Went vehicle shopping for my wife and found a car we liked. Once we sat down to talk numbers, the salesperson brought us their offer, and we started negotiating. We told them the number we wanted to stay around, but they wouldn't budge. Then a manager named Pablo walked in. The first thing he said was that he was "very busy" and was taking time out of his day to talk to us -- even though we never asked to speak with him. He asked what our absolute max number was, so we told him. We were only about $92 apart. We explained that we did not want to go above our number. Pablo then said, "Are you really going to let three dollars a day stop you from getting this vehicle?" We said yes -- our number is our number. Then he said that three dollars a day for 84 months was "around $7,600." I'm not sure why he thought that helped, because that only confirmed that we weren't going any higher for an extra "three dollars a day." We told him we'd just keep shopping around until we found something within our budget. Pablo replied that we "wouldn't be able to do that anywhere." I told him I've done a lot of research, and we want the best option. He then said that whatever research we've done, he's done more. Well, I would hope so -- selling cars is his job. He also told us that you can't take money to the grave. The negotiation ended with him saying, "I think it's best if we party ways here," then standing up and storming out without a goodbye or anything. Easily the most unprofessional car-buying experience we've ever had. We drove down the road and bought a Cadillac two hours later. Go shop at Landers -- wayyyyyy better experience. read more

Awful place. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue. This car has a damaged driver's seat that was not disclosed. They overcharged me 400 dollars that I caught and forced them to refund. The floor mats were missing; the 2nd key is missing. They drove this car with a disassembled air induction that was just lying on the engine and was missing the air filter. Can you imagine being so incompetent that you would drive this vehicle around with an open, unfiltered duct sucking air from the engine compartment? I found this situation the following day upon inspecting the car. What kind of dealership would allow this to happen? And then you sell it to an unsuspecting person thinking they are buying a premium vehicle from a competent dealership? They were selling this 9-year-old car for over $15,000. The salesman said, "maybe if you had paid full price, we could do something for you" The absolute gall to tell a loyal customer that. A few weeks ago my husband, my daughter and I were there to buy a Jeep. This was going to be our daughter's first purchase. They wouldn't stand behind their advertised price, they were very dishonest. My husband left a review on our experience there and received a reply stating that a manager would be calling us, and it's been over 2 weeks now and still haven't received a call. On top of that we were told by Pablo and 2 salesman that they were taking our financial information so they could give us the best deal and they would not run a credit report until the final deal was done, however we received a notice from our credit alert that they pulled a credit Report without our consent. We purchased a 2022 Jeep Compass from Superior Dodge of Conway, Arkansas on April 18th, 2025. When we purchased the vehicle we also purchased a 3-year 36,000-mile extended warranty. We were told the warranty WAS in effect on the day of purchase. It also reflects this on the contract paperwork. The car was driven for five days and then the car would not start. My husband called a couple of different dealerships trying to find somewhere to get it in to be checked. After all we bought an extended warranty. Each dealership he called he was told the warranty we had purchased was in a suspended status. At this point we attempted to contact Superior Dodge of Conway, but no one ever called us back. So, my husband and I went back to Superior Dodge of Conway and talked to the finance person we signed all the paperwork with. He told us the warranty DID take effect on the day we purchased the vehicle. (This was the second time we were told the warranty was active.) He said to have the car towed to their service department so he could keep an eye on it and get it repaired and it was all covered under the purchased extended warranty. We called the number on the warranty paperwork for a tow truck and were again told the warranty was in suspension. We called Superior Dodge of Conway again and told them the tow company said the warranty was in suspension. The Sales Manager, did manage to get a tow truck out to get the car on April 24th, 2025. The repair shop has been checking all the electrical systems (because they were still covered under the power train warranty) and now think it something mechanical, but say they can't do any repairs on it until the warranty we purchased takes effect. AGAIN.... we had been told TWICE the warranty is active, as well as it is reflected on the date/mileage on the paperwork for the warranty we purchased was good on April 18th. It is now May 8th. So the vehicle has been in the shop for 20 days. So basically, we bought a $20,000+ yard ornament and the dealership we bought it from, Superior Dodge of Conway, is not honoring the warranty that we also purchased for the vehicle. We are now 10 days from the purchased warranty being 30 days old and so called active (we will see). Even though, it was supposed to be valid the day we signed the paperwork. After several more phone calls and lots of frustration, my husband found out the warranty is valid. The reason the dealership, Superior Dodge of Conway, cannot file a claim on the warranty is due to their policies. (It would have been nice to know that 10 days ago) They have to wait 30 days on a vehicle they sell in the event they knew something was wrong with the vehicle prior to selling it and they did not fix it before selling the vehicle. So basically, they have a 30-day waiver that says they can sell you a vehicle that could have issues or break down, but they are not obligated to fix it for 30 days to cover their own ass. This information makes me think they sell cars they know have issues and highly recommend an extended warranty but won't honor that warranty due to their 30-day company policy (but they don't tell you that part until your vehicle breaks down). So, the outcome of all of this. We are using our now active warranty to have the car towed to a different dealership that can actually diagnose and fix the issue in the next few days. If the dealership had been clearer on their company policy, we may have already been able to get the car fixed and have it back. Lesson Learned. I will not be doing any further business with Superior Dodge of Conway and I will be telling everyone I come across that is shopping for a new/used vehicle to not deal with Superior Dodge of Conway. read more

