I absolutely love this company. But Bobby needs to go, has a huge attitude problem, and charges twice what all other drivers do! I even saw him when I didn't need a ride and completely ignored me. Anyone else's ride from superior, same run costs $15-20, farthest I go is 2 miles, every other driver charges me that, but Bobby charges $25-30. Don't get there system, maybe cuz of him they should get meters to log so we can see like every other city. Superior Taxi, get a hold of this. read more

Great experience always friendly and prompt. I use for rides to the train and just around town when I shouldn't be driving.

Have used them in the past no problem but this time they sent driver to wrong address in wrong town and didnt even apologize. (We had called way ahead to make sure cab would be on time) Had to call twice to find out where our cab was to get to our anniversary dinner reservation on time. Woman dispatcher gave me a hard time, couldn't tell me when the cab would be there then told me to call uber and that she was cancelling my cab and hung up on me. VERY unprofessional. No wonder Uber & lyft are killing the cab biz. Will NEVER use again. So much for trying to use local biz and so much for trying to be responsible and not drink & drive! read more

I requested a cab to bring me to the train. Paula looked at her phone and laughed when it was 550 ( just the time the train came in) , I told her that the train tended to run a few minutes behind and if not I would Uber from the station. When we got to the light- instead of going straight she turned right! She told me she was "checking to see if the train was there... completely disregarding my stop- I asked for her to pull over so I could walk to my destination she refused adding more to my fare as we drove the other person in the vehicle to there destination and making me later to work!! As I continued to request to get out of the vehicle she became conniving even asking why I was acting crazy. when we reached the other persons destination and she reached for his fare only then I was able to get out despite her attempt to lock the door on me. After I got out she continued to chase me down the road demanding her cab fare- 1- she never brought me anywhere 2- she never let me out of her car and 3- I was late for work 4- I needed to pay double the fare for all this trouble. she continued following and yelling out her window requesting my cellphone and threatening to call the police, I had to hide behind somebody's trash barrels for 25 minutes until she finally left. The service they have sucks the lady that answers the phone is rude and they overcharge you know they left me out on the side of the street because I didn't have enough cash and I was already halfway there to get where I need to get to and they overcharged $20 to go 10 minutes down the road and she did not tell me before I got in the cab did not tell me on the phone with the price was if I'd known that I would have not got in the cab 10 minutes down the street $20 $25 there was no Uber or Lyft around to take it in the a lift $8 9 $10 lady is very rude in overcharge the lady literally told the driver to let me out of the car and I'm not from this area I don't know where I am bad service now I see why Lyft and Uber is taking over and I'm pregnant also left me drop me off told the guy to let me out middle of nowhere very bad business shouldn't have to select Stars they shouldn't get no stars very ignorant people left me on the just drop me off on the side of the road read more

Called this company at 10:01... When the woman answered she simply said hello. I then said hi is this superior taxi? She said yes. I would like a pick up. She then rudely said we close at 10pm and that is why is said hello. I looked at my watch and it was 10:01. Ha ha ha. How about not answering your phone then? Never a problem getting a taxi , however , my work gives them a lot of business seeing how I work at a hotel. The woman who always answers the phone has the worst attitude which makes me call other taxis. Numerous times she has talked to me like I'm stupid , gotten angry with me and she even swore and hung up one time. I don't see how you can expect to get business when your receptionist doesn't want to take the time to help. Quite frankly until she is gone our hotel will not be doing business with this service. read more

I was having problems with my car and unfortunately my vehicle had to be towed. I was stuck on the side of the road I found superior taxi called and they said it would take about 10 minuets to get there. In a town chock full of alcoholics such as Middleboro, Superior Taxi is a godsend. Often you will see them waiting outside of one liquor store there or another. I know there is one other taxi service around but nine out of 10 times you're bound to see Superior. I have utilized them many times, going home from work when it rained, coming from and going to the train, or even just the grocery store. Generally the cost to go a couple miles has always been four dollars, though once it was seven. The very most I was quoted to go to the center of Wareham from Middleboro was $25, and when I said that was too much they went down to 20. Originally when I used Superior Taxi they only ran until 10 p.m. every day, but last I was told by a driver it's 1:30 a.m. on weekends now. The drivers have always been very courteous and super friendly, though the dispatchers come off as rather surly. Also Superior has different vehicles (minivan, sedan, etc.) so if you call them bear in mind which vehicle you may want to ask for. Ideal for a ride to work or the train, towards Raynham/Taunton (44) or Wareham (28), or just to get you home from the bar. read more
