If these guys are the last contractors on Earth, do it yourself! They will promise you everything…read moreyou want, and deliver absolutely nothing! There isn't a more unprofessional "crew" of construction workers on the planet! They show up drunk and/or stoned every single day, if they show up at all. The owner, Dan is NEVER on time, and the workers sit around waiting for him til 10am or so! They were contracted to do an 880 s/f addition for $150,000. When we hit $250,000 I started to complain and they threw their stuff in the trailer and not only left but blocked my phone so I can't even reach them! You have to see the condition of my yard. They tore up my entire front yard with their trucks and trailers and left garbage everywhere. I'm getting a dumpster here tomorrow to start cleaning up their mess! I started calling other contractors to finish the job, but NOTHING they did passed an inspection. The electrical, the plumbing and even the framing all FAILED inspection. It cost me $26,500 to redo all their work that failed inspection. By the time I'm done I'll have over $300,000 invested in a simple addition. I found out later, through the bank, that they withdrew $63,000 out of the account that had my $100,000 deposit and spent it on personal items. So, after the foundation was poured there was no money left to start the building. I can't make this up! I'll never get my money back because the owner is penniless, but I'll at least have him arrested for misappropriation of funds! Hopefully I can spare others from this nightmare!