I made an appointment to see a particular vehicle. when I arrived, they had it in the showroom and decorated for trunk or treat and I wouldn't be able to get in it. (WHAT) the YOUNG girl then tells me that I can't even test drive it without a credit approval. NO!! it was a dodge charger it was in the showroom to be decorated it wasn't one of the high-end cars. when asking what I want for my trade in. I told her payoff (I did my research and was well within the parameters) she rolled her eyes and said don't we all wish for that. the finance guy then spoke to me as if I were stupid and didn't know how car deals worked. needless to say, no car was purchased there. We went in to look and most likely buy a vehicle. But upon parking there was no one outside. We went inside and started looking. No one asked to help us. After being there a good while one salesman asked us if we needed help. He talked a couple minutes then left as he was with another customer. We saw people in offices playing in their phones and also other salespeople walked by. Not one asked to help us. We'd been there so long we decided it wasn't worth dealing with this type of people and just left. Go somewhere that actually wants to sell you a vehicle. I took my Truck in to be looked at for a gear shifter indicator lights were acting up. When I took it in the truck ran perfectly and had no check engine lights on. after having it for 2 days they finally looked at it I don't understand this part when you make an appointment you should have it worked on at your appointment time. anyway I picked it up and started driving off the lot and noticed the check engine light was now on and the truck wouldn't shift. I called the service manager and he basically told me they didn't do anything to my truck. He said all they did was hook up to a code reader and that all they did. (2 days to plug in a code reader that takes 2 minutes to plug in and get charged $200 for it to???) I could have went to AutoZone and did the same thing. so anyway the manager said there is nothing he was going to do to make it right. this truck is my livelihood and now I'm am out of work because of the great service team of Superior Dodge. Our 2019 Jeep Sahara started running extremely hot while we were in Louisiana and we brought it home to Conway on a Uhaul trailer. Took it to Superior and they kept it for 6 days and told us there was an air pocket in the radiator and it was a quart low of coolant and it was fixed. But last Friday after a week from there shop anti freeze started pouring out from under the Jeep and it started running hot again. The first time they let us have a courtesy car for my wife but this last time they said they did not have anything for her to drive. Evidently they did not even check why the antifreeze was low and how air keeps getting into the system . The Jeep is sitting in the back lot of Superior and hasn't even been looked at yet. Please read this entire description before using this place for service: I would not recommend this place to anyone. I've had several bad experiences here. First thing was my brand new ram 2500 Cummins transmission going out. After two payments were made on the truck with it being broke down It took me having to call ram headquarters and telling them what was going on and they freely offered to pull a transmission off the assembly line since we had only made one payment on the truck previously. Then the service manager, not knowing the call I had made, had the gall to call me and tell me he was able to get a transmission off the assembly line after his field supervisor called and told him it was being sent. When I called him out on that he backpedaled and told me he only meant that he heard it was on its way. The transmission was on back order so it was not just readily available. I understand that, but don't tell me lie after lie because your not doing your job. This is one of several instances. We also have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and have only had bad experiences with it there as well. Only dodge dealership with it about 45 minutes so I have to use them. As far as oil change goes in my truck, hopefully it's not the same everywhere, but talk about a ripoff! $188.00 for the labor on a 45 minute oil change only. Then they pull your cabin and engine air filters- so already pulled out. If you agree to new filters, which I did, because they showed me and they were dirty they charge you another $75 labor on top of the cost of the filters just to put new ones back in. I was told I wouldn't have been charged labor if I didn't want new filters. Explain that logic to me!! Needless to say I am done with superior dodge unless I break down and need warranty work done. Even then it would probably be beneficial to take it to the next closest dealer. read more

