I reached out several times via text, email, and phone, yet as of October 1st, I still have not received a timeline for scheduling the repairs. I would appreciate a clear timeline for repairs and more consistent updates regarding the status of my warranty claims. Implementing a dedicated customer service contact or an automated repair scheduling system could help prevent delays and improve communication. We truly enjoyed our initial experience and hope that future service aligns with the high standards set during installation. Leaving customers in limbo does not reflect well on your business, and I look forward to seeing improvements in these areas.

Go ahead, call five contractors. How many answer their phone? How many even respond? You probably already know how many. 1? 2, maybe? This project was a little annoying because I needed it done immediately. Also, it involved working in conjunction with a separate contractor that was working in the home. I was worried that it'd be hard to find a contractor to complete in time. I felt bad having such an immediate need but I wanted to call Billy first. Billy answered, with tools in his hands, mid job. I explained what I needed. He asked the right questions. We setup a time to meet and like clockwork, he showed up on time. Always friendly. Always informative. Bam! Work scheduled. I left Billy the lockbox code and he estimated his finishing time. I called him around that time to coordinate getting him paid. And, of course, the work was already completed. Not only was the work completed sooner than expected which allowed the entire project to progress faster than expected, but it was done perfectly. Which is a word I rarely use. But from the precision of the work, the cleanliness of the work, coordination with other contractors, quality of products he used...and yes, the value of everything involved...perfect! I'm not sure if I'll ever need contracting services in the Yuba/Sutter area again. But if I do, I'm only making one call. The same call you should make. Lucas was perfectly communicative and arrived on time. He was patient as my mom's neighbors engaged me and added significant time to his visit. What I appreciated most from Lucas is that he offered multiple options for each area of work to be done. Aesthetically and as far as cost. As time was a factor, having Lucas respond the following day with a very reasonable bid, based on the options we discussed and with the added benefit of him being ready to get the work completed in a short amount of time really meant a lot. As did his communication with following up to see if we had any questions or concerns. Ultimately my mom chose a different option but that decision does not reflect on Lucas or Alpha at all.
