The product (Hydropool) seems great in our first month of use... but the vendor's "service" in the…read moreentire transaction has been quite disappointing... delays, unreturned calls, damaged product (gouged finish along top of one end of the spa finish), incomplete installation (not enough screws for cover snaps, which I installed myself), and still waiting on cover lift/shelf to be installed. (Fortunately, I have a good back... for now.) There was no orientation for new owners, although, upon my second request, I was sent a Drive copy of the manufacture's owner's manual, which has been very helpful, as has Todd at Red Rock's Spa in Hurricane.
