I told him upfront I was working with a broker who already secured a strong discount off MSRP--and I specifically told him not to waste my time unless they could truly beat it. He responded saying they could "probably beat it and even give me an extra $1,000 off." This is now the third time in a row they've made that claim. Each time, I send the deal, and each time they come back with excuses and an offer that's actually worse than what I already have--whether from a broker or even another BMW dealership nearby. What made this even more frustrating is the constant push to "come in." It feels like a tactic to reset the conversation rather than provide a real, competitive number. Credit Card Fee at a Luxury Car Dealership. JUST SHAMELESS GREED THIS IS TO THE OWNERS AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT AT PAUL MILLER BMW When paying my bill of over $6,000 on 2/25/26, I found out that they now charge a service fee of 3% if you use a credit card.  They have told their employees to give the reason for this new customer fee as the fee that they are charged since they changed their credit card processing company to mykaarma.   Total BS.  No business the size of Paul Miller BMW is charged 3% by the credit card processor for all their credit card payments.  It's more like right under 2%.  Also, accepting credit card payments is the cost of doing business.  It's business overhead and the business already added this overhead fee when they set their prices.   Hey Paul Miller BMW, maybe you should have a tip jar or add a customer restroom fee to make more profit.  Also charge a fee to your employees for processing their paychecks and providing heat/AC and parking.  You're not a mom and pop shop on Main Street that had to pass on your business cost during COVID to survive.  This is pure greed.   By the way, on 3/27/26, I called up 3 BMW dealers in the area (BMW of Morristown, Park Avenue BMW and Open Road BMW) and no credit card fee charged. Update here: Dig for the negative reviews, as most of them are related to the service department. Unfortunately, this has been my experience, as well. Sadly, after the purchase of the vehicle, I haven't been impressed. Again, my sales experience with Tony was incredible. However, the service department is where this place truly falls short. Sadly, this is a major part of the dealership and it leaves a major impression. When you are offering the "Ultimate Driving Machine," and selling this level of car, your service department should be on point and living up to that reputation. Here, it does not. Any time I have to go to service, I prepare for the nonsense or stress I'm about to endure. I've showed up for appointments that I booked directly via phone to be told that I, in fact, have no appointment. Logging an appointment is incredibly basic, yet somehow I have experienced this dilemma twice, despite receiving email confirmations. Service rarely has loaners. I have never received one, even when they have my car multiple days. Despite promising "their best" at fast turnaround times, I have yet to experience a quick turnaround time. Mind you, this has been for a flat tire or an oil change. I never required anything further. Even after explaining that I need a vehicle to get to and from work, and that they will have my vehicle for multiple days for a TIRE, no loaners were available. This translates to non-stop logistics and favors from friends, family, and co-workers to transport me the 40 minutes each way to work. Local mechanic gets tires for me in 2 hours. BMW doesn't appear to have this capability, which baffles me. I have asked to simply be updated on ETA's for receiving my car back so I could make necessary arrangements for transportation, and the staff agreed. However, no contact ever came back until my work day ended and I was stuck without any idea as to whether I would get my car back or not because no one answers the phone, nor do they answer the texts on the line they ask you to text them on. I received an unhelpful text apologizing for the delay in communication when I was already home. At one point, I was told: "I have no idea if your car has even made it into the garage yet." Mind you, this was after two days. This is your job as a service advisor to be aware of such things. The upselling of other things is purely asinine. I was told I needed four tires. Asked for the tread test to be brought out to me. Turns out they all passed. I get they are a business and need to make money, but at least be honest. Car was brought back to me with my $300 platypus no-drill license plate bracket system upside down and bent. Staff asked what the problem was with that and didn't seem to understand why I pointed it out Another time: One basic oil change service took six hours. That's right, six hours. Seems they overbook and understaff. I do this service in 20 minutes in my driveway without a lift... Gave me an unsolicited offer on my car as a trade-in value and it was laughable. Anyone who knows cars would laugh. My friends and family who know cars still joke about it. Just had another dealership surpass that offer significantly. All of the above isn't just me. I have people close to me dealing with much of the same. Overall impression is that this place isn't what it once was. I am not impressed by any stretch. Again, sale experience was awesome. WARNING: Kenneth Walters - "Get the F@$k out of my office." (Read on for the full story.) When I think of the lowest level of customer service I've ever experienced, one name immediately comes to mind: Kenneth Walters. I don't usually write reviews, but when I do, it's because someone has either gone above and beyond -- or, as in this case, because I've been blatantly lied to and taken advantage of. Against my better judgment, I recently purchased a BMW i4. Incredible car -- no complaints there. Unfortunately, this review isn't about the car itself. It's about the service