Scam (Reply) That's fine cause you can't prove the psi of the tire nor that the rim was damaged by the customer, plus your trying to extort customers by threatening them to charge inconvenience fees for ruining your day about a dispute. Contract clearly states normal wear & tear isn't charged to the customer air the tire back up or plug it not keep $2,500 ‍Your machine wasn't wrecked or damaged in any kind of way it was driven on the trails as instructed. Customer has over 50 videos to prove that. Regardless of the situation your a scammer and that's why banks are able to assist in fraudulent charges as well as lawyers are available too. Flat tires can happen from wear & tear,driving over rough terrain does that & you sending people down a paved road to get to the trails also damages the tires lastly you stated in text that the machine was brand new when in fact the customer has proof that the machine had over 300 miles on it before delivery oh and how do you charge somebody for returning a dirty side by side when your driving in dirt especially when there isn't any place available to wash the rental before returning it, it wasn't on a trailer with the capability to go to a car wash, you literally drive off the lot into dirt it's not about taking responsibility if the machine was wreck or damaged it would be no hassle to pay for those damages but a flat tire is a reach read more

This is my second time renting a RZR in the last month from them. Nice people to work with even with my credit card being a pain in the ass. Got that taken care of and just show up at their rental place. You drive the RZR from right there and start your adventure. As easy as it gets. The box canyon area has miles and miles of trails. So much fun. Some fast smooth roads and slow sort of technical spots. And these things can climb! In 4WD it seems these things can go up almost anything. Does so much business that $100 would hurt them. We've rented 3 times and have spent $1500 you'd think after the owner up and moves their boat an hour away from gilbert and then another hour away from a lake they'd use common sense with an existing loyal customer but NOPE all about the Benjamin's here with this company. James has Zero f's for his customers, very arrogant and rude. Someone in this business should have some customer service skills, be accommodating, use common sense and not be a stickler instead think of the big picture. When competition happens you'll be left with your big company but few customers. I waited for a long time to process review, just in case some oddball charges showed up on my credit card. Nothing showed up on my credit card besides except for charges that we agreed to. I read a few unflattering Yelp reviews about this company, so I was skeptical. My son and I experienced a 100% professional, accommodating and a very friendly staff. We rented at the last minute, during a rain storm weekend as our time in Az. was limited The contract specifically states that the vehicle needs to be returned within certain cleanliness guidelines. Our vehicle (CanAm) was covered inside, outside, top to bottom in mud. However, I felt this was unavoidable due to the weather conditions that weekend. Our engine light came on while driving down the mountain and I was concerned that I would be accused of some type of mechanical issues relating to exceptional wear and tear on the engine. We were very careful with the use of this machine. I know sometimes things tend go South when a company has your credit card number and signature guarantee of $2500 advance damage deposits. None of the above was questioned and we had a great time creating great memories of our time in the mountains thanks to AZ Rentals last-minute accommodations for us. We will rent again when visiting Arizona in the future. They rocked. read more

Do you like to be cussed at, threatened, bait and switched and to be charged for services you didn't receive?  Then this is your place! Seriously though, if you're considering using this outfit ask to see a copy of the joke of a waiver that goes along with the $2500 deposit and then ask yourself if this sounds like a business you can trust with your money.  The owner literally yelled at me that "if you have any issues with the machine at all... then I have your ass!" If I had actually signed the waiver prior to his comment, that would have probably been true.  This was his response after he tried to bait and switch a different rental than what was previously agreed upon.  I obviously refused to do business with him.  He still charged my card for the full amount and refuses to refund my money.  This guy has no character or integrity. At no point was I rude or disrespectful with him.  Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. read more

We made reservations a couple hours before we arrived in Florence. They did an awesome safety and drive orientation. We rented for half day and a great time. The map they provided was small and could be larger with some suggested rides to take. The vehicles ran very well and we had no problems. We were provided with a replacement drive belt, tire plug and basic tools. We will be returning to explore the area more and look forward to reserving with them again. read more

