Chris Anderson, the service manager at Premier Security, called me within 30 minutes of my leaving a message. He was sharp and had been in the business a long time. He recognized the problem immediately. I explained the problem to Chris and told him that I wanted a new alarm service, but it had to be someone who could fix our system. He was candid and said that his company services most everything but not our old Rollins IV. Even though he had nothing to gain from me since I couldn't be a customer, he understood my situation and said he'd make a few calls. I had been researching this problem but had hit a brick wall. Chris called me back in like 20 minutes! He had great info for me and told me who I could call for help. His lead was a good one.