department and one individual in particular. I understand that salespeople often stretch the truth to make a deal, but what I experienced went far beyond that. Here's what happened: I was planning to sell my 2017 BMW 330i GT xDrive, which had an issue where the radio kept resetting every five minutes. I suspected it was a hardware problem, but I brought the car in so they could run diagnostics. They said they'd determine whether the head unit needed replacement or if it simply needed a software update. A bit later, Ken called to tell me it would cost $250 to update the software. I agreed. He mentioned there was only a "50/50 chance" that it would fix the problem, but I figured a proper update was worth trying. That's when things went downhill. When I arrived to pick up my car, Ken told me the system was "fully updated." Then, out of nowhere, there was an additional $250 added to my bill -- and, unsurprisingly, the issue wasn't fixed. When I asked where the extra charge came from, he gave me a vague, rehearsed explanation that didn't make sense. I paid the bill and left, but the whole thing didn't sit right with me. A few hours later, I checked the system myself and found the firmware version was F020-17-03-509 -- which dates back to March 2017, the same date the car was originally purchased. In other words, nothing had been updated. (Yes -- a complete scam.) I drove back to BMW to confront him, showed proof that no update had been performed, and requested a full refund. Ken agreed to refund $250 but insisted on keeping a "labor charge." I told him he had two options: either refund the full amount for doing absolutely nothing, or I'd dispute the charge with American Express and post an honest public review. So, Kenneth, here it is -- the honest review I promised. He then presented me with some bogus paperwork showing a fake firmware version that was never installed on my car. As if that wasn't insulting enough, he tried to sell me a new head unit for $3,000, claiming he'd "apply the remaining balance" toward it. Unbelievable. And then -- not even two minutes later -- he looked me straight in the eye and said, "Get the F@$k out of my office." BMW, I genuinely hope you see this and take it seriously. If this is how customers with small issues are treated, I can only imagine how much worse it must be for those with major ones. Buyer beware. Brand new X5 with 51,000 miles on it and a warranty that elapsed 4 months ago. First they tell me my rear differential needs to be replaced. "8,000 but we can do it for $6,800" they say. Like a sucker, I paid and only afterwards learned this should have been a $4,000 repair. I truly wonder if it showed signs of needing to be replaced at previous service visits and it was conveniently the first one after the warranty ran out that it was brought to my attention. At the same time, the AC was failing. They decided it was most likely the evaporator. "$8,000 but we can do it for $6,800" was the quote. After some heated exchanges they did it for $2,900, but if I wasn't astute, I'd have paid $13,600 for repairs that should have been somewhere in the $6,900 range. Incredible. I dropped off my car Friday morning at 9:15am. I called today, Saturday at 12:50pm. My car has not been serviced or have I received a call with an update. When you attempt to call in to speak to the service dept, the phone will go unanswered and calls not returned. When I had my car serviced in BMW South Miami, they were much more organized. I offered to pick up my car on Friday afternoon and dropped off again Monday morning since it would not be worked on till then. The Service Advisor said that would restart the appt process. Basically it takes this center on average 3 days to check your car before a quote can be provided. read more

We were already decided on what vehicle to buy so we didn't want to waste time and went straight to numbers. Peter was efficient and used the rest of Friday hours to get us to what we needed to close. Very POOR customer service AFTER purchasing the vehicle. Two things. Firstly, the amount of time it took to purchase the car. The salesman (Carl) who i believe is also a type of manager was distracted throughout the process with meetings and phone calls which increased the time spent at the dealership exponentially. I am there to buy a car and leave, not wait for your 10 o clock meeting to be done, phone call with wifey etc. So i believe a 2hr transaction wound up being a 5/6 hr transaction. Completely unnecessary. Second issue was with the license plates. I was getting out of state plates and know that it may take a bit longer than usual. No problem, I have a 30 day temp plate. So after about 2 weeks i call to inquire and i am told by the secratary, "dont worry we will call you when they come in". Ok fine. Fast forward 5 days before plates expire. I call again , same thing , we`ll call you etc. 2 days before expiring. I call and explain, hey i dont want to bother but whats going on with plates. This is on a saturday. So I am told title person is not here to day , and they guy who sold me the car is not there but someone one will definitely call you today! I was also told that if i get a ticket they will pay it. Monday comes and still no call , no plates. I call as its the expiration day. I tell the secratary no one has contacted me as promised and that i want to speak to manager or title and registration person about this. Basically, if they dont have the plates at least give me another 30 day temp plate. Let me know what i can do. Instead of allowing me to speak to someone in charge, I am told that "they don`t really take transfers"...What??? This is on May 12. Expiration day. This is what im being told, oh hell naww. I got in my car and drove back to the dealership and asked to speak to someone, now in person things were different. The secretary AVA was helpful went "upstairs" and spoke to someone and came downstairs with my plate and registration which was dated May 11th. My question is if it was there May 11th why no phone call??? on the 11th and Why did I have to come in person to make something happen if the plate was there all day? