Took my Jeep for a water pump issue and check Engine light on fix water pump and Jeep started to shake took it again they did a test to see if water went into the engine nothing came up all good according to them .. pay almost 1k then a week later i broke down on the freeway call my insurance took it to the dealer surprised it was the water pump ! I had a new set of wheels and tires and 2" lift blocks for the back and a 3" suspension system for the front of my 1 ton dodge pickup and also wanted to basically swap out the front dually hubs to make it a single wheel truck. They were super patient with me as we worked through different parts to try to find a solution to make the wheels and tires I wanted to put on work. I went to BST Motorsports to get my jeep lifted and they did an awful job, my jeep makes noise when I accelerate due to it being so lifted and being on stock parts. I payed a total of 1,250 plus 85 dlls after lifting it to align it and it would not be a problem having it lifted with stock parts. I went back to tell them about it and since I did not bring it to them in the 3 days they gave me. I have to pay another thousand bucks to have my jeep fixed. ***Do Not go here*** Quick run down I have a 2020 4runner Off road with 1,000 miles I came to this shop to purchase and have bilstein 5100 installed the said they can do this for 680.00$ installed and aligned out the door. So I left my 4runner with them. I came back 5 hrs later to pick up and drove it home as I was driving home the steering wheel was pulling hard to the right. I called them they said bring it back the following day because they are closing. I bring it back to their shop and they tell me "it needs more alignment " hmmm ok. That's not the worst off this experience. So I drove my 4runner for the next 2 months and it just didn't seem right . The suspension was very noisy, squeaky and made a banging noise over bumps. So I took it to SoCal Suspension to have them look at it and even before touching my truck Nick the owner of SoCal told me that front shocks are the wrong ones and that they were for a Tacoma and rear ones were not even bilsteins that someone just slapped a bilstein sticker on them . BST Motorsports put on wrong parts on a brand new car to make a sale and not only were they wrong but they went as far as placing stickers on the parts to pass them off as legitimate. read more

I chose BST because of their pricing and ability to get the parts quickly. BST installed upgraded my old factory Ranco shocks to Bilstein 5000's. I had them level-off the front as well. I took my truck to get lowered, got it back with the shocks stiff so they told me they would fix that. Come back pick it up, same issue. Finally got it to loosen up, but my suspension is all messed up. Bouncing from the front like crazy, and the back on any speed bump it make it sound like the frame is all messed up. A couple years back, I came here to do some suspension work on my '13 Volkswagen Golf R. Last week, I came back to do some additional suspension work. It's the same team, slightly new name but nonetheless a shop I can count on. I can't say how happy I am with the work done! They seem to be able to do just about anything; a wide selection of parts and wheels. I've seen everything from lifted trucks, to normal cars (in just for maintenance I'm assuming), and foreign cars to say the least. They have a lounge with more than enough seating and I doubt you'll spend much time in there if you call ahead of time to see how busy they are or better yet, set up an appointment! Took my truck there to get my front suspension fix an spent 1800 to do it but yet they made my suspension worse, they also cut the brackets of my frame to be able to fix the camber problem I had. Took my truck here for a suspect lift. My truck started squeaking horribly and pulling to the right. I called them and they agreed to look everything over free of charge. They had my truck for about three hours and told me everything was fine. I then took my truck to a second shop to check the work, they found nearly everybody and the zerk fittings had been stripped out.
