The reviews were right - RA Construction takes the time to go up and inspect and measure your roof to make sure their quote is comprehensive and on the mark. Some of the other vendors just "eyeballed" it from the street and their quotes came in noticeably higher. I was able to upgrade to higher quality Malarkey Vista shingles for a cost similar to what other vendors were asking for lesser quality shingles. My roof was done in just a few days, and each day the crew made sure everything was cleaned up. My back patio was cleaner when they left than it was before they started! Communication was great and my questions were answered promptly. One last thing ... I have a window on the second story of my house that doesn't open, and thus washing the exterior side requires a ladder and crawling onto the roof ... suffice it to say I am not able to clean it myself.
