These guys are great. I talked to a handful of shops that didn't want to touch my project and were scared to even try and they did the job for an extremely reasonable price. I had a new set of wheels and tires and 2" lift blocks for the back and a 3" suspension system for the front of my 1 ton dodge pickup and also wanted to basically swap out the front dually hubs to make it a single wheel truck. They were super patient with me as we worked through different parts to try to find a solution to make the wheels and tires I wanted to put on work. They bought and returned parts and really went above and beyond to try to make sure the truck came out how I wanted it to. Really appreciate the help improve this family truck.

Best prices all around, I needed tires and checked every where Beyer S Tires was always cheaper. I had my truck worked on with suspension lift, they did great work and very clean job. I trust them with all my cars. I had an issue with my check engine light and they quoted me a price to fix the problem, turns out it was just a loose hose. They fixed the hose problem and didn't charge me the quoted price. I really appreciated their honesty. This shop does almost every thing from changing tires, tire alignments, new exhaust systems, truck lifts and lowering kits. They do almost everything at this shop. I highly recommend it. Andy the owner is very honest, cordial and easy to talk to, and will explain in detail what your vehicle needs.

I went to BST Motorsports to get my jeep lifted and they did an awful job, my jeep makes noise when I accelerate due to it being so lifted and being on stock parts. I payed a total of 1,250 plus 85 dlls after lifting it to align it and it would not be a problem having it lifted with stock parts. I went back to tell them about it and since I did not bring it to them in the 3 days they gave me. I have to pay another thousand bucks to have my jeep fixed. They care more about the money and paying their people for labor than their customers.

I talked to Andy over the phone about getting a lift on my truck, he answered my questions right away. The tires weren't available but he helped me out to find them. Andy kept me updated on lift delivery and with delivery of tires and wheels. I dropped off the truck Thursday evening before they closed and it was ready Friday evening. Quality work. The set up looks super clean I'm thankful to everyone in this shop. Very Respectful and I will always recommend this shop to everyone. Always excellent service and they get my truck in and out as I need things down like brakes oil change and of course tires. Thanks Andy for the great work. I really appreciate getting my truck done correctly the first time. Excellent.

Took my Sequoia here to have it lifted, Andy was great, price was fair and they got the parts in next day where most shops said we're out of stock. Over All my experience with this shop was great, they even replaced my front brakes for a discounted price. Old parts were placed in box and were in the back of my car which I thought was good because I wanted the old parts just in case I wanted to sell the car down the road.

Andrew and the crew at BST are top notch! I had both my previous Trucks lifted there and never ran into customer service issues! This time I went an got my new truck some rims, tires and had them install a 3/6 belltech lowering kit. Just like before their customer service was impeccable! To add their prices were more reasonable than other shops around the Chula Vista and San Diego area! Thanks Andrew!

The full set of wrong shocks when I took them Back to BST Motorsports for my refund.

***Do Not go here*** Quick run down I have a 2020 4runner Off road with 1,000 miles I came to this shop to purchase and have bilstein 5100 installed the said they can do this for 680.00$ installed and aligned out the door. So I left my 4runner with them. I came back 5 hrs later to pick up and drove it home as I was driving home the steering wheel was pulling hard to the right. I called them they said bring it back the following day because they are closing. I bring it back to their shop and they tell me "it needs more alignment " hmmm ok. That's not the worst off this experience. So I drove my 4runner for the next 2 months and it just didn't seem right . The suspension was very noisy, squeaky and made a banging noise over bumps. So I took it to SoCal Suspension to have them look at it and even before touching my truck Nick the owner of SoCal told me that front shocks are the wrong ones and that they were for a Tacoma and rear ones were not even bilsteins that someone just slapped a bilstein sticker on them . BST Motorsports put on wrong parts on a brand new car to make a sale and not only were they wrong but they went as far as placing stickers on the parts to pass them off as legitimate.

After having the car for a little over a month and living here in San Diego it's been hot lately but there was a random day that it rained. We that said I turned on my wipers and they did not work. Long story short Audi was telling because it's passed 30 days of purchasing my car I did not have coverage guantee for that anymore. Which led me to coming here! Memo was very straight forward and when I explained my situation he knew it was going to be somewhat of an easy fix! Well after leaving my car upon my return, I come to find out the defuse just needed to be reset. Although I didn't really get any service done here, I appreciate the crew for looking at my car and realizing it was an easy fix! Moving forward I will definitely come back for any future services. And thank you for taking the time to evaluate my car!

