From start to finish, Evan was honest, professional, easy to communicate with, and kept us updated daily on the scheduled work. His team was incredibly knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional. They clearly take pride in their work and paid attention to every detail. Once the project was complete, all of our lighting fixtures, doors, and accessories were carefully put back exactly where they belonged. The finished result looks beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. We highly recommend Evan and his team to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy professionals!

Evan was the first of several contractors to provide a quote, and he was both highly knowledgeable and accommodating. The crew started the very next day and did a fantastic job. They cleaned the damaged area, sprayed an anti-rust primer, and repair the hole using Rapid Set mortar. At the end, they applied a white primer to match the color of wall. The entire project was completed in a single day, and the repair is now completely seamless.

The communication, professionalism, trustworthiness, efficiency, and the desire to go above and well beyond to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction were obvious (and appreciated). They re-stucco'd our entire home and painted our facia and front and back doors We honestly cannot say enough good things, and the icing on the cake was the competitive price. Not only do we highly recommend him, but we plan to use him again for interior painting. I posted pictures but they do it no justice. In person the texture and color, especially compared to before they redid our home - absolutely gorgeous!

Updated June 6, 2026:…read more Jorge, I think your response says more about your communication style than my review ever did. At no point did I ask you to assist me to "sue" another contractor, nor did I imply anything remotely close to that. That assumption was completely unfounded and frankly unprofessional on your part. For the record, I was able to part ways with the previous contractor in an amicable, professional, and respectful manner. We even exchanged a few cordial text messages after executing our contract termination agreement. What I did ask for was transparency, professionalism, and clear communication regarding the scope of work and your observations during the inspection process. Instead of asking clarifying questions like a straight shooter would, you jumped to conclusions about my intentions to "sue" another contractor. I'm a fair and professional person, and I have no issue with a contractor deciding they are no longer interested in a project. That happens. But the professional thing to do is communicate that clearly and directly -- not disappear, ignore calls and messages, and leave a prospective client completely in the dark after promising a proposal the same evening. My review was based entirely on my actual experience: you inspected the site, committed to sending a proposal, and then went completely silent with no follow-up whatsoever. THIS IS NOT HOW PROFESSIONALS OPERATE! This a critique of your communication style, or the lack thereof, not your business conduct or competency. I just want to be very clear about that.

Sent out service requests via Yelp and Parker's Painting offered a competitive bid. They were not the lowest, but I appreciated the timely and professional communication. My house was left as if there wasn't any work done and the results were even better. The wall, corner, and ceiling look as if there was never anything there. Bookmarking Parker's for sure for any future drywall or paint work we may need.

Spent 3 days scraping, sanding and patching to prepare for painting as well as moving all items out of the way before painting. They masked off quite a bit of area to ensure that there would not be any overspray. This attention to preparation continued as they did the stucco, trim/facia/eaves, siding and doors. They also help trim back some of the vegetation from wrought iron fence that they painted. Very happy with the process and results. My wife is making plans to have them back to do some work on the inside of our house.

Which means you run the risk of running into various levels of opinion and emotional impact due to the constant imposition of work impacting their usual day to day living situation. This job had high maintenance neglect from the previous duplex owner. Most likely, hadn't been painted in 30 years, possibly more. As with most structural neglect, there were issues with wood rot, termite damage and various degrees of stucco degradation. Jason's team was up for the task. There were tense moments, but Jason was calm (at least around me, haha) and handled little flare ups. Jason was up front regarding damage found and was detailed in explaining how his crew would address issues. This took a month due to the amount of damage repair, prep work and finally paint. Jason's crew made this duplex come from a tired eyesore into the quaint mid century cottages that they were meant to represent. Like always, Jason's crew cleaned up the worksite everyday. Made sure things like paint chips and debris were picked up nightly. For the quality and long lasting results that South Coast Painting provides, it's worth every penny spent. You can get cheaper bids, but know that some companies thin out their paint for a lower materials cost. If you want your paint job to last 3 years vs 8-12, that's your choice. My house was painted 9 years ago by South Coast Painters, and there is no peeling or fading. Even on black painted shutters. Personally I don't want my home painted once every 1/2 decade.

I have recommended him to by neighbor as well who was absolutely thrilled with the exterior paint job Jason's team provided.
