They had a great variety of flooring to choose from and I was interested in buying. It took long to get some help, employees were just talking the whole time standing altogether at the counter. When I went to ask for help, it seemed like she didn't really care and was trying to leave the interaction with me. They lost me as a customer and I don't mind spending extra money at another store to receive better service. read more

I won't be buying from them, I would rather pay extra somewhere else than go back and try to get an employee to help me. Any employees I saw were huddle around talking and on the three different occasions I got an employee to help me the interaction was useless because none of them seemed to know anything. I'm not even exaggerating, every answer (for multiple question) I got from all 3 employees was "I don't know" . I was starting to wonder if any of them knew if they even worked there. Visited this location to look at their wood tile options. Prior to going to the store, I visited the companies website and found a specific tile we were interested in seeing in person. According to their website, Stockton's location showed to have the tile in stock. Floor and decor offers free design services that can conveniently be booked online, so we booked a date and time. When we arrived for our appointment, we were immediately greeted by Toni Cooper. We explained we were there for an appointment. She told me our designer had called in sick for the day, but she would gladly help us. Toni was professional, enthusiastic & a pleasure to work with. We explained the ideas of our remodel and she spent about 45 minutes with us. It was great to be able to get her input. The reason I took away one star was due to the website inventory being incorrect. When we gave Toni the sku number for the wood tile we wanted to see, the store did not have any inventory at their location. She told us it was common for the website to show incorrect inventory for specific stores. I highly recommend calling the store prior to visiting to ensure they have something specific you are looking for. After Toni helped us, we continued to look around the store. We were asked several times by several employees if we needed help, so their customer service gets an A+. This company has everything you would need for new flooring. Our experience here was positive and we will be purchasing our wood tile from this company. read more

This store has a wide selection of tile, wood flooring, ceramics, lvp! They are helpful and have a free design service. Carla and Enrique were very helpful!! The crew got to know me and were always warm and greeted me with a smile. They helped carry tile out and took back my overage!! Joe not only helped load times into my cart, but also helped me load it into my car. I went into this store last weekend for the first time. Pure heaven for me!! They have literally everything you can think of for designing the perfect bathroom or kitchen + more!! I love how they had complete room setup displays of bathrooms and kitchen so you can see how different materials and designs work together. They have sooo many choices and I'm thankful that they give a pretty large "sample" of each material put together with the grouts so you're not making a decision based on a tiny piece. Plus, the prices are wonderful and they told us they even price match. What's even better is the customer service. Every single employee is so friendly and eager to help. Amazing service! After going to 3 tile specialty stores and Lowe's I was helped by Latreia, hands down best service - we walked the store she pulled my bathroom design and colors to perfection! Friendly, engaged & attentive.
