I took my car in March 2025 , to have my car have new transmission fluid changed. I didn't notice until a day later that there were deep scratches on the the left bumper and left door. I notified them. They wanted pictures so I sent them photos. They responded back with photos time stamped saying it was there when I dropped it off. I don't know how they did it? But they did show me a picture with no scratches. That i could see. I had my car detailed the prior day. And everything looked great. No scratches! It didn't come from some where else, Because I don't go anywhere. That day I dropped it off was the only place I went. To and from there. They still deny it. $310.00 I spent! the absolute worst customer service. I had an appointment to see a vehicle on theit lot after hours - had been texting with the salesperson for a week- as I was out of state. When I arrived no one was there. furthermore, the vehicle was not even on the lot. I found it parked next door. when I peeked inside it was missing the driver seat! how was I supposed to test drive it that night? I left messages for the manager with no return calls. the original sales man apologized a few days later but never made good on his promise to drive the car to me. I was looking at a new vehicle and when sitting down to complete finance paperwork, they had increased the amount by $5000 stating since it was a highly sought out vehicle, they have the right to do that. MY EXPERIENCE WITH SUPERIOR CHEVROLET After picking out the new car and agreeing on a trade value for my old one, the following happened: 1. Transposing important numbers. While checking my credit, the salesman kept transposing numbers. He did it twice, once with my phone number and once with my social security number. When I corrected, "no, it's 1234, not 1243," he responded with "Yeah, that's what I said. 1243!" I had to point out what I had written on the application and show him the words he was saying was not what was written. Not a huge deal, but certainly a red flag. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. 2. Payoff amount. I had a screen shot of the payoff from the lien holder's website taken that morning. He said that the online quote wasn't accurate, and he needed the pro-rated amount. After spending a stupid amount of time getting to a customer service rep (this was when he was transposing my SSN), we were put in the que with an expected wait time of 15 minutes. The salesman disconnected the call and said, "I'm not waiting on that. We will just go with what we got." 3. Signing paperwork. My husband was working out of town and we knew he needed to come by the dealership to sign the paperwork. It was the Thanksgiving week and he was trying to finish the out of town job, so he called the salesman and asked if he could come by the following Monday to complete everything. The salesman said, "That's fine, no hurry." Meanwhile, I was receiving almost hourly phone calls the Friday after Thanksgiving from Finance, wanting my husband to come in and sign. Since my husband was told he had a week, he went out of town again that Friday, and long story short, we BOTH had to go to the dealership again the following Monday and sign everything (my 2nd time). 4. Signing paperwork AGAIN. The following day, the salesman calls my husband and says (quoting here). "My fat-ass manager screwed this all up. We need you to sign more paperwork." He was working 2 hours out of town, but the dealership agreed to send someone to him with the documents, which he signed. 5. WANTING MORE MONEY. A week later, the salesman texted me with, "call me ASAP!". I did, and he nonchalantly said that because "WE" didn't wait for the pro-rated payoff and the number he "went with" was wrong, I needed to bring them $617 immediately. No apologies, and he was trying to make me feel like it was my fault because I showed him a screenshot I had of the payoff from their website. I told him the deal was done and I'm not interested in giving him any more money. He said he'd have his "fat-ass" (he used that term again, while on speaker phone while I'm in my car with my kids) manager call me. The manager has YET to call me. This salesman called my husband a few times, and I had the finance person call yesterday who graciously offered to take the $617 over the phone. I did not agree to pay them an additional $617. This is in no way, shape, or form my fault, and yet they offer no apologies or alternatives, aside from I owe them the money. I put $5k down with my trade, and frankly I don't have the extra money to cover their mistake. I have not heard from any managers, even though I left the one the salesman refers to as "fat-ass" a message to call me. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I will share this review broad and wide until they decide to do the right thing. read more

I think this is my 3rd or 4th car from Superior organization and I will NEVER buy from them again. No accountability, their mistake cost me a $3000.00 repair bill. When I called they said it wasen't their fault even though I have it in writing from another dealership that it is. According to the service manager this is common place. Apparently its common place to replace the air filter restriction indicator and not bother to check the actual filter. Mine was so dirty that it broke the air filter guard and sent pieces thru the turbo breaking every single fan blade because it was starved for air. Im not a mechanic but if the air filter restriction indicator is broken, it prob needs a new air filter. Just my opinion Go somewhere else. read more