I figured I could handle that since I was tight on cash, and the repair wouldn't go over $500. After a quick test drive around the block--where I did hear some clicking, but it didn't sound too bad--I decided to buy it. On my 20-mile drive home, that clicking sound started raising doubts. It didn't seem like just a CV axle issue anymore, though I couldn't quite figure out what it was. The engine and transmission were running great, so I thought it had to be something simple, right? I took it to a highly-rated local shop, and they diagnosed the problem as the front differential or transmission (it's an AWD vehicle). Unfortunately, they said they don't work on transmissions. Well, FML. Next, I took it to a well-recommended transmission shop. After a few days, they confirmed the same issue and gave me a rough estimate of $1,900 to $2,500 for a used replacement. No rebuilt or new parts were available. FMLx2. I then brought it to my go-to guy, who's great at swapping parts and doing some diagnostics. He said he could handle the repair for $1,200, including sourcing a used part. But after two weeks of searching, he had no luck. FMLx3. At this point, I did my own research and decided if I could stay under $2,500, the repair would be worth it based on the car's value. I posted a project on Yelp to solicit bids from local shops. That's when Memo from AAMCO reached out. I was hesitant at first, but AAMCO has been around forever, and Memo seemed legit. I figured they'd either be the most expensive or the most reasonable since they specialize in transmissions. I checked reviews on Google and Yelp, and they looked good, so I decided to give Memo a shot. I dropped by to talk to him, and he was great--super communicative and really listened to my situation. I left the car with him, and the next day, I got a call. Of course, the repair exceeded my $2,500 budget. Same diagnosis: front differential/transmission replacement with a used unit. The estimate was $2,800, but they'd thoroughly inspect the replacement to ensure it was good. So close, but still over budget. I told him I'd call back. I was ready to schedule the car for auction and cut my losses, but something in my gut told me the car was worth saving. I called Memo back and asked if he could do it for $2,700. After some discussion, he agreed to work with me. Two days later, the car was ready. Memo had a surprise for me--the replacement transmission came with a new mount, and they managed to bring the total cost just under $2,600, nearly at my budget. THAT is honesty and integrity. I've been driving the car, and it feels exactly how a 20-year-old car in great shape should. No more clicking noises, and it's running beautifully. Since AAMCO handles other types of repairs, Memo and his team have officially become my go-to shop. I highly recommend seeing Memo at AAMCO if you need reliable, trustworthy service.

Shame on these guys…read more They'll take you over the coals with Upcharges and work you don't need unless you do what I did, and that is to walk out and bring my business to an honest shop. I had no idea this was the same people as I had got a [crazy, inaccurate] quote from in 2018. I was quoted over the phone that a complete diagnosis would be $109. They had the make and model, knew it was a truck so should be no surprises when I walk in. RIGHT? wrong. "We like to get paid for our time"; dude at the counter. Then don't misquote customers in the first place. His excuse was, "well, we have to check the back of the truck too". Lame. Posted: are the two quotes for a diagnosis, one from John's and the next from a shop that I won't share here, where my truck is currently being serviced. Further, let's go back a bit in history. In April of 2018 I visited John's location on Riverdale in Grantville. My truck had registered a check engine, which turned up regarding emissions. What did "Johns" say and quote me? " Well, Toyota Tundras have four catalytic converters so you are looking at $3,270. out the door, you need to replace these, then you'll pass smog, clear emissions ". Problem: they got it way wrong: the 2000 Toyota Tundras have TWO catalytic converters mister grifters. After that B.S. I left. [2007s - present have four converters, so ketchup Bubs!] Next, I left and went to "Cardiego" on Adams Avenue. The owner checked the emissions signal and said, " all you need is your drive cycle reset. One hour later and $90. dollars later the work was done, truck passed smog and no more emissions issue. It was my mistake that I had no idea that this same outfit had a second garage in La Mesa, had no idea I was walking into the same line of talk and walk. I expect that the owner Mr. Joan will comment here something like this, " I am sorry you seemed to have this experience, because we don't have a record of you in our system " hmmmm... My response [following my laughter] is this: on 4/27 your computer generated the quote that I have posted here. It generated the information you had on my vehicle back in 2018 because you have my old plate number of 6E71244. So Jon, don't try to tell me you never had me in the "system" because if you had not noticed, I now have personalized plates, I haven't had the 6E7... plates for a while now. To be clear: my Tundra is the best year that was produced, it has been cared for only with master techs, and runs perfectly. Word to the wise: My recommendation is to go elsewhere to take care of your auto. **My truck needed the lower front ball joint replacement in the front only. The shop I went to even took out the $57. diag charge since I had the work done with them. It is silent and smooth as usual. There was no noise in the back and a quote on a diagnosis means you quoted me on a diagnosis of the entire vehicle. Bogus, no: I never "authorized" more diagnosis work. Just a foolish response below.
