Focal Point did an excellent job with the sign they put up. We are very satisfied with both the customer service and the finished product. Our sign came out perfect. All the our other divisions want this same sign. Thanks Cynthia and her team were very professional, extremely helpful and exceeded our expectations in every way. I especially appreciate the hard work they did to expedite the process completing the installation earlier than promised. I would recommend Focal Point without hesitation. Thanks and again much appreciated!

Richard was very helpful and responded promptly to emails. He worked with us on a quote for custom privacy film for our office and installation went smoothly with the help of Juan. When we expressed concern about some marks on the film, he sent Juan out the very next day to fix the problem!

The team was able to create exactly what we were envisioning for our indoor business sign with little direction from us. The whole process was quick and easy - from the quote, to the design, to the installation. We are very happy with the result and are already considering adding wall murals to give our office more pop.

Thank You Focal Point Signs for a great job on our cars!

Not sure why I neglected to yelp them, but I should have. The quality was there, the level of service was excellent and the pricing was fair. So why Yelp them now? I had a little incident with the wrap on my mirror, caused by a human, not the wrap. I called Evolve Film Concepts and they told me my options. I brought it down the next day and after inspecting the issue, they rewrapped a tiny portion and fixed it up beautifully. Then I tried to pay and they would only accept a tip. The gentleman told me that they try to take care of their customers. And take care of my car they did! I would highly recommend Evolve Film Concepts and will come back for my future car needs.

He price matched the best quote, and was able to finish my car the SAME DAY! They have a nice office where you can easily see the different levels of tint, as well as a super cool demonstration box where you can feel the difference in heat (IR) blocking. He was also very informative when it came to giving advice on what's popular, as well as advice on night time driving, after care for the tint, best practices on cleaning, and anything else you can think of. I was planning on getting the mid-tier tint, but after using the demonstration box, I decided to upgrade to the XR Plus, which has even better IR blocking. Logan TRANSFERRED the price match discount, which I got for the mid-tier tint, to the higher one! They also offer a very generous one-time insurance payment that covers you if you get a ticket. They will remove the tint for free AND install a different shade if you like. All in all, I had an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at Evolve, and I really feel like I got not just the best price, but also the best service. I went from getting cooked inside my car to feeling no heat at all. Thank you to Logan and his team for doing such a great job! If you want to feel like a valued customer, I honestly cannot recommend anyone else but Evolve Film Concepts, because they are the best.

I appreciated her consultative assistance in helping me choose the right brand and VLT for my needs. The process only took about an hour. It's now day four, and I see tiny dots (air bubbles?), a lot of streaking and hazy/cloudy-looking windows. I've never had my windows tinted before so I'm hoping that this is part of the curing process because it looks a bit dirty. That being said, I must comment on how things were done. The person/people who performed the service did not cover my doors, and the solution that was sprayed created a sloppy mess of white spots on the fabric and residual drip stains on the interior of both front doors. I'm certain that this is NOT standard practice. I haven't yet rolled my windows down and now I'm a bit nervous. Hopefully the solution didn't drain inside my windows. I traveled a long distance to this merchant solely because my family recommended it. Now I'm disappointed over something that was completely avoidable. Here's hoping it's promptly alleviated. I've attached a photo of the front passenger door.

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.

That's why I came back, and once again, they exceeded my expectations.