I took my truck in for a brake warning. I was heavy hauling out of state and was scared to drive any further. I took it in to Mr. Doug at Superior Dodge and he knew right away what the issue was with my truck. He kept me comfortable during my stay, reassured me that he would get my baby back on the road and get the issue resolved. Within no time Mr. Doug and the service team had my truck taken care of and me back on the road. He was so nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely be bringing my truck back to Superior for all service and sales. Customer for life! Yes I took my jeep in on December 5 to service for a heater core and was told it would be fixed by Friday then Saturday. I called to check on it and they told me it would be Monday and then Tuesday and Wednesday at 12:00 noon at the latest. So they told me to come in on Thursday around 4:30 pm . I got there and waited 2 1/2 hours and then to find out it would be Friday. so I called about my jeep on Friday at 2:30pm and was told it wouldn't be ready for another three days. Anyone who's ever purchased a car from a dealership knows that you get a full detail on the vehicle before taking it home. The day I purchased mine it was raining so as a condition of the sale I was promised a detail at anytime afterwards when the weather was nice and I could bring it in. Not long after my purchase I got 2 recalls on the vehicle. I called and scheduled the repair and since the day was going to be nice I also scheduled the detail. They didn't have the part to do one of the recalls so they just did the one which was a 30-45 minute ordeal. I had an early morning appointment, 7:15 or 7:30, and they didn't call me until late afternoon, around 3ish, that my vehicle was ready. I get there and my vehicle wasn't any cleaner than when I left it there, other than they did vacuum it. I looked for my sales rep but he wasn't there so another salesman offered to get it taken care of. He comes back in about 20 minutes and my vehicle looked like he just ran a water hose over it. My interior windows have had a film on it from the day I took it home, still like that after a "full detail"... Not ok! I immediately text my salesman, Lonnie, Instead of replying to my text, he calls me (don't want anything in writing I guess). He tells me that the guys who detail at the dealership are not professional detailers. Ok, I get that, but at least make an honest effort. Oh did I use the word "honest"? More on that in a few... He told me he has his own guys who detail for a living and he would get it done the following weekend. That was on March 28th 2019. The weekend comes and goes and I hear nothing from Lonnie. Tuesday, April 9th, 2019, I text him and ask what happened to my vehicle. His reply was "they told me you had a detail.. I will let my manager know you want another one and see what they say." Ummm, WHAT???? Now he's all over the place with what we JUST talked about and all his promises were just forgotten. I called him out on it and his reply to that was "I will see what we can do and let you know shortly." Shortly? Is what to most people? An hour? A few hours? A day or two, maybe and that's stretching ALOT. I have not heard a word since then. Back to the "honest" word. Not one I'd use with this dealership. I finally got my second recall repair done and while it was there asked them to look into my heated seat and steering wheel that's suppose to come on when I start the vehicle manually or auto start as per the settings I have it on. It has worked here and there since purchase but not consistently. I was told the mechanic started it 5 times and it worked every time. Uh, no way!!! I also had them look at it vibrating/idling hard intermittently when parked. I was told that they drove it around a good bit and never experienced it. Ummm, I said "WHEN PARKED" so why are you driving it around? Ok, I can see doing that just to rule out what it might be caused by BUT, I took a picture of the mileage after I parked it at the service desk and guess what? Yep, my mileage had not changed one bit. Soooo, you drove it around a good bit huh? Lies... I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them nor will I recommend them to anyone I like. read more

Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Went there about a year ago and they had a nice tundra. Drove it, looked it over and noticed it had a good amount of damage on the passenger side bed and door (sales man never mentioned this until I noticed it.) I looked up the price and they already had it over priced by $5,000 and that was without taking out for the body damage which I'm no expert on pricing body work but I'd imagine it was gonna range in the $3,500 to get the dents and paint match if not more. So I told the sales man there was no way I was buying it for that much with that body damage and that he needed to go talk to the manager and get that price lowered. This man looked me dead in the eyes and said we do not bargain on our vehicles what you see is what you get. So I chuckled and told him good luck and have not set foot back on that dealership. This bundled up with all the problems I've had out of their service department and the guy who runs it Doug. I'll never do any business with them ever. I've steered multiple people away from them and they have had better business dealings at other dealerships and judging by the other multiple bad reviews I'd say superior auto group needs to do a major over haul on their dealerships and learn how to make a deal. read more

This Dodge Service Department had our truck with an A.C. issue for 3 days. Supposedly they replaced the condenser for $800+. They couldn't show us the old condenser they said was bad as they said they already sent it somewhere for the core. Said one of the Shrader valves was sticking, but obviously didnt replace it as it's still sticking. Said there was no leak, but after driving out of town about 30 miles, the A.C. Started having issues again...not cooling, fan hardly blowing. Stopped for fuel and decided to buy a can of freon to see if that was the issue...it was completely empty. 5 days later, with gew miles driven, it was completely empty again. Obviously there's still something wrong. The service person, Doug, didn't really seem like he had a clue. Wanted us to give the go-ahead for replacing the condenser with nothing in writing...no break-down or any itemization estimates. We feel we got scammed. Not even convinced they did replace the condenser. We'll be stopping at another Dodge service department to once again get the issue hopefully diagnosed and I'll update this review with their findings. read more
