Basically got a concrete footer with a troweled finish that was not even even or smooth. No clean up. Called and spoke with the owner who said we could finish it ourselves as all they do is a trowel finish. Now we had a flooring company come in who said they used the wrong concrete as well. There were some minor disconnects that they were able to remedy giving us the look we wanted. They included a project mgr, Jay, who did a good job of keeping us up to date on the schedule, and the steps needed for a finished project. They did a good job cleaning up after a days work. I realize that I could have found a less expensive option, but I thrilled with the final results. And since it is composite, that's the last time I have to worry about it.
