I've been using Superior for 10 1/2 yrs. with never a problem until I picked up my daughter's evening gown for an event Saturday night for her. First it wasn't going to be ready for Friday then they told me to come Saturday at 2pm and the dress wasn't even there. They asked that I come back in an hour and the manager would go get it from their facility? I come back and it was in the plastic bag, no receipt attached, but okay. I paid and later that evening when my daughter was taking it out of the bag it was wrinkled like it was in a ball. Thankfully I have a clothes steamer at home. I called and told them about it a few days later and he apologized, and would reimburse me but that the dress was cleaned but not pressed. What? How do you clean it then toss it somewhere. I don't even think they cleaned it. It still had that new smell when you buy sheets or clothing made in the factor, but he offered to clean and press it for free. I would have rather they said it wouldn't be ready and I'd take it somewhere else. Better yet just steam it! I gave them 4 stars for 1 issue. read more

Took a coat to get cleaned. When I picked it up, it was still dirty. I went back & spoke with the owner. He said he did the best he could, if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. I asked him if I could have my money back to go elsewhere & he literally told me where to go. The owner is crazy, unprofessional and a shyster. I will never use this place again. read more

Six pairs ($89.50 each pair worn twice) of pants ruined by excessive heat leaving discoloration that cannot be corrected. The owner Scott Nguyen cursed me out, got into my face, yelled at me, when I entered and introduced myself since we spoke earlier I contacted Lake Alfred police but they said it was civil matter and they have been receiving a lot of complaints about them. There was no resolution to this issue as he wouldn't even look at the pants I was showing him. It's terrible how he can treat customers and get away with it. He said he wasn't the owner and that he didn't know who the owner was. Internet results show that Scott and Chu Nguyen are the owners and they also own The germ-infested shack of a nail salon next door. When I was in there.. Her was just throwing people clothes on the floor and walking over them. The staff seems terrified of him and his irrational behavior. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life and the lose of use of my work trousers is huge blow to my pocketbook. When I had called him earlier in the day- he hung up on me. We have been using this dry cleaners for years with no problems, but lately we have had three pair of pants shrunken badly in size. The first one they said it had been more than 30 days, the second one we were not completely sure it was them because we started to use other dry cleaners, but the last one i was absolutely sure it was them. I was met with nothing but denials and hostility by the owner. Please NEVER use this cleaning business for anything. read more
