After 4 weeks, no contact, I filled it out again, no contact. Thankfully I searched again and found Garcia Fireplace Doors. Responded same day even though after business hours and I had a quote next day and gave him my business. Custom fireplace doors are not cheap, BV lost a sale and I gained a better looking door.
