Where to start? Gina - She is amazing. Any questions you throw at her, she knows or gets right back with you. Need measurements for the back storage area to pack up lunch/drinks in a cooler... she has them. The trail we took has a little bit of everything you want to ride through, sandy washes, switchbacks with killer views, big, tall trees way up in the mountains, and some rocky areas you definitely want 4-wheel drive to get you up the rocky parts. The ride was smooth no matter what the trail had in store for us. Highly recommend lunch at the top to enjoy the cool breeze and stunning views. Gina did a great job laying out the map and what to look for. On our adventure we saw cows, a few squirrels, and a snake crossing the road. Rented a 4 seat Razor for 7 hour day. The price was a little higher than competitor that we used the day before especially when comparing the shape of the machines rented. I realize these machines take a beating on the trails - but when spending this kind of money, I would expect to get a well maintained and clean ride which didn't happen. That being said - the owner was very friendly and helpful. She gave great information with a detailed map. The trail markers were a bonus for us being new to the area. To be honest, I will probably give her business another try because of the customer service. read more

I would NOT recommend their map trail if you have small kids or if it's your first time, some trails very narrow and steep and no way to get off if someone is coming at you in some spots, mod to difficult. Also, make sure you are prepared to pay $$$ (more than the security deposit of $2500) if something happens!! Not a good experience for us! read more

The views!! Me and the wife wanted to get out into the desert and the mountains, but I don't want one of these clogging up my garage. I called around and got a bunch of runaround from other places. But then I called Superior and found Gina! Gina you are awesome! Thank you for making it so easy. I called, secured a time and was told all about the places I can ride straight from the store. When we got there the place was clean, the machines looked almost new. Gina was awesome with pointers on where to go and how to operate the machine. The day was amazing, I've never seen Arizona like that before. The only downside is that with as much fun as we had.... I might be clogging up my garage with one of these in the near future, but until I decide to do that this place has my business! read more

Popped my cherry at Superior UTV! This was a bucket list item for me and like they say...you will always remember your first. Had a blast tearing it up. Reservation process was easy. Quite honestly they do what they say they are going to do. No back door pricing. The owner Gina was very thorough with the walk thru and made sure I knew what I was doing. First of all let me start by saying Gina was nice to us when we arrived, I had family from out of town that wanted to experience the mountains so each couple got a four seater razor. Make sure and pick your out carefully because the route given to us was against the flow of traffic all day and all we did was spend time meeting other ATVs and vehicles ,quite dangerous and annoying. We paid for all day rental and an hour and a half in to the excursion my fiancé and I are had our razor breakdown smoke coming from it and we had a radiator leak. Since you don't have phone service out there we had to wait for our party to Miss S. before they returned and luckily they were able to pick us up. Needless to say our trip was ruined at that moment but we did have a way back to the original destination. Bottom line we ended up paying for the rental and she made us pay for the breakdown the towing and the labor to fix the vehicle as a rock head bounced up and hit the radiator. Be very careful what you sign there basically you are liable for everything she or her partner did not refund any of our money so a four hour trip turned into $1500 ,not recommended. Also they don't have a back up plan if you are stranded out there you're just on your own .good luck people do not rent from these people. Very unprofessional As she had her mechanic call us and explain to us that he give A good rate on repairing the machine . Smells of a scam if I've ever seen one. read more

Superior Utv is not a good place to rent from. First they give you a horrible map that takes you to the trail if you can find it. Secondly it is just a trail, no way off once your on it. Third, if anything goes wrong with your machine they hold you reliable. My brothers utv had a radiator leak . It was in no way ruptured from a rock like Superior utv claimed. It happened probably an hour into our ride and when it did break down Superior did not have a plan on getting them out of there and there is no cell phone service in most areas once your on the trail. We had a four seater so they jumped in with us. My four seater had trash worn out tires and if we would have had a flat we would have been stuck for hours and i would of been charged for that tire !! In the end they were charged for a full day and the cost of the repairs to the utv. Lastly i know my way around a razor and the lady running the place claims these utvs are like new and mine was pretty wore out when i drove it . Not a good place !!!!! read more
