Since moving in (early June 2019) I have had horrible communication with my property manager in regards to move-in maintenance issues and pest control. I sent an email to corporate regarding all my concerns, and I have yet to receive any information. The only thing I did receive was a text message from my property manager stating that corporate forwarded him the email and that it looks like I had a long list of concerns. And that was it... I didn't get a date to set for pest control when new window installation would be, or if he will step in to discuss noise levels with other residents. I'm sort of left handing and very frustrated. I keep on playing phone tag with them all and have yet to receive any information. I spoke to other tenants in my complex and it seems to be a constant theme with the team. I had a long conversation with a representative at headquarters and she just stated that she will reach out to my property manager once more. Seems like a big run around. I personally regret leasing with them and do not feel safe for both personal and health standards.

They rarely respond and good luck getting anything fixed. Terrible, terrible slumlords. We eventually had to call the city and a lawyer. Our rental was condemned and we were put into a hotel. Thankfully, the owners of the property have dropped Slatehouse, who apparently were not communicating the extent or urgency of issues with them either. There is NO reason the owner should even have to approve an emergency repair like a broken hot water heater in winter or raw sewage floods! THERE ARE HUMANS OCCUPYING THE PROPERTY and it is inhumane to not make emergency repairs. Make the repair and bill the owner. Stay far far away from any Slatehouse rentals.

Keystone also admitted the existing model house in Mayes Hall, the same model, size, and layout as ours, also violated the same standards! After several weeks, Keystone still refuses to acknowledge they breached the build contract and have refused to refund our deposit - even though zero construction has started - forcing us to hire a lawyer just to get our money back.

Both closets came out great as they are now attractive, functional and efficient. They completed both projects in two days and always left the work spaces clean when they left. We couldn't be more pleased with both closets as well as the cost that we feel was very fair. I had California Closets design the closets in my previous home and I was satisfied with their work. However, my new closets designed by Mike and Brian were superior in workmanship, material quality and functionality at a significantly lower cost. We purchased a condominium in this development and haven't felt welcome since arriving. The fact that my partner and I are an interracial same sex couple seems to matter. The appearance from there decisions recently show we are treated poorly and frankly discriminated against. Cal reports his recommendations to the board at "Courtyard at Carlisle" board of directors. We were told by Pam the board president that Cal makes his decision and gives his recommendation to the board. Over the past 3 years, 28 homeowners applied for a variance according to official records and my partner and I were the only property owner denied approval for a variance request and it was only for a free standing patio overhang. It could have been removed at anytime because it wasn't a permanent structure contrary to Cal. We were also told by Cal in his email that we were denied because the structure didn't fit the aesthetically of the community while others are allowed to put up party and camping tents, with no problems. We are so disappointed and disheartened by these recent actions.

When she called to ask about the status of the chair, the individual she spoke to attempted to blame the entire delay on Mom's medical provider rather than take responsibility for what obviously was (largely) their own error. No apologies or offers to locate and process the paperwork on the part of the customer service representative she spoke to that day. I have to agree with Dan L. that the office staff don't seem particularly interested in going out of their way for customers as illustrated in the last paragraph. I hate leaving reviews this negative but I feel it's warranted in this case. I couldn't help but notice that I am not alone in my feelings based on the other reviews. All in all, I'd recommend giving this one a pass if you can.
