done. Just circular smearing and smudging. After I notified them of my disappointment they insisted on running it thru the machine wash. Guess what. The scratch they made was still there. They then told me to come back tomorrow. Which I did. If I could give no stars I would. I got there before 9am was told that my car would be done in an hour because of the work I wanted (which I understood). I did not leave until after 11am. Please make sure that you look at your vehicle completely before leaving. When I exited my car there were 2 holes in the front seat carpet that were not there before. They were covered with the paper mat so I wouldn't see them until afterwards. I immediately called them and since I was not far I drove back to show them the damage they caused. The manager Frank claimed that the holes were old and I did them and therefore they were not responsible. I even looked in the trunk and there was still trash and had not even been vacuumed. The manager frank was so rude and just argued with me and ripped a bag out of my car and just tossed it in my backseat!!!! I took my vehicle there because of my friend that said they would take care of me and I'm less than a week away from delivering my baby and needed my vehicle cleaned for when she arrives. Never again will I go to this over priced place with the worst customer service and managers ever. I am so disappointed!!! Don't take your vehicle there unless you plan to get you vehicle back with damage!!! They didn't even show any kind of remorse or empathy!! I took my Jeep Cherokee here for a clean up - windows washed (dog nose marks), vacuum all inside, wipe down of my leather seats, and detail outside. When I got it, I failed to initially look beyond my front seats as I was in bit of a hurry. Sitting at the light, I noticed a French fry between my seat and the middle console. I looked back and dirt particles were still on my back seats. I looked on the floor and they might have just hand swiped the seats to put the crumbs on the floor. Outside was ok, inside my car on second look was definitely not worth $50. read more

The worst sub par cleaning I've had, they didn't vacuum any cracks not the whole back trunk of my SUV. They folded the back seats down so they didn't have to wipe them down. I asked the guy which package to purchase to wipe and clean all interior of my vehicle, i purchase that package. When looking at my vehicle before pulling off all the seats and dash and doors were still dirty it didn't look like anything was done. I questioned and showed the manager and his response was you only paid for us to wipe it down not clean it. Came here to get an oil change on a four cylinder car. I asked how much it would cost to get an oil change he said it will cost $25.00 after the oil changed and i went to go pay they charged me $77!!!! Why? I asked.. he said because he put in synthetic oil. I did not ask for synthetic oil and he said it will cost $25 when I initially asked. Decent truck wash.... Hardly anyone speaks English so that's annoying and you do have to watch em.... However they clean my well enough for a $20 wash and do get the bugs off my windshield. It's not a touch free wash which is what i prefer but they give stamps and free air fresheners if you ask! read more

I had a very bad experience at superior car wash and lube off a fry road. I sat in my car for 20 minutes waiting for someone to greet me so I could have an old change and car wash. I watched 2 heavyset gentleman talk and laugh before one of them finally came out to tell me they couldn't look at my car for at least 30 or 35 minutes. Each time I go in it seems to take longer and longer to get my all change done before the car wash. I talked to the manager. He didn't have too much concern. I picked Superior because it was on my way home and I've seen it open for business for years. The guy that checked me in was very nice, we talked over the options and found the one that was best for me which involved conditioning my leather and wax on the outside. I was in crutches and he even took the time to walk with me to the waiting area so he could open the door for me. After paying and sitting down I read some of the reviews and immediately started to worry. Luckily, I am super happy! The attendant seemed to take extra care with my car and when it was done I didn't notice any problems as were described in other reviews. Never again! I pulled up to get a state inspection. The light skinned guy with a pony tail looked at me numerous times, but never acknowledged or greeted me. I waited until the car was out of the bay thinking someone would have come to greet me then. Nope! He even looked at me again and left me sitting there for like 2 minutes while the bay sat empty. He stood there just looking, but never coming out. The other workers never looked my way. I drove off. I see why this place has few stars. I did not come just to sit and look at them, I'm a customer who was totally ignored. I left to go to another shop. When I passed by after making a u-turn I noticed they emptied the other bay and put the signs out so people can't drive up. I took my Hummer here and as usual i have issues with them not cleaning it right, I go back to give the benefit of the dought and this time the really messed up my Hummer with deep deep scratches and want to say my Hummer was like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I drive 20 miles home from work and stop at Superior Car Wash on Fry Rd to get my truck cleaned up for the weekend, like I usually do, One of the employees comes inside to get me to show me that my drivers side mirror glass is broken. I said excuse me but I just drove 20 miles to get here and I think I would have noticed it was broken. (The glass is actually shattered). I went out front to speak to the manager and he said there is no way they could have broken it. I said, well it wasn't broken when I got here. He said no way his people broke it and he has video cameras to prove it. I asked him to go in and check the camera and he refused. Then one of his employees brought his cell phone over with a picture of the mirror after it was broken!!! I have two vehicles that we take over there about once a week and spend $20 each. That's $160 a month in business that they just lost. (At least) Now, I'm not a crooked guy. If the mirror was broken before I got there, then no problem, I would fix it say crap. But, it wasn't broken and they are willing to lose my money and get bad reviews over a $20 mirror. NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!!! STAY AWAY! First time Stopping by after showing a couple homes in the area for sale. When I was waiting outside at the tables I heard a loud crack sound at the same time my car was coming out the wash. I realized when my car was ready that the windshield was cracked from one side to the other and my front right side rim was damaged as well the tire had a big chunk of rubber hanging off. I was horrified of what happened and I couldn't believe it. I spoke to the manager on duty and he had the nerve to tell me it was my fault because I probably came in with a crack on my windshield. As we reviewed the tapes from the car wash it was obvious that my car had no damage before I came in but he insisted that it was my fault. I called the sheriff out and he said I would have to take them to small claims court and he could not do anything about it. I also called the general manager and never could get in touch with him. I went ahead a replaced my windshield and repaired my car at my own expense since I did not have time to fill a complaint with the county clerks office. I would advice everyone to stay away from a company that would blame the costumer for something they did. I never write bad reviews but I had to this time. My pickup is still fairly new 2017 Ram - So, it's not hard to get it showroom clean. I paid for Gold and got basic wash. I think they are short staffed and they need a quality control supervisor. I ALWAYS tip my car wash drying people... but not this time. water spots all over, missed cleaning spots and my brand new bed liner that got dusted with pollen is still dusted with pollen. Over spray onto the class and mirrors with type of greasy cleaning solution. No basic wipe down on the interior? C'mon --- a little coffee spill is nothing to clean up --- it's the little things that make people either come back or don't come back. I won't be back. read more

