That honesty alone says a lot about their business. Most companies would have tried to upsell. About the complaint saying someone was "peeking through windows" -- they were INSPECTING THE ROOF. Roof inspections literally require looking at the edges and flashing near windows and eaves. That's how they determine damage. It's not "creepy," it's just doing the job someone requested. Also, any good roofing company will walk around, knock, check structure, and gather information before giving a final written quote. That's not suspicious -- it's thorough. Roofs aren't priced from thin air. If anything, I appreciate Peralta's Roofing even more for walking away from a job where expectations weren't reasonable. My very positive impressions carried forward throughout the process to replace shingles on my house, an 8' x 10' custom shed, and the bonus - a large, custom doghouse. I also thought I saw a cracked tile, but it was hard to tell from ground level. Evelyn promptly answered my call and set up an appointment to have Geoff come take a look. He texted about 15 minutes before his arrival and included his picture so I knew who to expect. He was exceptional! Told him the concerns about the roof plus a gutter area where water was overflowing during downpours. He walked and inspected the entire roof, found where the piece we had found belonged and put it back in place. He checked the gutters, making sure they were level and free of debris and made sure the area of concern looked like it was functioning correctly. Explained why the the spot was likely just getting overwhelmed during our downpours. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns and provided very helpful info. Hopefully we won't need a roofer again until our underlayment needs to be replaced - but if and when we do, this will be the company we go to. By the way, they will come out and inspect for free - and if there's anything minor they can fix while they are there, there is no charge. Amazing!

Called at 6 weeks and was told the windows were order 3 weeks ago. Called over 20 times and told me someone would call. Never received any call backs. How do these people sleep at time? Installation started on June 17th. Installer never tested windows. Ben, the contractor came when job was completed on 6/19th. The 2 small windows did not remain open and was told the tracks were missing. June 24th a window tech came and agreed the tracks were missing and took pictures. With a few more visits to get the right tracks and installation was completed on July 7th. There was always an excuse from "NON" Reimagine blaming the window manufacturer or window installers. The window installers were great. PLEASE LISTEN, do not hire them. It was a very frustrating process. Hasn't rain in Arizona yet, so don't know if they leak.

Within days to months of the original repair, I experienced continued leaks and had to request multiple return visits. During one of those attempts, a new leak was actually created in an adjoining room, causing additional damage to my home and furniture. I was in direct contact with the owner, Kirk, who personally came out to inspect not only the leak itself but the damage that resulted from it. He apologized and assured me the issues would be taken care of. Unfortunately, after that, communication stopped completely and all accountability disappeared. To this day, the problems were never properly resolved. I still have the correspondence, photos, and documentation to support everything stated here. Mistakes can happen with any company. What matters is how they handle them. In my experience, the lack of follow-through, integrity, and accountability is what should make potential customers think twice before hiring this company.