Communications were mostly via email (very prompt in responding to email) and only can do reservation via web which may not be the best for people that may not be comfortable not communicating electronically. We had such a blast renting the side by sides! With a group of 8 the 4 seaters were awesome. The trails in the canyon exceeded my expectations and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I reserved a UTV for a full day and will not be renting from him again sadly. We went back and forth over what amount of deposit was appropriate (he wanted $2500, but accepted $250 as I already had ATV insurance for my dirtbike). He kept emailing me form after form to fill out and charged my card $380 before I even signed anything and days before the rental day. Weird process, but I wanted to rent the damn thing. We showed up 15 mins early for our 9am rental, and there was no sign of James. I called his cell and got no answer. He eventually called and said he forgot we had a reservation and would be there in 30 mins and said he would take money off the rental. The UTV's two rear tires were almost worn bald, it wasn't gassed up, and it was muddy (he charges $125 an hour to wash the UTV if you get mud on it). I asked him to take $50 off the rental for the hour delay, but had he refused and said to keep the rental for an extra hour. Whatever, just give me the damn vehicle already. He didn't give us a map or boundaries of where we can go or even how to operate the vehicle, just tossed us the keys and said have fun. We took the vehicle into the mountains just north of Rt 60 and west of Superior. The RZR1000 was great and had lots of torque and power. Halfway through the day, my phone got service, and I had a voicemail from James that said he did not allow his vehicles to go that far and that we need to talk about compensation for the wear I caused on the engine, clutch, and tires. I found that strange since all the contracts and forms he sent me had no mention of any boundaries. We continued on with our rental and returned the vehicle back to his lot at the end of the day. I never heard back from James about the supposed wear I caused. His contract states he will hold the security deposit for up to a week to give him time to inspect the rental for damage. A week came and went, and I still had the $250 on my card. I emailed him to have him remove it and received no reply. Three weeks went by and he returned the deposit out of the blue with no communication. I would have been furious if he had his standard $2500 deposit on my card for that long. I got a new CC# because I don't trust him with my card information. I'm not suggesting anyone avoid this business; I only want to share my experience with James. Read everything he sends to you, take tons of photos of the vehicle, and don't give him an opportunity to take advantage of you. read more

I will never rent from them again. I returned it early and they gave me some BS about driving it on the highway and he would charge me $50 extra for wear on the drive belt. What a bunch of BULL! My grandkids were hunger so we decided to go directly to the restaurant and eat, the highway was the shortest route. It would have had way more wear on the belt to take it back up the mountains. We rented an ATV for a half day trip to box Canyon and beyond. We also brought our pistols and went shooting on the way to box Canyon. Had a great time. The customer service was excellent and the price was really good. I called other places and was told that I would have to bring it back filled with gas and also about additional cleaning fees, they said everything was included. The thing I really liked was that we were able to drive there ,get in the ATV and proceed directly to box canyon without having to trailer it there . I would not rent from anyone else. read more

Thankful for Credit card companies and the consumer protection they offer. We disputed the charge and of course the credit card company refunded our money. No communication from James during the process. So after no communication at all, he calls today and has the audacity to ask that we change the review since we got our money back. AZRNM was great! We rented the Teryx 5 seater over Easter weekend and had a blast. The deposit is a little high compared to other rentals but you get what you pay for. charged us $100 for being a hour late with rental after stuck in traffic-

Had a really bad experience from this company. First they tell you the rate for the day, but it is not for 24 hours. Then they don't allow you to take insurance out so be very careful with whatever you rent if you do, I would suggest going somewhere else. We were told when we called that it would be $300.00 for a day. When they got to my place around 1:00. They said they would be back at 5:30 to pick up! Should have been explained more clearly when first calling. THEN we were not able to take insurance out so when we got a flat tire within the first hour of use we were told that they would have to come out for a service call ($100.00) then we charged $150.00 for the tire! So for 1 hours of ehhh fun we were charged $550.00!!!! Owner James Brice was VERY RUDE and unsympathetic. After he wouldn't do anything for us, we told him that we were going to dispute the charges on out CC and he laughed and said he has lots of people do the same thing and he doesn't care because he will go to court and win. James was great to work with! His rates are in line, the equipment is top notch and in great condition. It was nice to drive off of his site and not need to trailer the atv / utv. We rented a side by side Razor from him and all are equiped with GPS so he may find you if there is an issue. After a short drive into the wilderness and passing through Box Canyon, we were on top of the world! His insurance options are needed and understandable with what he has invested in this type of business. We will defintely do this again when we are back in the Gilbert area. Thanks!
