This is by far the best home service company I have worked with in a very long time. My husband was out of town, and I needed a company I could trust when my garage would not open. A neighbor had used Superior and referred me to them. All I can say is 'WOW.' They were able to come out the same day, which was a lifesaver in itself. The service gentleman that arrived could not have been nicer. He was able to figure out the problem right away, and gave me a few options to fix it. My garage door opener was pretty old, and would require quite a bit of work to get it up and running again. So the technician showed me a few options in case I wanted to just replace my opener, rather than spend money on one that was already 17 years old. I opted to do just that. I chose a belt drive opener and the technician had it installed in less than an hour. He inspected my whole door, lubricated, and made sure it was all in good working order. My husband and I are so happy with our new opener, as it is totally quiet (our last opener sounded like a freight train it was so loud), and works great. The technician got the keypad and remote all programmed for us, so we didn't have to spin our wheels on that. Last, our new opener is compatible with our phones, so we can see if our door is open or closed, from wherever we are. No more wondering...'did I close the garage door before I left'? Because we can see it right on our phones now! We could not be happier with 'our new garage,' and feel we have a service partner we can trust to give us the best advice, and service at a very reasonable price. Kudos, Superior! read more

This company has excellent customer service and quality installation of their products. My request was a little unusual. I needed my garage door track re-routed to help maximize space. Also, I was very interested in the Jackshaft low-profile garage door opener. The girl on the phone was pleasant and extremely helpful. She made a appointment, ASAP, for their corporate specialist, Adrian, to come and personally look to see if my requests were possible. Adrian arrived exactly on time and was able to conclude that he could honor my requests. He said he would have his boss do his best with a estimate for the work to be completed. Within a few days, I received a very reasonable estimate. I paid half for the project to begin. They had to special order the Jackshaft. As soon as it arrived, the appointment was scheduled for install. Adrian arrived, again, on time and worked diligently and completed the re-routing of the garage track and the low profile opener. Once the job was complete and I was happy, I paid the remaining balance. It's amazing!! I am in love with my garage now. I recommend Superior Overhead Door and all the wonderful staff. I bought my garage door opener through Lowe's and installation from them as well. They sent the request to Superior Overhead door. Setting up appointment was super easy and everyone I spoke to was super accommodating and courteous. The day of installation I forgot the time and Monico (who installed the door opener) came and left because of no answer on the door, he left a note. I called superior garage door and apologized and the person on the phone was really nice about it. She helped me by sending Monico back the same day after he finished the job at some other location. When Monico came back I apologized to him as well but he was also so kind about it and didnt even show any signs of annoyance that he had to come back for the same job. Monico was quick and skilled. He knew exactly what to do, he finished his job in no time, explained everything before leaving and left everything clean. read more

We did some shopping around and found Superior Overhead Door. From the initial phone call through installation, we felt like we were given old fashion great customer experience. We dealt with the owner Mike, who provided us a few options that worked with our budget. (Note: Superior wasn't the least expensive)... But felt we were still getting a great value because of the service we were provided. The installation was less cumbersome than expected. The service people who installed were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They provided us with some little maintenance tips to get the best longevity from our door. My teenage daughter backed into our garage door and caused the whole thing to collapse on top of the car. I called around to see who could come service us right away. Superior was super responsive and able to come out the same day. They got the door off our car (not even the slightest scratch on my car, as the guys were very careful during the whole process), and managed to somehow get the door back in place so that my home was secure until we could get a new door. Superior offered me several options for a new door that not only would look great on my home, but were very affordable. They came back at the scheduled day/time, installed the new door, and it's beautiful. I will use Superior Overhead Door in the future and recommend them to all of my friends and family in the area. Last night after dinner was taking the garbage out to the garage and also wanted to pull a snow shovel out in case the snow piled up against the garage. Sadly I could not get the garage door open. Worked my way to the side door and in I went only to discover that the door spring had snapped. The door itself was far too heavy to lift. From the reading of reviews, I selected Superior Overhead Door and sent them a message not expecting to hear anything until Monday morning. But they got back to me quickly, like within an hour, and set up a time for Monday between 11am and 3pm. They called and asked if they could come early and by 11:15am they had replaced the springs and all was working again. Wow, this company is good. Meant to write this a while ago...but here goes..I needed to get my garage fixed in a pinch, as I was leaving to go out of town, and didnt want my family to worry about a garage door that was acting crazy while I was gone. Superior was able to squeeze me into their schedule to take care or our issues. I felt the price for the service call was very reasonable, and their associate went above and beyond to make sure everything was working smoothly on my door. The first price quoted over the phone was the total price, I didnt wind up having to pay for a bunch of éxtras´ which has happened to me in the past with other garage door companies. Our garage door broke and it was also pretty old. After reading the reviews for Superior, we decided to have them come take a look and give us a quote for repair or replacement. They came out within a few hours and we scheduled for install of a new door a few days later! Installation crew was right on time and even called when they were headed to our home. They did a great job installing our new door and they also reinstalled our garage door opener too! We had a wonderful experience with Superior Overhead Door and I'm happy to recommend them! The garage door was opening and shutting very rough and uneven. I called on a Tuesday evening, after hours, they called me back first thing on Wednesday morning and was able to come out that same morning. Our garage door broke late at night. As the next day was the day before Thanksgiving, I was assuming it would be very hard to get anyone to come out on such short notice. I was wrong. Superior Door was there by 8:00am the next morning. They were extremely professional and courteous. Superior installed our new garage doors, as well as two new LiftMaster garage door openers with LED lights. The doors work great and look great on our garage. The process was seamless from start to finish. Superior's technicians were friendly, helpful, and very detail oriented, making sure the job got completed correctly. Superior Overhead Door goes above and beyond to help out a customer! A spring broke on one of my doors, and I had two technicians at my house within a couple of hours, who not only quickly and efficiently replaced the broken spring, but also noticed that the spring on my other door was at the end of its life and about to break. The repair tech came only a few hours after my call and replaced the broken spring on my garage door in less than 20 minutes. He was friendly and wearing his mask. We needed springs replaced on garage door, called for an appointment Monday got an appointment for Tuesday with a reasonable time window. Was contacted by the office over an hour early letting me know the tech was available early, he came was very respectful and replaced springs with no problem in less than half an hour.