SCAM ! Went for a routine oil change because they promote a free car wash with each oil change and I was in need of both ! So what a great way to save change, right ?!? WRONG ! First, they tried to charge me close to $100 for an oil change with synthetic oil in my regular 4-door sudan (this is where they try to make their money for that "free car wash"). NEVER in the history of owning my vehicle did I ever pay more than $50 so seemed kinda shady. I told them just use conventional which SIGNIFICANTLY dropped the price. Surprise there. lol. Then, he tried to tell me other things were wrong with my car as every mechanic typically does instead of doing the job I asked. Thirdly, the basic wash (a wash and dry, no extras $15) is what comes with the oil change but my car needed a deep clean so I upgraded my package to the superior wash ($27) in which I would pay the difference between the 2 packages ($12) which was fine. I see a $30 charge for my wash. I asked the cashier to ask my mechanic why, when I was told I would just pay the difference. She came back to tell me "He said you wanted ultimate wash with armor all inside". So, the mechanic without my knowledge upgraded my package with extras. I told her that absolutely is not what I asked for and all she said was "well, we can't change it now because it's already finished". How convenient right? I believe in paying people for the work they've done so my total ended up being $60. Finally, I go to look at my car to see if the wash was decent and they DID NOT even do a good job. The inside interior seats were still dirty. The work was not diligent which is odd since they are the most expensive wash in the area. Look I don't mind the spending money, if the work is of quality. However, this place is subpar. And if it's your first go around with them, they will scar you because they did it to another couple while I was sitting in the waiting area. This place is a damn joke. My husband and 9 MONTH OLD daughter just sat here for an HOUR AND A HALF getting my car done for me. EMBARRASSING IS THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE THIS! My vacuum job is laughable, the dash is streaked, so I dunno how they didn't see the spots they missed. You can still see the foot prints on the doors. They just let them sit after it was done. Not only will we not be returning to WASTE 30 dollars, I will make sure to mention to STAY away to anyone that mentions carwash with in ear shot. Y'all need to get your shit together. Ripped off on 10/28/17. Mechanic did not change my oil filter! This is fraud. Climb under your car and make sure you are getting a new oil filter! I went here yesterday, I have a Jeep Patriot that was covered in dog hair. They did a great job on the areas they actually cleaned. For some reason they didn't do my bumper or the back of the jeep(the trunk area). They only vacuumed the front and back seats, didn't even touch the back carpet or windows that was covered by my dogs nose marks. I took it back today, told them about it, they said they'd fix it. They did vacuum the back and clean the front bumper but they still didn't touch my back windows! I don't think I'll be going back, I don't feel it was worth the $50. read more

Stay away. I got an oil change here combined with a car wash. The oil technician was extremely aggressive in attempting to sell everything from power steering fluid to transmission fluid . When I told him to back off he was rude. 20 minutes after I left I had a flat. The tire shop found that someone had put a rolled up piece of paper in the valve stem cap causing a slow leak. I called the Manager and he said he would look at the video recordings and get back to me. Never heard back. I believe their technician intentionally did this. If I had been on the freeway someone could have gotten hurt. read more

I think maybe this place is under new management since I didn't have any problems like the earlier terrible ones. I HIGHLY recommend it as my truck came out looking brand new. They hand washed it twice (we live around trees and it was filthy).and sent it through the soapy brush wash twice.