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I never imagined that a "luxury" dealership would operate with such carelessness, dishonesty, and outright disrespect toward their customers. My experience from purchase to service has been nothing short of a nightmare, and frankly, a stain on the BMW brand. From the beginning, Paul Miller BMW painted the picture of their "Certified Pre-Owned" program as if I was inheriting a piece of luxury art. The reality? They sold me a vehicle with documented brake concerns, a faulty OBD port, ripped upholstery, a broken bushing, and weather stripping falling apart within weeks. When I raised these issues -- issues that should have been caught and addressed before the car ever left their lot -- they instantly changed their tune to: "Well, what do you expect, you bought a used car!" Excuse me? That's not how Certified Pre-Owned works. When my vehicle failed inspection because the OBD wouldn't communicate, I did the responsible thing and contacted them immediately. It took TWO WEEKS to even get an appointment, only for them to initially tell me "nothing was wrong." Days later, they finally admitted the port was damaged -- but instead of taking accountability, they tried to charge me nearly $600 for something that was defective from the day I drove it off the lot. Add to that a $1,295 headrest repair, new brakes I was assured didn't need replacing, spark plugs at 50k miles (not required until 100k), and a front bushing failure... This isn't a one-off oversight. It's either gross negligence or a deliberate tactic to squeeze customers after the sale. But the absolute worst part? The service and sales staff's behavior. Bob in service deflected me to sales because apparently, "they're separate entities" (despite sitting steps away from each other). Joe J., the salesman, dragged his feet, ignored requests for management contact info, then ultimately screamed at me over the phone: "What more do you want me to do? Get under the car with a wrench and fix it?!" before hanging up on both me and my husband. He has never called back. Let that sink in: A BMW salesperson screaming at a paying customer, then refusing to take further calls. When a sales manager finally called, he assured me someone from higher management would follow up the very next day. That was days ago. No one ever called. It is now August 29th, and I STILL do not have my car. No resolution. No accountability. No professionalism. Just silence. Paul Miller BMW should be ashamed. This is not the level of service or respect you'd expect from a corner lot, let alone a BMW dealership that prides itself on "luxury." I took my car there for a new battery and they damaged my sunroof and wanted me to pay $3500 to fix it and then told me it was running rough and needs a fuel pump another $3500. I ran fine when I took it there and now I'm arranging to have it towed elsewhere and all I wanted was a battery replaced!!!! Wow now I just got a computer generated response from Joe the Service Manager that said he would like to discuss this in detail. He is the person that told me they were not going to repair the damage they did. I requested a face to face meeting with Fernando, Joe's boss and GM of the dealership! He said he would set that up and never did. 2 weeks later I was able to do it myself. The car has been there for 3 months now. I tried to pick it up but BWM tech said "I wouldn't drive it. I rarely write negative reviews, however, I feel that it is important to share when a company is going out of its way to take advantage of people so egregiously. My parents purchased four luxury cars from this dealership in two years. The last vehicle does not perform as it should, which isn't the dealership's fault. However, when it was taken in for one of its many issues, the AC not working, they contacted my mother to tell her that the car needed new tires. It was relayed to her that it was a safety concern. She told them to go ahead and replace the tires because she trusted that they were telling her the truth. I happened to be with her to pick up the car, and asked how many miles were on the tires. I learned it had 10k. The service manager insisted that this is normal and that if she didn't want new tires, she shouldn't have given the approval to replace them. Adding insult to injury, the car was returned to us with copious amounts of glue on all four of the new tires, glue smeared on the interior of the vehicle and on the windshield, damaged rims, and I had to get to a gas station directly because I had 4 miles (which dropped down to 3 while I was adjusting my seat) left on the vehicle before it ran out of gas. The AC still doesn't work after they said they fixed it. Not only does Paul Miller NOT put any value in customer loyalty, I equate their practices to those of a shyster. I have been researching and visiting dealers for a few months to find the perfect vehicle for my soon to be 17 year old daughter. She took all the concerns and financial questions we had and calmly gave us the answers we needed. After my daughter test drove the car, was explained all the safety features, she and we fell in love with the 2026 BMW X3! My wife and I went in and met with Brittney and worked out a deal that honestly we never thought we would get. Robert Didomenico did the paperwork and made the process quick and easy while not throwing things at us we didnt need. They even gave us a bow to use when we gave her the vehicle! Do not shop at this dealership! I bought a 2021 BMW 330i from Paul Miller BMW and got a lemon. It's been only a year and they tried getting me for almost 8-9K worth of service. My service agent Juanita, who is paid a commission by the way for every