Didn't bother to register himself as the attorney of record until afterwards. This family member had no idea what was happening with his case until he was notified from the court that he had a default judgement against him. No apology, no substantive communication beforehand, no email, can't remember details of the case. Throughout this ordeal they just tried to placate him. With weeks to go before the case was to close, the Chairman had to personally intervene and authorize their resignation. With Chris, you may end up paying more in legal costs but IMO working with Chris is a much better client experience and I feel fairly certain led to a better outcome in my case.
