One guy who will remain nameless actually told me to just go ahead and let the contract expire when I called to ask what was taking so long. If I could leave zero stars I would. If you have a choice, I'd avoid this company at all costs. In my opinion they will make an already stressful situation unnecessary worse and probably still leave you without a finished transaction.