service issue she could find, informed me that my vehicle needed a new engine valve, new spark plugs, brake fluid, and a new differential (valued at $6500). Just to diagnose the engine was $200 which isn't even credited to the labor. And none of this even includes the regular maintenance such as oil change and tire rotation. All of this in ONE YEAR! And just when I thought I had a powertrain warranty or at least a CPO warranty, I was extremely disappointed to find out it wasn't CPO and the measly 4 year/50,000 mile warranty had just ended a few months prior. When I told her I might as well just turn the car in and take the hit in negative equity, she tried to refer me to a sales person. As if I would buy another BMW! The nerve! Not to mention one of my friends noticed the car had been in a prior accident due to the paint differential when BMW showed me a clean carfax at purchase. Do not shop here! It was clear that the dealer was attempting to deceive me and tack on additional cost to our original agreed lease buy out, they claimed that before we were able to purchase the car that was in our possession for three years it had to pass a rigorous inspection, our car was in great condition we had all scheduled maintenance done by Paul Miller BMW, and they were just attempting to trick me out of my hard-earned money. To add insult to injury, their pricing was completely wrong and the math did not add up. When I attempted to speak to his manager to explain the errors in the new buy out price, they arrogantly dismissed my concerns and refused to even acknowledge that they had made an error. It was clear that they were only interested in making a quick profit, without any consideration for the customer. Furthermore, the entire purchasing process was incredibly disorganized and time-consuming. I was made to wait for hours without any explanation or updates, while the salesperson repeatedly disappeared to attend to other customers or personal matters. It was as if my time and business meant nothing to them. In the end, I walked away from Paul Miller BMW feeling cheated, frustrated, and thoroughly disgusted with their lack of professionalism and integrity. As proof that the inflated price was wrong, I just walk away, when I got home I called BMW finance, and ask what was my buy out cost, they quoted me my origin $27,560., not Paul Miller's BMW price of $31,588. They send us a sale agreement we took it to our bank and bought the car. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car to steer clear of this dealership and seek out more reputable and customer-oriented options. Save yourself the headache and disappointment by avoiding Paul Miller BMW at all costs. read more

I have been an admirer of the Paul Miller Porsche and the growing brand for ten years. While I have nit key based a car myself personally I have sent many clients on that time. So when it came to change my wife's car Paul Miller was the first go to. Unfortunately the very atmosphere I choose to avoid at other dealers is what we were presented with. I do want to say that the sales associate Samantha is very nice and professional. It would be unfair to suggest otherwise. The experience quickly led to my wife's trade in being valued Lower than Kelly blue book. Yet the vehicle is pristine. The car we are interested in was retailing higher than Kelly blue book. You cannot have it everyday. Nothing positive or progressive can happen from an insult. We shall not be purchasing for my wife , Myself or our twin girls. Very disappointed. read more

Refunded my deposit while I was on my way to the scheduled appointment without advising me . When I got to the appointment, I was sent directly to finance to try to work my deal as I requested to speak with a manager. Did not honor the offer on my trade in so I had to run over to Carmax up the road as advised to do so by the finance manager. While I was at Carmax (not even 20 minutes after I left the dealer) the finance manager called me and said sales manager was going to sell the car to someone else !! I was not even offered to test drive the car prior to purchasing / trading in my car to Carmax. Was treated so rude and like I was a nusiance to ask to test drive a car I was buying . Only reason I stayed to purchase a car from them is because it was a used car that is very hard to find and I have been looking for months. Will never purchase from them or recommend them to anyone. read more

However, when it comes to servicing my vehicle, there's only one service advisor that I ask for: Diana. Diana, is a true God send. Diana supersedes my expectations time and time again and over delivers. I never have to worry about bringing my car back twice for the same issue and I always know and trust that she is looking out for my best interest. **updated review** After my initial review about my experience with the miscommunication that's costing me over $1,000 for the remaining lease payments I had with Mini, I received a response from Brianna apologizing and telling me to call the general manager. I have called the general manager 4 times and left voice mails which were never returned. The "response" was probably autogenerated and they had no intention of discussing the issue with me. Buyer beware. Make sure you save all communication email or otherwise before signing the contract because the general manager will probably never contact you. read more

Been a customer of their service dept. for years but never bought a car there. Walked in to test drive a absolutely mint 2016 Cayenne GTS. Ended up leaving in a new 2019 X5 5.0 M sport. Super happy with the transaction and deal they offered on it. Very transparent and they worked with me to accommodate each and every request. I was unable to drive the car home that night since they needed to make an update, but the next day they personally delivered the car to my work as a kind gesture. Talk about VIP treatment!
