I am in Real Estate and have dealt with 100's of agents and agencies. Richard and his staff are as good as it gets. He has help me personally and with 100's of clients. I deal with typical home & auto for most of our residential clients, but have commercial clients that only agents like Richard can handle. He is full service agency and when there was a construction policy I needed that he could not do, he found me someone that could. THATS service... Richard has become more than just a guy I buy insurance from. The other review is bogus and smells like a competitor. True story. I used another agency personally, Richard has called to compare and review my policy. I did not switch right away. I asked my (other) agent for weeks to send me card with my 16yr old daughter on it for her drivers test. He added her to the policy but not on a card and said thats all we needed. Wrong.. Your kid must be on the card with that exact car taking test with. I get to DMV and they wont let her take test. I called( other agent) and no answer, no call back for hours. I called Richard. He got me card faxed to the DMV in McKinney, my daughter took her test and I switched ALL my insurance to Richard that week and never looked back. I have a small business and all our insurance is through Superior Insurance. We have had this relationship now for many years and we are so satisfied with their quick service and reasonable prices. Not only are they prompt with day to day type service, they are very proactive when the time is getting near to renew our policies. They search out the best rate for the best insurance and have those quotes ready prior to the renewal date. One of the things I will never forget is when I found Superior doing a web search, I called, I gave them the basic information requested, we had a quote in a couple of hours, sent them our down payment and we had insurance the next morning. One may think it was luck it went so well however years later a plumbing contractor I know needed insurance quick so I gave him Superior's number. Two days later the plumber called me thanking me for giving him Superior's number and that they had him the insurance policies within one day. I recommend anyone needing insurance to contact Superior. I was not asked to write this comment and the one comment I see saying they have bad service made me angry which made me write this.
