They came out and did the job quickly with great care and quality. My husband had cut a hole in the deck at each end of the cabin to have the runoff drain under the deck rather than on top. They took care to install the downspouts to where they would fit into the holes in the deck. I don't remember all details of the job they did, but I do remember their quality of work was impressive enough to want to come back a few years later to leave the review! To the lady above that left 1 star because of the black flag on the guy's hat who came to give her a bid, perhaps you should read up on the early history of what the black flag meant to our military men and women.

I'm not an easy customer, but they answered all my questions and didn't blink when I asked them to remove two skylights and replace several plywood sheets that didn't HAVE to be replaced (for a nominal fee). Fast forward to a week ago, and the furnace exhaust cap just blew off. It was original to the 28 y/o house and not included in the roof replacement. I called two contractors because I was afraid to do it myself (it's a high pitched roof). IBEX quoted a lower price and replaced it the next day.
