Danny's Signs makes it easy, affordable, and there is trust & honesty! I almost bought a sign from a different company in Chino because of the low price they gave me. But what my gut was telling me that these people wanted payment fast and they did not even have a store. I was looking for a company with at least a store so I can go back there if there is a problem. Looking at the reviews people gave, I called Danny's signs and Danny price matched the other company's sign and he told me that he uses 3M products and they even extended the warranty. I met with Danny and he made it easy for me, he showed me the 3M materials that he was going to use for the sign and he took the time to show me the different color options/linings I can choose from. Most companies won't take the time like that to show you everything you need to know, so I thanked him for that. I put my down-payment as I entrusted him to do the work and in a few days, they were ready to put the sign up but I was not ready to pay him the rest because I had a fallout between me and my business partner, who was supposed to pay the rest off to Danny's Signs. Danny's Signs put up the sign anyway and they lit it up for me so I can see how bright it was. This company is very trustworthy and you can't go wrong with Danny's Signs. Watching his guy put up my sign on the building was one of the most surreal days I have ever had in my life. The guy installing the sign was working on the sign using a futuristic looking lift, while my friends were taking videos of him haha. When he was done, he lit the sign up and its honestly the brightest sign within the plaza. Sign was definitely on point and exceeded my expectations. I love to support local businesses and rarely write bad reviews, but Danny's Signs is far from a professional operation. CALL BEFORE YOU GO TO THE SHOP. This is not a shop that is just open during its store hours. He rescheduled on me 3 times before the first consult. First it was "oh we are randomly not open this Thursday, come on Monday". Then I call on Monday morning, n it's "I'm going to run some errands for a few hours but I'll let you know when I get back". With no return call so I just sat around waiting for him all day. So glad I took the day off to go over there. Then I contacted him a few days later to set up another time, which he delayed but finally made happen. He told me it would be ready in 1 week. And yet 3 weeks later, still not ready. Finally he calls and says it's ready and I ask for a picture of the finished sign. It looks fine, but it's not exactly what I asked for and HE NEVER CONTACTED ME TO SAY IT WOULD BE DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I ORDERED. Who does that? So now I have a sign that I no longer know how to install myself, and he tries to hustle me for another $350 for installation.. on top of the $700 sign. I recommend using a professional, don't waste your time or money here. Since posting this review, Danny has reached out to say he refuses to provide me with my order and would rather refund my deposit. A real professional operation indeed. read more

Although a small job (some vinyl lettering cut to upgrade a work vehicle), I can spot a disorganized chaotic operation a mile away. Internet price for lettering about $25. but would have to wait for shipping ( about 10 days), so expected to pay 50% more for faster local will call service. About 3 days after placing order for estimate and get lettering done, contacted Danny and reminded him about my request. He apologized then quoted me $180.00. Didn't know whether to laugh or be intellectually insulted. Anyhow, I ordered online for $27 including shipping but will have to wait for delivery. Lost 3 days dicking around with this guy. I can see how the bad experiences on here from other reviewers are totally believable. read more
