Showed up quick and on time with the live tracking viewed on AAA website . The technician tested the low battery in my car and it showed 11% health so replacing the battery with an AGM was wanted. They only had Standard at that time, so he left and had another tec show up an hour later with an AGM Battery . Logan replaced the car battery and also found a subwoofer wire that had loose wiring hanging out hiding next to the car battery, so we added some fuse and electrical tape to fix that. Called AAA for battery service. THE FLAG TOWING calls me back and tells me it will be $220 cash to swap out a 2021 Bronco Sport. Driver arrives and is in already in upsale mode. Tells me "hope I have the right battery" I told him it's not that hard to figure out, Ford only uses 1 size battery for all models and engines of the Bronco sport. Driver puts a voltmeter(hahaha) and says "luckily I do have the battery, you have a special model, it's an AGM" and I pointed at the battery and showed him that battery says AGM right on top and that's the only battery FORD uses for Broncos and testing the voltage isn't going to help you determine that. Asked if I wanted it replaced and I said yes I just got the $220 from the bank and he said "oh no, this is a SPECIALIZED" battery AGMs are $270 cash or 296 on card... I knew the moment he pulled out a voltage tester he was going to try to scam me... These bait and switch tactics are as old as time but still fresh to The FLAG TOWING... if they can do this to a grown man, what are they going to do to your mother and children? Go somewhere else... I'm sure it was just the driver trying to get $50 behind the companies back but either way the left a customer stranded because they wouldn't be extorted. read more

Super helpful with my car, and was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of towing and answered all my questions about towing and driving tow trucks, and great conversation on the drive. My vehicle was high sided (stuck) on a curb after I went off the road. Called the flag towing and they said it might take an hour to get there, but they showed up in about 20 minutes, which was awesome. I didn't need a tow, I just needed my truck out of area where it was stuck. The flag towing guys did an excellent job of getting it out without doing any damage. Hello, I had to request a tow through AAA, yesterday, Flag towing showed up, the tow truck driver is Walter. He did an amazing job getting my Chevrolet Tahoe which has a low front end because of the shroud on the underside. He took great care to not damage getting onto the flat bed and definitely the removal off the ramp. He put it where I needed it to be so my mechanic can access it and get it fixed. If I could give this "business" zero stars. I would. Hands down the worst customer experience I've ever had to deal with in my life. Not only were they all rude, which unfortunately in return made me reciprocate that same negative energy. They had me waiting for over 2 hours. Constantly pushing back the pick up time. So obviously when I called back for them missing their 3rd arrival time. I was frustrated because I notified them beforehand that the tire shop closes at 6pm. So I feel like in retaliation, for me being upset with their poor customer service and communication. The very immature and super disrespectful "customer service receptionist", who wouldn't give me her name by the way. Probably in fear of an impending complaint. She then decides to power trip, abuse what little power she has, and cancelled my tow after I already waited for hours. After hanging up on me several times, I might add. This then resulted in me missing my tire appointment today. Which is then going to result in more lost wages for myself tomorrow. Therefore, I really hope triple AAA took my complaint seriously about possibly terminating their partnership with them. Because as you can tell from previous fellow yelp reviews, I'm not the only one who feels this way.
