While they did provide a rental agreement, it appeared to be a standard template and did not reflect the level of customization I was expecting. When I asked follow-up questions to ensure the lease was fully aligned with my situation, communication became limited and they ultimately declined to continue working with me. If you are looking for a basic, standard lease, this may work for you. MT was on top of the paperwork and sent reminders to my property managers about the lockout. While they got the job done, I think it's very unprofessional that they use Gmail. Where do I begin? This lady, Paolina is on an ego trip. I don't know why she thinks she has any dominion or power over people, but its quite comical to experience. I have had nothing but negative experiences with her. Aside from the previous yelp review that she essentially manipulated/threatened my father to ask me to delete, to the request that I "meet with her" to confront me, to the lack of professionalism, and the lack of sensitive material she so blatantly loses, allegedly (read my previous review), this lady is unhinged. The last interaction she had with us was essentially a wild goose chase. With the promise to help us, mid-way through an eviction she had started after her displeasure of my review, she decides to threaten my dad that she will not go through the process of eviction until I meet with her and discuss my review, apologize (for what? I myself have no idea), and take down the review. After much arguments, I decided to take down my review (temporarily) to see what game this lady was playing. Boy, was I not wrong. Not only was she incredibly rude and unprofessional, she stopped the entire process and told my father "too bad" you will have to go somewhere else. My dad had to scramble for weeks trying to find someone who would take the case. Why did she do such a thing? Because she didn't get her way. She essentially had a tantrum over me not caving into her whim. Why should I? We were customers and she was horribly rude to my father. On top of that, my guess is she wanted to threaten me for libel/slander for the conversation we had about her losing an entire filing cabinet with customer information. But to protect myself, I will say "allegedly" because I'm no idiot but I was there and my father was there. And I know what she claimed herself. That being said, I will reiterate what I said before. She is quite capable in her profession. She gets the job done and is generally efficient in getting what needs to be done in terms of paperwork. But honestly, I love myself to much to be disrespected by a temperamental infant who strolls about as a shrew in high heels and tight pencil skirts. Good luck I'll tell ya! You will need it. PS. Notice how she always replies back to customer reviews but has never done it for me. Not that I care, to be honest. But it does show that I must have struck a nerve with this woman. I know she will read my comment, possibly gets notifications sent straight to her phone when left with a review, based on the comments she's made to us before. So I will say this: learn proper etiquette. As a business owner you have to learn to be humble because eventually your lack of professional etiquette will come to bite you one day. Your youth is your vantage point now, but eventually that will whither away and what remains is the respect and professionalism you show to your clients. I called Martha and paid the $75 for 1/2 hour of her time. Fair enough. Granted she'd asked for the info to be sent to her a few days early so she could review it to know what would be needed before the call. I did that and yet when I called, she'd not looked at it yet, had no idea what the questions were, so I was paying her to read and think about the questions. And she was so complicated that I walked away feeling confused, but at least I had some info that I didn't know before. (not enough to know how to handle the tenant though) She told me to call or email her back about a month later, in June so she could tell me, at no additional charge, if the CA tenant emergency act was still in effect. I did. She replied with some form response that had nothing to do with the question. I emailed asking her to please give me a yes or no regarding that emergency act. She told me it would cost me another $75 for her to reply. I emailed that for additional related questions, I'd be happy to pay another $75 but regarding the tenant emergency act, added charges wasn't our agreement. Crickets. She also wanted me to pay $175 for a tenant lease renewal - that you can get free online at a Long Beach company called Sage . Caleb at Sage also told me I didn't even need that form- just a rent increase form. They made everything simple that she had made complicated. They were giving where she was greedy. They were kind when she was obnoxious. I think I can sum up the mood and message I got from Martha with 6 words: "I don't care. More money please." read more

I emailed Abigail Monday around 6 AM so I can get the three-day notice started that day. Today is Thursday and MT Evictions has yet to send me the three-day notice so I can serve my tenant. I don't understand why it takes that long to do a proper three-day notice. I emailed yesterday to cancel the order because it is not being processed in a timely manner. I also called today to verbally tell the person answering the phone to inform Abigail to cancel and that I will be looking for another evictions company. This person that answered the phone told me that they are understaffed and it's first come first serve. If you are understaffed inform your customers and not let them wait for so long. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I'm glad that this happened now and I did not spend any more money with this company as it shows me how they operate. read more
