Their wait time used to be 3 weeks for loaners! My Service Advisor told me they hired 8 new techs which speeds up the wait time to bring my car in for service. Kudos to you! Great job!

I was preparing to purchase my third vehicle from Paul Miller BMW and reached out to my previous…read moresales rep, Chris W, who handled my last two purchases. I told him upfront I was working with a broker who already secured a strong discount off MSRP--and I specifically told him not to waste my time unless they could truly beat it. He responded saying they could "probably beat it and even give me an extra $1,000 off." This is now the third time in a row they've made that claim. Each time, I send the deal, and each time they come back with excuses and an offer that's actually worse than what I already have--whether from a broker or even another BMW dealership nearby. What made this even more frustrating is the constant push to "come in." It feels like a tactic to reset the conversation rather than provide a real, competitive number. I made it clear I was ready to move forward based on numbers, not a showroom visit. I was genuinely upset with how this was handled and told them I would be leaving a review. Instead of addressing the situation, I was told not to leave one--which says a lot. At this point, I will not be doing business with Paul Miller BMW again--neither sales nor service. I'm a relationship-driven customer, and after multiple purchases, it's clear there's no loyalty here. Every interaction feels like a game. If you're considering them, do yourself a favor and shop other dealerships and brokers first. You'll likely get a better deal--and a much more straightforward experience. Specially if you are a repeat customer! The sad thing is I remember this exact experience from the last time and wasn't even going to reach out to them to purchase this car. I knew I should've went with my original gut..

I had a Purosangue service scheduled with Miller. The appointment was booked roughly two weeks out…read more In the meantime, Wide World Ferrari was able to arrange transport and service the vehicle almost immediately, so I moved forward with them instead. On the day of the scheduled pickup, the flatbed driver called with an arrival window that did not begin for another hour, leaving roughly two hours before the truck would actually arrive. As soon as I learned the vehicle was actively being dispatched, I informed him that the Purosangue had already been serviced elsewhere so the truck could be reassigned. That detail is important because the truck was not sitting in my driveway and a driver was not waiting outside my house. There was still meaningful time to adjust the schedule. If the concern was truly that the truck could have been serving another customer, then notifying them while there was still time to reassign it seems preferable to saying nothing at all. Shortly afterward, I received a call from the service department. Rather than a professional conversation, I was met with a remarkably rude, confrontational, and condescending tone. The purpose of the call seemed less about understanding what had happened and more about lecturing a customer. I was told I had cost them money. I responded that if there was an actual cost associated with the dispatch, I would be happy to cover it. The conversation then shifted from money to time. When I asked whether the issue was time or money, there was no clear answer. The call felt less like a business discussion and more like an attempt to pick a fight. What made the interaction even more surprising was that between scheduling the service and the day of pickup, I received no reminder email, no text message, and no confirmation communication of any kind. For a service appointment scheduled weeks in advance, that seems like a fairly basic expectation. Unfortunately, this was not my first experience with Miller. My purchase experience on a brand new 296 GTS was poor enough that I ultimately moved my business elsewhere. The details are not particularly important today. What matters is that the recent service interaction felt entirely consistent with the attitude I encountered during the sales process. Since then, I have purchased six new Ferraris through other dealerships. For service, Aaron and the team at Wide World Ferrari have been exceptional. Over multiple vehicles and several years, they have delivered some of the best service experiences I have had in the automotive industry. Responsive, professional, customer-focused, and despite being significantly farther away, routinely able to arrange transport within hours. For sales, Ian at Ferrari of St. Louis and Pierre at Ferrari of Charlotte are outstanding. They understand something that should not be complicated: respect your customers, communicate clearly, and earn the relationship every day.

Wonderful sales experience. Exceptional customer relations, professionalism and follow up.read more

Lili: Let me check... [about 5 minutes on hold] Lili: Yes it is! When can you come and get it? Me: How about tomorrow, Saturday May 30? Lili: Sure, we open at 9am. What time do you want to come? Me: I am driving in from Manhattan. How about 9:30am? Lili: Confirmed. You will be meeting with sales manager, "J". Next day... We get to the dealership at 9:27am. We meet with "J". J tells us he sold this vehicle a week prior, on May 23 As we are sitting at his desk, a text comes in from Lili "Hi Jeremy, this is Lili from Route 46 Nissan AutoMall. Are you guys here already?" Yes. We are sitting at J's desk. He told us the car that you confirmed that was available sold on May 23 Please explain. --- No reply. Ever. A "manager" tried to apologize. He explained that Lili did not work for the dealership. They worked for a sales team that is off-site. BUT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER printed on the website for "Sales" (Contact our Sales Department at 888-242-3102) IS NOT THE DEALERSHIP nor is it the sales office. It is a 3rd party marketing service. That should be disclosed. The salesman told me "I should have looked up the dealership phone number on Google" Um, no. I should call the sales office printed on the dealer's website. I saw a poster on the wall: 100% SATISFIED If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please feel free to contact: MR. FRANK ESPOSITO, PRES. MR. FRANK TACKETT, V.P. 1-888-470-3518 So I called this number on Monday June 1, 2026. The system routed me to voicemail. I left a message, asked for a callback. 7 days later, no callback. Route 46 Nissan, you owe me for 2 hours of my time on a Saturday, fuel and tolls from Manhattan. By the way, we purchased an almost identical CPO Nissan a few days ago from a no-BS Nissan dealer in NY State. About the same price. We are very happy with the transaction. Route 46 Nissan, you have burned a bridge forever by 1) not having an honest sales team; 2) not having a real-time inventory management system. Buh-bye!

All have been great! The sale was smooth and honest - very straight forward and easy. Everyone in the service department was nice and helpful and I've been in and out quickly. Completely unprofessional. Then, I separately brought my car here for its free oil changes. They spilled oil and did not clean it up, causing a burning oil smell on my way home. Following this, I recently brought my car in for a transmission fix. Over the phone, the service tech quoted me $10k and told me ins probably wont cover it. Well, I submitted to ins anyway and they covered it. I looked at the quote for the fix and it was actually around $12k. While picking up my car, the service advisor didn't note that my ins paid for the repairs and they tried to charge me $12k that day. Luckily a manager rummaged and found my ins providers check. During the time my car was being fixed, I informed my advisor I would need a loaner car and was initially told that would be no problem. Then, was told they didn't have any available at the time so I ended up Ubering for the week which was costly. Overall seems unorganized and unprofessional just from my three visits here. Each time something has gone awry.

I found Sam to be very typical and by that, I mean having a dismissive behavior towards a woman customer. Sam barely acknowledged my friend but was very interested in speaking to my fiancé. I did comment that my friend is the one who is purchasing the car and all communication should be directed towards her, not my fiancé. I was very put off by this and had the purchase been for me, I would have left and gone to another dealership. Alas, my friend is much more patient than I am because I can't tolerate that sort of outdated attitude. This communication by Sam continued throughout our visit and up until we went with my friend to finalize the purchase that weekend. The only saving grace was the wonderful finance manager, Rolando. He was hilarious and refreshingly straight forward so that my friend could make the best decisions for financing her new car. Aside from the subpar experience with Sam, everything else worked out wonderfully. I would recommend dealing with a different salesperson who understands that women are capable of buying cars.
