I love and appreciate that he uses folks from the area as well as products from the area like Malarkey Roofing which is manufactured right here in Oregon. His crew was able to do a complete tear off and install of my roof in one day! With only some final touch-ups needed the next day because it simply became too dark for them to see and be safe. I was having a couple days where my brain wasn't obviously working quite right and he was ever so patient with me regarding the quote that he had given me that was VERY clearly written in black and white yet I misread it. I had a myriad of odd questions and never once did Ramon not give me his full attention to answer questions in person, text, phone or email. They came out and did the job quickly with great care and quality. My husband had cut a hole in the deck at each end of the cabin to have the runoff drain under the deck rather than on top. They took care to install the downspouts to where they would fit into the holes in the deck. I don't remember all details of the job they did, but I do remember their quality of work was impressive enough to want to come back a few years later to leave the review! When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I called for a quote and Paul came over the next day and talked through everything with us. I was embarrassed that our yard had gotten so bad, but Paul saw through that to the possibilities and made the cleanup sound simple. And it was! For a very reasonable price, my front yard and back are beautiful and weed-free. In the before and after pictures attached you can see weeds over 10' tall in my back yard. All Seasons professionals came in and magically my backyard became a place we want to invite friends. We had pavers on either side of our driveway that had sunk several inches below the driveway, creating a serious trip hazard. All Seasons leveled the ground and reset them in cement. It really upgraded the look of the whole area. They pulled out everything we identified we wanted to go and made the rest look well put together. They carefully shaped several trees (including one 50' high!), pulled out a number of volunteer plants we didn't want, and did it all with hand-shovels to be careful about any utilities. They even put back the soaker hose we had run a few weeks before in the exact same place it had been! On top of all this, they really are ALL SEASONS. They put up holiday lights!
