Unreliable is the best way to describe this company. Called and scheduled pressure washing of roof, lanai, driveway and sidewalks in August 2024, and they called me 1 hour before scheduled arrival to cancel because of a "dark cloud" that owner said that he saw in the area. It was sunny at my home all day. No "dark cloud" or rain. Owner said that the soonest that he could reschedule to do work was 2 to 3 weeks later (when I would be out of town), and Rescreen Right would not make any accommodation despite the fact that they cancelled on me at the last minute. Each time that they cancelled, we were placed "at the back of the line" of appointments having to wait another month for a new appointment. Tried again in October to schedule work, he cancelled again, although that time it was because he was busy with hurricane preparations, which was more understandable. After the hurricane, they didn't respond to several phone and email messages from me and my neighbor (a customer of Rescreen Right) asking to be placed on a schedule to replace 4 screens blown out after hurricane. No responses to emails or voicemails whatsoever. My neighbor (a previous Rescreen customer) and I gave up after 2 weeks of no responses to our messages and ended up hiring another contractor to replace our screens. Initially quoted $1250 for roof, lanai, driveway and sidewalk cleanings in August and October 2024 (appointments that they cancelled), and when I contacted them in April 2025 for one try to get them to do work previously cancelled, they quoted $1,850 for the same work that they previously quoted me $1,250, and they blamed inflation! I received 3 quotes last week ranging $900 to $1300 for the same work or greater work which each of the three contractors promised would be completed within 5 days. Rescreen quoted $1850 for work to be completed in 30 days, with no guarantee that they will actually show up in 30 days on the date scheduled. This company is not reliable or professional. I left these same remarks for the owners, Marlen and Jose, to hopefully improve the way that they operate. They seem to be good people (a married couple doing the best that they can), and the only reason why I didn't give up and call someone sooner was because my neighbor used them previously and endorsed them. However, after 9 months of trying to get them to do work for me, and then a 50% price increase from the previous quote, I decided to move on. read more

Rescreen Right is Awesome, Jose, Marlen and team were very attentive to the work needed to screen in my Lanai and provide additional gutters to my new home. I do not understand why the builder did not put gutters on the front of the house? Any way, Jose did a great job. The RR Team was on time and provided great service along with flawless execution on the Lanai. The RR team also pointed out some flaws to the pavers, which were quickly repaired and replace by the builder. Jose, was very accommodating with his time working with the builder to get the needed work done. He also worked with the pavers so the repaired area could be "rightly" rescreened. A note to neighbors - get an estimate! Use at your own risk. I have employed this company in the past, had good results at a fair price. One large panel of 6' x 6.4 ' was replaced at $55. This company claims that prices for materials have increased in cost and that the materials they use are a higher grade than available at Home Depot. Current prices at Home Depot shown below. The two panels that were replaced were 31" x 36" and 30" x 76". Using 48" screen cloth at $30.78 for a 25' roll, the price per foot would be $1.23. For 3.5 plus 6.5 linear feet of cloth, the total would be 10 x 1.23 - $12.30. Spline at $7.98 for 100 ft, the price per foot would be $.08. For 346" or 30' x .08 the total would be $2.40. The total of materials is $12.30 + $2.40 - $14.70. The employee was here for a total of 30 minutes. This does not justify a $90 bill. (First bill was for $130.) They did keep lowering it, but good grief. read more

Terrible.... Jose came out for an estimate. I said yes... He stated he would call the office as soon as he got to his truck and put me on the schedule for the next week. When I called the office that Monday she stated he never did. She made an appointment for me for that thursday. Between 9 and 10...awesome....not He never came. She called to cancel that appointment....after the appointment time and said he didnt finish thejob from the previous day...but he would be out Friday between 9 and 10 for sure....yup... Nope....Never came, never called....so I called several times. First he will be there at 3, 4 and after 5. He was out getting supplies for someone eles job....It started to rain....never came..no call, or text... Then Maria called and said...he will be there Saturday morning...if its raining in the morning....which it didnt then he will be there in the afternoon....never showed, called....nothing!!!. Three days in a row. No show. Nothing... I called Monday morning and she never knew he didnt come...who runs a business like that ? And he is the owner ???? read more

I have an update to my original 1 star review. Jose, the owner, came to my home to make this right. I give him much respect for coming after the embarrassment of the workmanship and an employees negligence. Jose had no excuses and set out to make this experience a good one for us both. He offered either to pay me $3900 to have the other company make the job right, or do the work, REPLACE all the corroded rails they painted over the corrosion with brand new rails, remove the overspray from my roof and home as well as reducing the cost of the work by more than half ! The job is complete and I am VERY happy with the results. Not often do you find a company not only willing to admit their screw up, but go out of their way to make the job right at a great expense to them. Although the original experience may have persuaded some to not do business with Re-Screen Right, I must say if it is important to you to have a company stand by their work knowing they screwed up and make the customer extremely happy, then I am pleased to tell everyone, Jose will do great and back the quality of his work to insure the customer is pleased. I would of given a 5 star rating if the original experience had not occurred, however, don't let that stop you from working with great people and a great company ! Original Review: They get ZERO Stars. A big crew of what, on the surface, looks like a professional crew comes in and gets to work. Don't be fooled. I failed to look over their work. They did $3900 of damages to my pool cage !! The dented ALL the bottom rails by using a pry bar to remove the bolts holding the cage to the deck. They painted over ALL the corrosion instead of sanding it of which its beginning to flake already after 3 weeks, They got overspray over my tile roof and home and couldn't even install new screens right. DO NOT hire this company no matter how much you save. The owner will NOT even respond to my texts or calls. I am trying to get the credit card company to remove the charge as we speak.
