Very pleased with the 400+ square foot, cantilevered deck we got from John and crew. The quality is unmatched with very nice details that I will not enumerate as they may be proprietary. We get compliments from everyone who sees it. The price per square foot came in the range indicated by my research so I am happy with the value. John did the design and provided a quote on the spot. The design included several recommendations for both structural integrity and aesthetics. I also note that John wasn't afraid to say "no" if he didn't feel he could stand behind the end product but we worked out a satisfactory design at the end of the day. The team works very well together and they are friendly and polite. They had it done in two and half days despite light drizzle and having to place seven footings on a steep slope by hand. One final "feature" is Superior fronts all the material and working costs and you pay once the deck is complete. read more