Took my 2017 Impala in because my display screen malfunctioned and I could not use GPS, radio, etc. The screen had already been replaced less than 25000 miles ago . After the mechanic hooked it to a computer and got it fixed I was charged 140.00. I would think a car with less than 40K miles that is still under warranty would be covered for computer malfunction. I basically quit coming because I did NOT trust the guys I was dealing with. They over charged me, didn't meet commitments, and tried to sell me services I didn't need. Recently bought a 2013 Explorer from their used inventory. Had to take it back the next day for suspension issues that were "missed in their inspection". I have had it back to them now 5 times for the same issue, and still no fix. Paying for a car that I dont even have sucks. Their communication is lacking, the price of the vehicle was higher than expected, especially for a broken strut tower and bad rear hub. They have now had my Explorer for over a month and cannot tell me when I will get it back. read more

I recently bought a truck from "Superior" Chevrolet; of course, when you are dealing with them and they want your money they are kind and customer friendly but once they have your money they no longer care or treat their customers with any respect. They agreed to pay 1/2 my sales tax in the closing on the vehicle. The paperwork has arrived but no check. Called their finance Manager Preston who 5 times in a row swore to call me back with the information around the check for the sales tax. He has lied all 5 times and never called. My wife called yesterday and he swore to have us an answer and to call back by end of day. Nothing. I have wrote two emails to the company with no answer and even filed a complaint with their electronic help rep. No follow up. Now its time to post this and follow up with a call to the better business bureau to file a complaint. Truck needed to go to Ford dealership for some minor repair. It's been 3 weeks, I haven't heard from a salesperson, even after emailing the sales person and calling. We thought we were getting a fair deal and a nice used car. Our salesman seemed nice and trustworthy enough... When we took the car home we realized there were things about the car that they didn't disclose to us. Such as the gas tank didn't open and we knew our salesman knew about because he filled up the tank twice when he was working with us. They had put the wrong user manual in our car. The wrong wipers were on the car. And we took the car one time through the wash and it came out with all these parts on the hood where the paint had washed away like they had just tried to patch it up quick. Seemed like they were just trying to sell it fast. When we called they acted like they wanted to help but when we took it in to them they kept us waiting for over an hour then didn't help us at all. Very fake! I know I sound naive, but I really thought these guys were honest. Unfortunately they were just trying to get a quick, sloppy sale and didn't want to disclose everything to us or make things right. We will not be buying from them again. read more

Crooked. Took car in to correct an airbag recall. I had taken it in years ago for a faulty air bag. I was under warranty then but they wanted to charge me over $900 to fix it. They said there was a stain on the passenger side seat which indicated something spilled so the warranty did not apply. Turns out it was a defect all along. It angers me that my passengers were at risk all those years. I also asked if I could get a spare key. Unfortunately it was one of those expensive keys. He quoted a little over $30. He then said I needed a transmission flush. He quoted total for key and flush would be $220 I objected. He knocked it down to 185. I agreed (stupid). I went to pay later and the total was all of a sudden $250. I knew I had been ripped off. I just paid and left. read more

DONT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS "DEALERSHIP" they are not trust worthy!!!! Bought a 2017 Honda Accord sport from this place... haven't had the car long enough to get my paperwork to pay sales tax.. Car starts making weird brake sound... take it to brake shop. The brake shop advises that the wrong brake pads and rotors were on car. I reach out to this place... all I get is I'm sorry &900.00 later because the rotors and brake pads for both on front. Text their customer service have not heard from them. Also, In my process of buying the car my sales person told me that my sales tax on the car would be $880 and change. He knew I was getting a service contract on the car and still quoted that he said it maybe $900.. Get to DMV on 7-3-2018 it cost over $1100... Please do not buy anything from these clowns... they make doing business with car dealerships bad... If I could give this place minus stars I would in a heart beat... This is a crap dealership. Don't trust these folks a handshake and we will take care of you is complete BS from this group. If this happened month me owning this car I could understand I bought this car on 6-7-2018 and took my car to the brake shop on car 6-23-18. Superior organization has one superior general manager Mickey Glover. I am a single mother of 2 and in the 2nd week of May I had a flat tire. It was 10:45pm and I pulled over on a dark road. Worried to death about where I am, with my children and no tools to change it. After setting there for 1 hour trying to find some to help me, with no luck. Mr. Glover drove by me and then turned around and came back and parked behind me. By this time it was close to midnight. I explained my issue and then he sprung into action. Using his own tools and time he changed my tire and got me back on the road. Not only that, he let my kids set in his truck while he changed the tire and watch a movie on his ipad.
