He showed up at our house and spent less than 15 minutes walking around our house and talking to my husband. Then he said he had an idea on what to fix and would send us a quote. NEVER did he test our system or look at the wiring. He didn't even bother to check and see if it was PLUGGED in!! He sends us an estimate for almost $1200. When my husband asked about the estimate, he said we could not do some of the things recommended to bring down the price. Really? I thought the point was you would send us what would fix it. I would NOT recommend this company. I do NOT think he was professional. This was him completely taking advantage and taking money while doing absolutely nothing and then trying to upsell to try and make even more. Maybe he's good at some things but if you need help with your house WiFi, this is not the company for you.

We are looking for dozer and excavator for our farm. So they have a lot of equipment listed in their website and pricing. What we learned from buying use equipment is that we have to see it working and running. Otherwise it's going to be crazy expensive to fix. Anyhow. We saw this excavator for 20k so we just thought we'll stop by from our way to the farm. We pulled up around 2 midweek. Adonis was there. The only one there. When we walked in he didn't seem happy to be there. He didn't even greet us. He just stay seated and didn't even make eye contact. So my husband walked to his table and say we went to your website and saw this machine for 20k and the first word coming from his mouth was "the one that didn't work?" Again. That was the first word coming out of his mouth. Husband said "oh didn't know! Didn't say that in the website" and he said "yeah it's. It running" So fast forward we went out to check on everything in his lot. He kept saying well this is 60, that one 70, that one 90. And so forth. And my husband said "ready to work? If there ever is any problem Randy is all over it. What I also like is that they handle all the money is handled online so no worrying about money orders, or checks in the mail and calling to see if they have arrived. I can pay automatically and keep track of what payment I did. They even email and text payment receipts. Also with the key pad access code to the gate it is essentially 24/7. They don't recommend working in the dark, but they have motion lights and cameras. So basically its worry free storage without anyone fussing over you when you don't need it.
