I've becoming here for years, maybe because it was close by and Chris always took care of me. I recently went and asked for a tire rotation: super simple job and expect a good price. When I asked, he said $20 for the rotation. Gave him the go, and was told to pay inside with the owner. the owner charged me $32 with a fee. I knew there was a card fee but I didn't realize he charged me an additional $10 for the job especially after Chris had just said it would be $20 until after I was leaving. I asked why the additional charge, and apparently Chris had no idea they had went up. Idk but to me thats some bs. Crazy enough, I remember a different time I came and had a similar experience here with the owner overcharging me. Money hungry owner thats for sure. Im done coming here, plenty of tire shops in Fontana. read more

You wanna charge $35 for plugging a tire that had a nail in it when other places charge $10 you guys should just not even offer that service since it seems like you don't even want to do it at a reasonable price. SCRATCHED WHEELS Came to get some tires put on some wheels I had. I dropped them off and when I came back they still hadn't touched them. Then I waited another half hour for them to install them. They ended up scratching my brand new wheels! Do not come here if you want a job done right. They have a sign up stating they are not responsible for scratched wheels. But you're a tire shop, and if you can't do a job right then do not accept the job. The manager handled everything well, but they still won't take responsibility for their poor work. Spend the extra money and go to a better tire shop. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WITH NICE WHEELS OR IF THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR STUFF! read more
