Staff is amazing and helpful but they did mess up the installation of a used tired on my rim. I had gone on Sunday due to some nails on my tire, I had to get a used tire because it wasn't able to get patched up. Tuesday morning comes and the tire they had replaced was completely flat, I checked if maybe it had another nail but it didn't so I put my spare tire, put the tire they gave me and drove to the shop. They said they probably didn't install the rim properly to the tire or the rim could have some type of dust. They supposedly fixed it but Thursday afternoon that same tire has an air pressure of 17, so im VERYYYY upset the issue has not been fixed. read more

Bought two used tires for a reasonable price. A few days go by and I somehow ended up with a nail in my tire. This place sucks B___LS so bad I went in there to get an alignment and these guys straight F___KED my car up tbey cut my tire rod which your not ever supposed to do and they f___ked my steering wheel all up. My steering wheel would just turn in circles then they told me that they couldn't fix it oh yea I about lost it the only good thing about that situation was that tbey gave me a full refund of money the $286 but my car was shot. I was ready to get into the freeway when I realized that my tire was low, so as I work close to Budget Tire I decided to ask them to put air in my tire. The guy who helped me was very rude, no customer service what so ever, he didn't respond to a question regarding my car tires, no eyes contact and after he finished told me "you have to move I have more cars coming up" while I had a car blocking me. *** STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! *** Was really happy with the price. Got 2 new/used tires w/installation for $70.00. GREAT!! Really nice people and fast service........ However, as I left my car felt shaky. The store was already closed by the time I left (I was next door at the taco shop). Headed home with my family with with the scary feeling my car wasn't so reliable..... Guess what?? One of my "newer" tires blew out. THANK GOD it didn't happen on the freeway. Had AAA tow us back to this tire shop. Waited till it opened. My husband was FUMING. He was ready to tear the guy a new ***hole. However, I did my best to convince him to stay calm. If he comes at the guy bad, it may complicate things. After all, too much testosterone is never a good thing....... =) Who I assumed to be the owner of the place, was very apologetic. He quickly changed out our tires with even better ones. The car runs smooth and no more shaking. YES, it was a hassle. YES, it was scary (thank goodness I have AAA). Do not come here!!!!!! 2/8/16 1. I bought rims & tires here before they puts locks in the rims and "forgot" to give me the key very irresponsible 2. I came back to get my tires flipped after a few months and they did so, however the guy cross threaded my bolts. Yes bolts more than one. They ruined 2 studs and now I have to wait for them to replace them taking time kid of my day. I discover so by driving home and listening to a weird noise that I've never heard before. Luckily my dad is a mechanic he figured it that he cross threaded 2 bolts and the noise was my lose wheel wiggling around while I was driving. I'm so lucky that it didn't fly off. 3. Everything would have been ok if I was reimbursed some how and got a apology. All they did was replace the parts and that's it. I CAME HERE IN DESPERATE NEED FOR TIRES ON A SUNDAY, That one day caused headaches and poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this place, I'd hate for anyone else to have this experience 2/10/16 Another terrible experience. After I left the store I experienced more trouble. When Freddy replaced the parts (at least that's what he told me his name was) he must've not done it right. The whole way home every time I did the slightest turn all you would hear is a loud scrape, since my dad is a mechanic I told him of the issue he checked it out and "Freddy" did not put my brakes on properly. I came in today and asked him to check it and he threw a big tantrum. He claimed that I did the damge! How?? He was the one who did all the work. Replace the word budget with rip off and the name would be more accurate. I brought my jeep in to upgrade my tires. They took off bf goodridge tires 32" and I asked for 35" tires. The brand of tire that was installed I was told was good however drives terrible, not to mention was the wrong size. I asked for 35" and received 33". Not only that but the tires themselves are very poor quality, + drive terrible in the rain. So the tires they reccomended were very very budget. Buget in quality, not price as I paid them $1500...Later when I called to see about exchaing them in so many words was told "they are used tires now"...they wouldnt credit them and in so many words was told "its your problem not ours". Not to mention that it took me close to a week to get a manager on the line. I tried calling within 24 hr of leaving the shop and it took close to 7 days for someone to speak with me. I said I would be happy to pay the difference for better tires but their best offer was "pay us another $1400" for new tires brining the grand total to close to $3k!!! Got my tire patched twice here. Quick in and out and do a pretty good job! Try going Sundays, they seem to be less busy in the morning or before closing. Yelp needs to be updated bc it says they're not open on Sundays but they are open until 4 I think. It's only $10 to patch a tire/remove a nail. This is my go-to spot and if there aren't many cars, it's really fast. Haven't gotten anything else done but so far, so good! read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! This place is absolutely horrible, i bought one tire from them and the next day I blew a tire on my way to work( I lost out on wages that day because I couldn't get to work) I told them and they said it could be patched (which I was fine with) but they didn't tell me they couldn't patch it due to safety (which I was informed by discount tires) and they SHOULDN'T have patched it in the first place if it couldn't be patched but instead they are willing pieces of crap to risk someone else's life. I dropped off this piece of crap tire and DID NOT RECIEVE MY MONEY BACK!! I've called numerous times to talk to management and apparently management does not exist at this location unless they don't want to get their ass chewed for the horrible service recieved then that'd explain why they won't let me talk to management. my review just changed due to my last experience with them. i went in looking a specific tire size, they told me they will call me when they come in they never did. i was passing by and stopped in just to check and the tires were there for a few days. thanks for the call. 2nd reason for the loss of stars the tire was 30% more expensive then the last 3 sets i bought and the last set was only 9 months earlier. these were the same brand and half the tread (original set had about 30% tread). so your telling me you want me to spend more money on the a tire that has only 15% tread left. i don't think so. i won't be back and with the change in business practice i will be sending my friends and family elsewhere. read more

