I came here recently for the first time because it was the only tire shop open after 6pm. I came in to have one of my tires get patched up because of a nail. I was expecting to wait for hours as I have before at other tire shops. I walked up to one of the employees and asked how long it would take to get the job done, and he immediately started working on it. Maybe 15 minutes is all it took him to complete. I understand people on here complaining about pricing, but I am okay paying $35.00 if I am in and out in 15 minutes. The person (wearing a hat) who helped me was really nice and down to earth as for his co-worker he did not seem to happy to be there but who cares the job was completed fast and that's all that matters. I've becoming here for years, maybe because it was close by and Chris always took care of me. I recently went and asked for a tire rotation: super simple job and expect a good price. When I asked, he said $20 for the rotation. Gave him the go, and was told to pay inside with the owner. the owner charged me $32 with a fee. I knew there was a card fee but I didn't realize he charged me an additional $10 for the job especially after Chris had just said it would be $20 until after I was leaving. I asked why the additional charge, and apparently Chris had no idea they had went up. Idk but to me thats some bs. Crazy enough, I remember a different time I came and had a similar experience here with the owner overcharging me. Money hungry owner thats for sure. You wanna charge $35 for plugging a tire that had a nail in it when other places charge $10 you guys should just not even offer that service since it seems like you don't even want to do it at a reasonable price. SCRATCHED WHEELS Came to get some tires put on some wheels I had. I dropped them off and when I came back they still hadn't touched them. Then I waited another half hour for them to install them. They ended up scratching my brand new wheels! Do not come here if you want a job done right. They have a sign up stating they are not responsible for scratched wheels. But you're a tire shop, and if you can't do a job right then do not accept the job. The manager handled everything well, but they still won't take responsibility for their poor work.