Long story, see below. Short story: they do crappy work and sell crappy tires. I've bought a lot of tires, and had a lot repaired. I had one patched here a year ago, and a few days after it was patched, I noticed it was still leaking. I had to have it redone elsewhere. About a month ago, I needed new tires (but couldn't afford them). I needed to find a used tire shop, and remembered this place. I went there, and they replaced all four. Within a week, I noticed one of the tires was leaking. Soon after, I was on my way to get it patched when I realized it was totally flat. I tried to fill it and it wouldn't even take any air. So I limped it less than a mile to a shop, driving less than 10 mph. On the way, it totally shredded. This was clearly a very bad tire. I had to put on the spare. When I took the flat tire down there, they refused to replace it, or admit fault. The guy accused me of lying about my experience with the tire. Don't go to Budget. They don't stand behind their tires, and they don't do quality work. read more

I asked for some used tires and they brought out one when I wanted a pair and once I got back on the road I realized my car was shaking like crazy because of the new tires. Took the wheels off to inspect and not only did they not balance the wheels but one was plugged. I understand they are used but he didn't show me the one that was plugged. It wasn't even don't professionally with the patch on the inside it was just your everyday Walmart plug. Why didn't it take it back? Because they were shady and I live 40 minutes away. I was driving on a 'donut' spare on a Saturday afternoon and was desperate to find a tire I could afford that would match my other tires and not interfere with the car's sensors. I drove down Main Street and this place looked good - more like a tire shop than a junkyard - lol! What a nice surprise it was to have made the right choice for a change! I was greeted as soon as I pulled in, and was in and out with a tire that met all of my needs - in 20 minutes! The tire cost me $35 and is in great condition. I was concerned about not being able to buy a new tire, but this one doesn't look 'used' at all. I have to give a huge shout-out to the man who assisted me and gave me such great service - Jordan. He was so nice ... polite, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs and the safety of my car. Dont waste your time here , i needed one tire! The person took about an hour to install it, they scratch my rim , didnt put my custom valve cap back and they put 10 pounds of air over the regular needed. The people there where doing theyre job in a bad mood not professional whatsoever. read more

One of my vehicles goes cross country atleast 4 times a year (2800 miles round trip), and tires have never been an issue on the road. soo in september i saw a post for Rims and Went to check them and i bought them . The rims looks good but the handeling was Unsafe the rims were 19inch . turns out one was repaired from a Crack That he never showd me (helped by manger ) until another tire shop had showd me. i was helped by the Manager who said i couldn't get a refund I recommend nobody come here Complete waste of time and money i paid $420 for the wheels and tires and ended up selling them for $300 the manager sucks !
